Derek B Posted February 23, 2015 Share Posted February 23, 2015 I'm gutted that I missed out on the predictions, thought the PPV was next weekend for some reason and was out of the country this week so didn't even have a chance to look in. Got back today and realised I had missed the show, but at least I wasn't spoilered beforehand... made some guesses just for myself, I count my score as a 10 overall. My underdog story of overcoming the odds to win the title at whatever the December PPV is called begins here! A joint record - with the previous PPV - of 22 people predicted in all. Only 3 people correctly chose Rusev to win via Stoppage, those being Arrows, jameschaos and Smasher1311. As per occasions such as this last year, points were only given to people who specifically stated that Cena would pass out or that the referee would stop the match. Anyone who said 'Submission' was not awarded points. Of the top 5 after the first PPV, 3 failed to predict this time around. They were Derek B, RayW and Teh Showtime. The lowest score predicted last year was the 3 scored by Astil at Battleground, a score matched this time around by newcomer daulten6. Russellrules44 managed to score even lower with a score of 2. However, this was surprisingly not the lowest score as hellboy2 added just 1 point to his overall tally, managing only to pick Bad News Barrett to win his match, though not via the correct method. In what has to go down as one of the most poorly filled in prediction forms of all time, CPBHBK manged only to put an acceptable term in the finish section for one match, choosing 'interference', 'dusty', 'tights' and 'idk' for the finish to other matches and failing to predict the Divas match at all. The fact he scored 6 should perhaps provide further embarrassment to the 3 mentioned in the paragraph above The following PPV is of course Wrestlemania 31, the PPV that tends to offer the most points of any throughout the competition. Can anyone close the gap on scuba steve or will he extend his lead even further? Will anyone manage the feat of scoring 0 points? It's certainly going to be exciting to find out! Yes Although my answer to the above question is yes, it could go either way. If Reigns wins than I see Rollins cashing in and defeating Reigns for the title which would set up a Rollins Reigns feud for post Wrestlemania time (It's something they really have yet to do). However if Lesnar wins which as I stated above I think he will because one year after breaking the streak he should, I feel that Rollins attempts to cash in and fails.
