Big Mark Smark Posted March 8, 2016 Share Posted March 8, 2016 Just finished playing a full year of this mod booking TNA. It looks great and the game play is generally pretty good. A few things did surprise me, though. 1. Not having any trends by region was a bit disappointing. 2. Jeff Jarrett finished 2004 as the most popular wrestler on the planet, despite putting over several of my other Main Eventers. (He actually jobbed to Raven in two feuds.) He was pulling down As and A+s all around the world. Now, I'm not complaining, I'm just not sure that JJ really had it in him to get that far. 3. On a related note, TNA's roster seems set up to take them to National. I managed it in the year and I'm not that great a booker. Is this intended or accidental? They should probably be set a bit less popular in game realism wise, but for game sake they wouldn't be able to hire the guys they did if they are set up less popular. So it's a trade off. Oh, I think the promotion's popularity they start on is OK (they're certainly at the right level). It's just that JJ in particular, but also guys like Raven, D'Lo and Styles, seem to have the quality to push TNA up to National without making heavy use of the Outsiders, Hardys, or Dudleys. Even Sting doesn't seem that much better than the other top guys at TNA, although he does start off more popular.
