It looked really cool with your title holders! The Tully Blanchard title reign seems like something out of left field... and he knocked off Hogan of all people!

Thanks for sharing!

No problem! I certainly love reading everybody's posts, so I figured I'd make the rare appearance with a share of my own. But yes, second time I've done this mod that Tully became insanely good in the ring, so it's hard not putting him in title matches, especially when he pulls no worse than low 80's almost every single match (low matches against all the Von Erich's, bad chemistry there). Figured I would try it out, just imagining the shock that would come had that ever really happened.

In my defense, I'm booking the WWF in the 80's so I repeated some events just because I didn't feel as though "Supercards" warranted a fresh match up.

Wrestlemania 3:

WWF World Championship Match:

Hulk Hogan © defeated Andre The Giant /w Bobby Heenan

May Supercard:

WWF World Championship Match:

Hulk Hogan © defeated Harley Race

June Supercard:

WWF World Championship Match:

Hulk Hogan © defeated Harley Race

King of the Ring:

WWF World Championship Match:

Hulk Hogan © defeated Harley Race

Summerslam:

WWF World Championship Match:

"Macho Man" Randy Savage /w Miss Elizabeth defeated Hulk Hogan ©

September Supercard:

WWF World Championship Match:

"Macho Man" Randy Savage © /w Miss Elizabeth defeated Ted Dibiase /w Andre The Giant

Not the most exciting but I'd like to think the last two months made up for it.

October Supercard:

The Mega Powers (Hogan and Savage) /w Elizabeth defeated Curt Hennig and Rick Rude

Hennig and Rude were brought in by Ted Dibiase to weaken Savage and Hogan. They're part of his stable, the Million Dollar Corperation (a bit early I know) consisting of Dibiase, Andre, Hennig, Rude and Virgil.

Survivor Series 1987:

Team Mega Powers (Savage, Hogan, Duggan and the Hart Foundation) defeated Team Corperation (Dibiase, Andre, Hennig, Rude, Undertaker)

December Supercard:

WWF World Championship Match:

"Macho Man" Randy Savage © /w Miss Elizabeth defeated Honky Tonk Man /w Jimmy Hart

Royal Rumble 1988:

Ted Dibiase won a 30 man Royal Rumble when Andre threw Hogan out and then eliminated himself. Dibiase will recieve a world title match at Wrestlemania 4.

Starting from 2010. All matches are for the SWF World Title unless otherwise stated:

2010

Jan: When Hell Freezes Over - Eric Eisen © def. Jack Bruce - B- Christmas Clash 2009 rematch, following on from the Man Under Pressure storyline

Feb: Nothing To Lose - Eric Eisen © def. Rich Money - B

Mar: Awesome Impact - Rich Money def. Eric Eisen ©, Jack Bruce and Marat Khoklov - B+ The beginning of almost 18 months of dominance on Money's part

Apr: The World Is Watching - Rich Money © def. Eric Eisen - B+

May: Master Of Puppets - Remo won the Supreme Respect Battle Royal - B Remo goes on to headline Supreme Challenge against Money

June: Times Of Trouble - Christian Faith def. Vengeance in Caged Hell - B+ Concluding a storyline where Vengeance and his Acolytes set out to drag Faith over to the dark side

July: The Supreme Challenge XXX - Rich Money © def. Remo - B+ One of those times when the game can't quite accurately replicate real life; The Almighty Dollar clashing in the main event of Supreme Challenge might have benefited from extra heat, but a B+ wasn't bad for Remo

Aug: Welcome To The Jungle - Rich Money © - def. Brandon James - A

Sep: Under Control - Christian Faith def. Rich Money © - A As voted for by the fans. I'm sure that the Supreme Universe would have chosen the same

Oct: Let The Games Begin - Rich Money def. Christian Faith © - A After 10 months or so of Face!Money, this match laid the groundwork for an upcoming heel turn. Money is the consummate heel - not just unflinching in his willingness to do anything to win, but so damn good at what he does that he has to be respected, regardless of whether or not you like him. He's been a joy to write for, really.

Nov: Break Like The Wind - Rich Money © drew with Angry Gilmore - A In the diary universe, Money and Gilmore had a midcard rivalry that went back and forth a la Guerrero/Malenko in ECW. When Gilmore won a tournament to challenge Money, it gave the chance to revive that on the biggest stage, with the biggest prize around on offer for the winner.

Dec: Christmas Clash - Rich Money © def. Tom Gilmore, Brandon James and Eric Eisen - B+ Rounding off the year with a fairly throwaway four corners match. Eisen took the fall, from memory

2011

Jan: When Hell Freezes Over - Rich Money def. Brandon James - A Brandon James kept getting title shots, and kept missing out. Brandon just isn't good enough to headline as champion, and in universe this was explained away as his inability to successfully marry the Big Cat brutality to Emma Chase's cool management. On my part, he was always a fantastic challenger, and easy to re-heat on short notice to throw at any opponent.

Feb: Nothing To Lose - Rich Money © drew with Tom Gilmore - A Cue the heel turn. After a second draw, this time being taken to the time limit, Money blows his stack at having an opponent that even he can't beat, and leaves Gilmore bloodied and unconscious. Money followed this up by doing the same to Christian Faith, as though there were any doubt that he was both Magnificent and an utter Bas---d...

Mar: Awesome Impact - Rich Money © def. Jack Bruce - A With Gilmore out of the way, Bruce stepped up. Note the match rating - with Money on a roll, damn near every main event was pulling a 98 or 99, even against an opponent as... Cena-like as Bruce.

Apr: The World Is Watching - Rich Money © def. Jack Bruce, Troy Tornado and Sean McFly - A McFly returned at the previous PPV and Tornado and Bruce had been feuding for months. A four corners match was an easy way to prolong rivalries.

May: Master Of Puppets - Tom Gilmore won the Supreme Respect Battle Royal - B+ I seem to recall that there were people picking someone other than Gilmore for the win in this match. Crazy... :p

June: Times Of Trouble - Rich Money © def. Sean McFly - A With Gilmore set for Supreme Challenge, the task fell to McFly to see if he could upset the apple cart by postponing the resolution of Money/Gilmore. He couldn't, but it was still a great match.

July: The Supreme Challenge XXXI - Tom Gilmore def. Rich Money © - A* My first A* match in the diary, 18 months in. Given how long I'd been running diary games, and how little I played TEW outside of them, it might have been my first A* match in about 5 years... Anyway, Gilmore and Money blew everything else away, and then got one-upped by the main event of Supreme TV the following week :o

Aug: Welcome To The Jungle - Tom Gilmore © def. Rich Money in a 60 minute Iron Man match - A I was curious if this could score an A* as well. Close, but not quite. The write-up for the main event borrowed liberally from Rock/Triple H from 2000, which remains one of my favourite matches of all time, and certainly the best booked 60 minutes I've seen (until the finish, anyway).

Sep: Under Control - Tom Gilmore © def. Matthew Gauge - A; Tom Gilmore © def. Brandon James - A The fans picked Matthew Gauge, which I hoped they would, as early on I earmarked him as the most likely member of the youth movement known as Generation Supreme to compete in the SC32 main event. This helped legitimise the kids, because Gauge was very nearly Gilmore's equal in their match, just falling short at the end. The 'true' main event, booked in case Gilmore/Gauge flopped, saw Brandon James cash in his Call of Destiny (Money in the Bank) briefcase to try and beat a weakened Gilmore. No dice, Brandon - learn to tell a story buddy...

Oct: Let The Games Begin - Tom Gilmore © def. Sean McFly - A Money had picked himself, Gilmore and McFly as the three best in the world. Logically, then, McFly needed a run at Gilmore. Face/Face didn't work as well as I'd hoped, even with these two being the Faces in question.

Nov: Break Like The Wind - Jay Chord def. Chris Morrisette ©, Tom Gilmore, Spencer Spade, Marat Khoklov and Primus Allen in a Gold Rush match for the North American title - B+ The Gold Rush match was carried over from my MAW diary, pitting all the company's champions against one another with all the singles titles on the line. Heading into the match, Morrisette was North American champion, Allen the Shooting Star champion, Spade was half of the tag champions and Khoklov the Chaos champion. Rich Money held the other half of the tag titles, and he was barred from challenging from the World title (to stop me spamming Money/Gilmore, admittedly). Because I tried to adhere to stipulations, Jay won a battle royal to take the wild card entry... and become the first member of Generation Supreme to win in the main event of a PPV.

Dec: Christmas Clash - Tom Gilmore © def. Steve Frehley - A I enjoyed booking a heel-turned Frehley as a cold destroyer. His Shatter Kick matched Sheamus' Brogue Kick, and was every bit as devastating. No-one kicked out of it, but Gilmore had the skills to avoid it.

2012

Jan: When Hell Freezes Over - Chris Morrisette def. Tom Gilmore © - A Chris Morrisette won a four corners match over Jack Bruce, Joey Minnesota and Brandon James to earn the shot when a mystery attacker (Eddie Peak) took out Minnesota and James. He won off a fluke backhand strike that knocked Gilmore cold. The implication was that Morrisette, a career midcarder, had lucked into the biggest win of his career, a very different setup to his predecessors as champion.

Feb: Nothing To Lose - Chris Morrisette © def. Tom Gilmore - A Morrisette retains cleanly in a very close match that went some way to establishing him as being on Gilmore's level, if not clearly setting him up as his better

Mar: Awesome Impact - Chris Morrisette © def. Troy Tornado, Edd Stone, Joey Minnesota, Rich Money and Sean McFly in a Lockdown match - A Lockdown was basically the Extreme Elimination Chamber. Morrisette more than acquitted himself well, entering early and being clever and incisive in dealing with his five varied challengers

Apr: The World Is Watching - Tom Gilmore drew with Sean McFly - A The main event was a #1 contender match spoiled by Rich Money (these guys again!). It was headlining because Morrisette broke his ribs in a Supreme TV match, but still took on Jack Bruce and won in a B+ match in the midcard that was better than it had any right to be.

May: Master Of Puppets - Matthew Gauge won the Supreme Respect Battle Royal - B Gauge will headline Supreme Challenge XXXII; In the undercard Sean McFly won the World title from Morrisette, but in an inversion of the early part of his reign, it was McFly who had to show he could hang with Morrisette. He could, just, but Morrisette lost nothing in dropping the title here. Note that this was McFly's 5th World title shot on PPV since returning around 15 months earlier. As good as he is, it took time for him to get up to speed in the new SWF.

June: Times Of Trouble - Sean McFly © vs. Chris Morrisette The next PPV, this is the rematch to determine who'll face Gauge in the Supreme Challenge main event.

July: The Supreme Challenge XXXII: One Night Stand - ??? vs. ??? The first part of the Supreme Double Header, this half of the show will be a DaVE tribute night of sorts - Eddie Peak, Jack Giedroyc, Nemesis, Brandon James, Joey Minnesota and Eric Tyler will all have a big part to play in the night's events. To borrow a phrase, there will be blood - but justified, judicially used, and all the more dramatic as a result.

July: The Supreme Challenge XXXII: Generation Supreme - ??? © vs. Mattthew Gauge The culmination of two and a half years of booking in-game, and about five years real time... Can the best of the young talent come out on top in the biggest match of the year, or do the veterans still have enough to hold on to their place at the top of the tree for a little while yet?
