Currently it's the AMAZON promotion but the logo is kinda basic so a fresh one would be awesome. I used an all-female promotion called AMAZON in my own WMMA3 games, whose logos can be found here. You're welcome to use them (and I'd be happy to adjust them), though they're also pretty basic. Just to give a suggestion if you're looking for a more localised name for a Japanese female fighting organisation. You can use Kunoichi Fighting Champions (KFC, lol) Kunoichi is the term for female ninjas/ninjutsu's, so that would fit in the oriental theme.
