The UFC announced this afternoon that the three fighters competed at UFC Fight Night: Evans vs. Teixeira, failed the drug test after the fight. The most important case was the former Light Heavyweight champion, Rashad Evans, who was already being considered for a rematch against the champion, Jon Jones. The three fighters won their fights, had altered results for No-Contest and will be suspended for 12 months.

Rashad Evans gave an interview last night in which he claimed that he was the victim of lab mistake, and that his recent drug test failure for PEDs was entirely unjustified. Now under suspension, he was adamant that he had taken no illegal substances prior to his fight with Glover Teixeira.
