Post-show thoughts: Well, I'll be damned... This DAVE-game seems to be as cursed as the "real" DAVE was.

It appears now that Mitch Naess and Phil Vibert have... awful chemistry when announcing together. What the hell?

Strangely, I only got the message once (during a dark match), I guess that the fact that they have an excellent experience-level together helps hide the chemistry??

And yes, DAVE is really taking hits here. I was contemplating about adding Hell's Bouncer to the "House of Holmes) as extra muscle, so I made Easy Emma his manager for the match against Caulfield... only to find out that the Emma-Bouncer combination has extremely poor chemistry as well!

Add in the fact that East Coast Today stays on my back and will no doubt kick me off TV soon... oh well.

Predictions seemed to be a lot easier this time. Almost everyone got a full score, only Midnightnick had faith in the mystery questionmark-man.

A C out of Hell's Bouncer and a C+ out of Henry Lee? God damn Caulfield's and Nemesis' fundamentals are good: Don't expect too many solid results from Bouncer and Lee like those again much.

Indeed...both Bouncer and Lee got terrible crowd reactions so I fear their future matches, when they aren't facing super-popular guys like Caulfield and Nemesis <img alt="" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/eek.png.0e09df00fa222c85760b9bc1700b5405.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

Ironic, because in DAVE2005, Cat Jemson is dating Laramee..
Bryan Holmes & The Peak Brothers vs. Chris Caulfield & The Animalz

I think it's too early to unseat the animalz, Chris Caulfield has main-event talent but won't work in high-risk matches (which will be key if/when you move to a new PPV), and the Brothers Peak and Holmes are the best workers in the company.

Henry Lee & Vin Tanner vs. Nemesis & JD Morgan

This is a gimme, with Nemesis and Morgan taking the dub here.

Eric Tyler vs. Matt Sparrow

I have this thing where I make Eric Tyler lose to jobbers to get rid of his nasty attitude, non-dave skillset and his morbidly obese contract, getting him to invoke his non-compete clause. It's a two birds with one stone as I use the breakup pf The School of Tradition as the catalyst to push Superstars Guide and Scout to the main event. Doubt you're in that racket, so he clowns Sparrow.

Acid vs. Shawn Gonzalez

Gonzo here is the incredibly reliable "guy who can challenge for titles when you don't have another dude to challenge for titles."

Yup, I believe that's what kinda limits him from taking crazy bumps and doing intense hardcore stuff, despite his being the "Hardcore American."

He'll work ladders and weapons for you (and is quite good at hardcore, despite not working most types of hardcore matches). The other problem is that dude can't brawl, so you can't use him in a scaffold match, casket match, etc. (his brawling ability/willingness to brawl has nothing to do with his extremely conservative stance).

Conservative workers, such as Eddie Peak [god knows why] participate in high-risk matches, but won't participate in death matches (the like, etc.).

Some neutral workers do work Very High Risk matches (Mobstar was willing to in my GSW Diary), most won't.

Liberal Workers (Nemesis, doug peak) will participate in any match you choose. Liberal Workers are good for hardcore dave as a) fanbase likes high-risk matches product and b) the time it takes set-up most high-risk matches adds 10-15 minutes non-wrestling time, masking the awful stamina many DAVE wrestlers have (The Brothers Peak, Caulfield, Brandon James).

Protip: Hell Monkey is the DAVE Cheat Code. He's got stellar basics, can brawl and do hardcore, and terrific stamina. And since he's rotting away on a USPW roster that will never utilize his talents, you don't need to feel bad about taking him.
