[WWE Monday Night Raw opens in the Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Connecticut. Michael Cole welcomes everyone to the show as 'Out From The Shadows' begins to play. The crowd rises to their feet with cheers as 'The Vigilante' Sting walks out from the back. Sting is dressed in his black leather trenchcoat and his black and white facepaint. He slips inside the ring and stands in the center as a 'Sting' chant begins and he releases a howl. He paces inside the ring for a moment and then he says that this is what it's like to kick off Monday Night Raw, huh? We are less than three weeks away from the night when he steps inside the ring and looks across at Triple H, one of the men that destroyed professional wrestling as we knew it. He says that he has sat back and watched Triple H manipulate and backstab his way to the top. He says that he is the last soldier standing in a forgotten war that has been over for a very long time. He says that he is not here specifically to talk about WCW. He is here to stand up for everyone that has been stepped on by Triple H. He is here to stand up for guys like Booker T. He is here to stand up for guys like Daniel Bryan. He is here to stand up for guys like Roman Reigns. He was surely about to continue when he gets interrupted.]

['King Of Kings' brings out every single member of The Authority from the back. Triple H is on the microphone as they walk toward the ring. He reminds Sting that he is not back in WCW right now. He is in a WWE ring and this ring is owned by The Authority, by the McMahon Family and by the COO of the WWE Triple H himself. Triple H says he is going to give Sting the opportunity to leave his ring right now and walk to the back. But he only gets one opportunity. Otherwise, The Authority will show him the door of an ambulance. The Authority begins circling around the ring and Stephanie McMahon reaches underneath, pulling a sledgehammer out from under the ring. She hands it to her husband and he smiles, telling Sting he's too late. The Authority climbs onto the ring apron and Sting pulls out a baseball bat! He places the bat under the chin of Triple H, giving a silent warning that he will use it if anyone makes a move. The Authority pauses, waiting long enough for 'Voices' to begin to play! The crowd cheers as here comes Randy Orton and he's not alone! Goldberg slides in the ring with Sting and the trio stand tall in the center of the ring. Triple H makes a motion and the rest of The Authority drop down off the apron. Sting withdraws the bat and Triple H joins the rest of The Authority, yelling to Sting that he won't always have friends around!]

[We have moved to the opening match of the night here on Monday Night Raw and this has major WrestleMania implications. The winner of this match moves on to WrestleMania and a shot at the WWE World Tag Team titles. The Usos start out strong against both Miz and Mizdow. The Miz and Mizdow try to regroup outside the ring but they get caught with stereo dives by The Usos! The Usos roll back in the ring and point toward the WrestleMania sign. Miz orders Mizdow into the ring and we begin with Mizdow and Jimmy Uso. Mizdow takes control and catches Jimmy with an inverted facelock backbreaker into a neckbreaker. Mizdow makes the cover but only scores a two count. Mizdow plays to a partially cheering crowd. He whips Jimmy into a corner and catches him with an Awesome Clothesline in the corner, sitting on the middle rope for a moment before he picks up Jimmy. He goes for the Skull Crushing Finale but Jimmy blocks the hold. Jimmy catches Mizdow with a float-over DDT. Both men are down and begin to slowly move toward their corners. Mizdow tags in The Miz. The Miz comes running in but Jimmy leaps and tags in Jey! Jey catches The Miz with a couple of forearm smashes into a corner. He whips The Miz across and then runs in with a running hip attack on The Miz. Mizdow comes in to help but Jimmy cuts him off! Jey brings The Miz over with a Northern Lights Suplex without a bridge. Jey heads to the top turnbuckle -- Uso Splash! Jey hooks the leg: One, Two, Three! The Usos are heading to WrestleMania!]

[We move from the ring and one Samoan team to another Samoan team as Roman Reigns is backstage with The Rock. The Rock says that The Rock is happy that The Usos are going to WrestleMania. But tonight The Rock has to focus on one man. That one man is a big stinking pile of Soviet-made monkey crap by the name of Rusev. Reigns looks to his cousin and offers a fist, catching a fist bump from The Rock. Reigns says that tonight he's going to be there to watch his cousin's back the same way that The Rock has been there to watch his back. Reigns says that tonight The Rock will become the next WWE United States Champion. You better believe that. The Rock agrees and says that tonight The Rock shows why The Rock is known as The Great One. He tells Reigns to be quiet for a moment because the people are chanting The Rock's name. A 'Rocky' chant begins in the audience. The Rock says that tonight they are going to be chanting 'USA, USA, USA.' Reigns says that he better believe that.]

[We move from the backstage area to a completely darkened room. A spotlight shines, showing the face of Bray Wyatt. Wyatt laughs and says they are only a few weeks away from the final resting place of The Undertaker. But now he has decided to bring someone else into the depths with him. That other person is his half-brother Kane. Wyatt tells The Undertaker to look into the skies above his head. In those skies, the buzzards are circling. They are preparing to feast upon his dead carcass when his soul is removed by the new Face of Fear at WrestleMania. Follow the buzzards, Undertaker. Watch as they circle you and your brother. Watch as your own devastation is only increased two-fold by the return of your little brother by your side. Wyatt says that the truth can be startling to those living in a fantasy world. That truth is that he has come to bring the Brothers of Destruction home. He has come to bring home two wayward souls. Wyatt says that The Undertaker has been judged and that judgment has been pronounced as guilty. At WrestleMania, Wyatt says, it will be time for The Undertaker to rest in peace. Wyatt laughs and the spotlight blinks before turning off as Wyatt blows out the light of a lantern.]

[Our second match features the new Director Of Operations for The Authority Big Show against The All-American American Jack Swagger. As one would expect, this match is a brawl between these two wrestlers with Big Show using a giant slap to the chest of Swagger in the corner. Swagger staggers out and Show picks him up -- Sidewalk Slam! Show makes the cover but only gets a two count. Show stands up, almost seeming happy that Swagger kicked out. He tosses Swagger over the top rope to the floor and then stands back as the referee begins the count. When the referee gets to five, Show walks over and exits the ring, joining Swagger at ringside. He pulls up Swagger and whips him to the steps -- reversed! Show catches the steps with his legs, tripping over to the floor. He grabs his right leg and cries out in pain. Swagger pulls himself up, getting a second wind, before tossing Show back inside the ring. Swagger joins the World's Largest Athlete in the ring and focuses on that right leg, placing it on the bottom rope and then leaping and dropping hard on top of it. Show cries out in pain. Swagger drops the straps and pulls Show upward, moving in behind him. Swagger wraps his arms around Show from behind and then lifts him, showing strength as he throws Show with a German Suplex! Swagger drags Show to a corner and then places his hand over his heart, shouting out 'We The People!' -- Running Swagger Bomb! Swagger gets up and turns Show over, moving him to the center of the ring -- Patriot Lock! Swagger hooks in the Patriot Lock and Show is crying out in pain, trying to reverse it! A sign goes up in the crowd: 'Real American Lesson #1: Never cry during work!' That sign is shown just before Big Show taps out to the Patriot Lock!]

[From the ring, we move to The Authority's locker room where the camera focuses in on Triple H and Seth Rollins. Hunter is shaking his head after seeing Big Show tap out tonight. He tells Rollins that this has not been a very good night for The Authority. Rollins tells Hunter not to worry because he still has the future of the WWE, the future right here in this briefcase. Hunter says that he knows that Rollins is the future but they need something right now. He says that The Authority needs their golden boy to step up and make something big happen tonight. He says that he wants everyone to think about The Authority tonight. He asks Rollins if that is something that he can do. Rollins tells Hunter that he will make sure that he lives up to Hunter's faith in him. The two Authority members shake hands and then lean in together to discuss a strategy for tonight as we move elsewhere.]

[From there, we move to an interview area that features Lana and the WWE United States Champion Rusev. Lana says that the WWE is trying to manipulate Rusev out of his United States title by putting him in matches against two stupid Americans. In one of those matches, tonight, Rusev is taking on some Hollywood actor called The Rock. Rusev speaks up and says that tonight he is going to send The Rock back to Hollywood in am ambulance. He says that The Rock is more like a pebble when faced with the greatness of the Super-Athlete that is Rusev. Rusev says that tonight he is going to crush this stupid little American The Rock and then head to WrestleMania where he will be destroying the same man that he destroyed at Fast Lane: John Cena. He says that Cena should not have a second chance at his title but this second chance will be John Cena's last chance. He says that he spoke with Stephanie McMahon and John Cena will not get another shot at the United States title while Rusev is champion if he loses at WrestleMania. Rusev says that John Cena is a stupid little man and that following WrestleMania Russian Superiority will continue to prevail.]

[Our next contest is a pretty short one as Curtis Axel comes out talking about #AXELMANIA as he faces the tough test of Erick Rowan, a former member of the Wyatt Family. Rowan tries to use his power against Axel early on but Axel has the quickness advantage and it shows in the first few minutes. Axel executes a perfect dropkick to knock Rowan backward and Rowan falls, getting tied up in the ropes. Axel moves in and throws some swift right hands to the head as the referee tries to free Rowan from the ropes. Once Rowan is freed, Axel moves in and catches Rowan with a snapmare and then a rolling neck snap, scoring a two count on his opponent. Rowan has a brief burst of momentum during the bout but Axel quickly turns things back to his side. Axel catches Rowan with the move called the Axehole. He makes the cover: One, Two, Three.]

[Renee Young is backstage right now with the WWE Intercontinental Champion Bad News Barrett and his bodyguard Luke Harper. Young begins asking about the upcoming WrestleMania match between Barrett and Dean Ambrose at WrestleMania. Barrett says that if Ambrose thinks he is going to win and get his picture up at WWE Headquarters, he has some bad news for him. He tells Ambrose that he better get ready to suffer from the Bull Hammer. He might have continued but Dolph Ziggler walks up and tells Luke Harper to back off because he wants to talk to Bad News. Ziggler says that he beat Barrett last week and that he can do the same with the title on the line. Ziggler says that he deserves to be added to the title match at WrestleMania. Barrett laughs and says that there's no way that can happen. Triple H appears and says that there's actually more than one way that can happen. But the most direct way is going to happen this Thursday night on Smackdown. It will be Dolph Ziggler versus Dean Ambrose. If Ziggler wins, he is added to the match at WrestleMania. If The Show Off loses, he is placed in the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal. Hunter wishes them good luck and whistles as he walks off.]

[back in the ringside area, 'Some Bodies Gonna Get It' is playing and out from the back comes 'The Silverback,' 'The World's Strongest Man' Mark Henry. He walks down to the ring, ignoring the crowd as he reaches ringside and then steps inside the ring. He has a microphone and says that he is glad to be back in a WWE ring. He says that the last time he was here, he was knocked out by the Big Show at the Survivor Series. Now, the same night that he returns, Big Show taps out to some little All-American American. It's amazing what the space of a few months can do to a person. But he says that he's not here to talk about Big Show. He's here to talk about the many people he will be adding to the Hall Of Pain in a few weeks at WrestleMania. He says that he is adding his name to the list of names that will be participating in the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal. He says that there is no one that can throw him out of that battle royal, including guys like Goldberg and anyone else that is choosing to participate.]

['Meat On The Table' begins to play and here comes Ryback from the back as Mark Henry stands in the ring. Ryback marches down in the ring and goes face-to-face with Mark Henry. Henry tells Ryback to back down, reminding him that he beat Ryback at WrestleMania a couple of years ago. Ryback looks at Mark Henry and makes a motion, telling him to 'Feed Me More!' Mark Henry steps in and throws a right hand! Ryback returns the punch! Henry punches! Ryback punches! Neither man wants to back down from this as the punches continue to be thrown. Henry starts to get the advantage and he tries to lift Ryback for the World's Strongest Slam but Ryback fights his way back down. Road Agents and Officials come running in to break things up. Mark Henry breaks free from the officials and levels Ryback with a clothesline. The officials pull Mark Henry back and Ryback is the one that breaks free, catching Henry with a kick to the gut and then going for the Meat Hook Clothesline but he is stopped by the officials as they drag Mark Henry out of the ring.]

[Our next tag team encounter is another match that has WrestleMania implications. The winners of this tag team match will join The Usos in the Fatal Fourway tag team match at WrestleMania. Finn Balor is dressed in full demon gear. As one would expect between these two teams, the match is a brawl from the outset. The Dudley Boys manage to isolate Finn Balor early on in the contest and bring him to the mat with a double flapjack. Bubba Ray holds the legs and D-Von heads to the top turnbuckle -- Whassup Headbutt off the top turnbuckle has Balor rolling around in pain. D-Von Dudley continues that control until he goes for a piledriver on Balor. Balor reverses into a back body drop and quickly tags in the Celtic Warrior. Sheamus comes in and catches D-Von with the White Noise, scoring a two count. He tosses D-Von out to the apron and catches him -- Beats of the Bodhrán! After those forearm smashes, he shoves D-Von off the apron to the floor at ringside. A sign goes up in the background, reading: 'Irish Carbomb!' The Celtic Demons nearly score a count out victory but D-Von manages to roll in the ring at the count of nine. Sheamus picks up D-Von and goes for the Celtic Cross but in comes Bubba Ray, pulling D-Von to the mat instead. Bubba Ray quickly moves back to the corner and tags himself in! Bubba Ray comes in and attacks Sheamus, hitting him with punches and then a bionic elbow! The crowd goes wild as several signs are shown, including: 'The Celtic Demons? More like the Celtics Creatins!', 'It's The Celtic Demons, Kane!' and 'The Sheepherder and The Creepherder!' Bubba Ray is in full control as Finn Balor comes in and attacks Bubba Ray but Bubba Ray catches Balor with a bionic elbow as well. The distraction allows Sheamus to assault Bubba Ray from behind. Sheamus takes down Bubba Ray with a front powerslam and then moves into a corner. Balor tags himself in as Sheamus stares at Bubba Ray -- Brogue Kick! Bubba Ray gets laid out as Finn Balor is up top -- Coup de Grâce! Balor makes the cover: One, Two, Three! The Celtic Demons are headed to WrestleMania!]

[From the ring, we move to the backstage area where Byron Saxton is standing by with the WWE Diva's Champion Paige. Saxton talks about the fact that Gail Kim made her return last Thursday night on Smackdown bringing Paige down and locking in the Figure 4 around the post. Paige says that she seems to recall Gail Kim saying she would not be returning to the WWE but now that she is back here, why not give the #DivasAChance? Paige says that the WWE is HER HOUSE and that the Diva's title will remain around her waist for a very long time. She says that this coming Thursday night on Smackdown they will be determining her challenger at WrestleMania from four very talented Diva's. Whether it's Gail Kim or AJ Lee or Nikki Bella again or Natalya, they are going to prove why you should give Diva's A Chance because they will put on a WrestleMania style match. Saxton asks her if she has a preference, Paige says she will take on any of them any time. She raises her Diva's belt and we are taken to the ring for Diva's tag team action.]

[All four of these women will do battle Thursday night on Smackdown for a shot at the Diva's title at WrestleMania but tonight they are in tag team action. None of these women really like each other all that much so the tags are definitely not fluid. Gail Kim scores a near-fall on AJ Lee with the inverted stomp facebreaker. But AJ wants some momentum heading toward the big Fatal Fourway match. The momentum shifts when Kim goes for a top rope cross body and AJ ducks, sending Kim to the mat. AJ manages to tag in Natalya and in comes Nikki Bella. Natalya with multiple clotheslines on Nikki! Brie Bella climbs on the apron and she gets knocked off by Natalya with a right hand! Natalya returns to Nikki and Nikki rolls her up in a small package: One, Two, Kickout! AJ Lee comes in and so does Gail Kim. AJ and Kim end up fighting outside the ring, leaving the ring for Nikki Bella and Natalya. Natalya goes for the Sharpshooter on Nikki but Nikki rakes her eyes, sending her staggering backward. Nikki picks up Natalya -- Rack Attack! Nikki makes the cover: One, Two, AJ flies in to make the save, Three! AJ didn't make it in time and Nikki Bella scores the victory tonight!]

[We move from the ring to the backstage area where we see Roman Reigns down on the ground surrounded by EMTs and officials. The officials are trying to get Reigns to focus but he definitely seems like he is completely out of it. Some streaks of blood drip down his forehead, covering his face in what would be called a crimson mask. The Rock shows up on the scene, asking what happened to his cousin. They cannot seem to find out from Reigns. The Rock tells Reigns to get to the hospital. The Rock says that The Rock can take care of Rusev tonight. The Rock tells Reigns to take care of himself. The Rock moves off as EMTs work to get Roman Reigns on a stretcher. He will obviously not be able to be in The Rock's corner later on tonight. What is going to happen when The Rock takes on Rusev later on?]

[From there, we move to a pre-taped video featuring the advocate for the WWE World Heavyweight Champion Paul Heyman. Heyman says 'ladies and gentlemen, my name is Paul Heyman and I am the advocate for the reigning, defending, undisputed Heavyweight Champion of the World Brock Lesnar. I am the one behind the one in twenty-one and one. In less than three weeks, my client is going to step into the main event of WrestleMania to take on the fan favorite Daniel Bryan.' Heyman says that at WrestleMania, Daniel Bryan is going to let each and every one of you down. He thinks he is going to be the one to beat the one. But so did The Undertaker at last year's WrestleMania. So did John Cena at SummerSlam. So did Ryback. So did Seth Rollins. Each and every person who has been placed in the ring with Brock Lesnar has fallen by the wayside. That is because he is the Beast Incarnate. Brock Lesnar is the best wrestler in the world today. [Our next contest features the number one contender to the WWE World Heavyweight title as Daniel Bryan takes on the insane Stardust. Both of these men scored big victories at Fast Lane. In the opening minute of the match, Bryan gains an advantage and sends Stardust outside the ring. He bounces off the ropes and catches Stardust with a suicide dive! He gets back in the ring and catches Stardust with a second suicide dive! He gets him with a third in a row before sending Stardust back inside the ring. Bryan hooks Stardust in a surfboard but Stardust refuses to give up. Following the release of the surfboard, Stardust gains a brief advantage against Daniel Bryan. Stardust catches Bryan with an Alabama Slam for a two count. He goes for the Beautiful Disaster Kick but Bryan ducks and begins hitting Stardust with kicks to the chest and then one to the head that sends Stardust to the mat. Bryan heads to the top turnbuckle and looks down for a moment -- Flying Goat! The headbutt is driven to the heart of Stardust! Daniel Bryan begins the YES chants with the crowd going absolutely wild! Bryan moves in -- YES LOCK! He gets the YES Lock on Stardust! Within moments, Stardust's hand taps on the mat! Stardust has given up!]

[Daniel Bryan has picked up a big win over Stardust. He releases the YES Lock but when he gets up to get his arm raised, he takes a briefcase shot to the face! Seth Rollins and J&J Security are in the ring! Rollins smashes Bryan again and again with the briefcase to the skull! Is this the strategy that was worked out between Seth Rollins and Triple H? Rollins motions to J&J to hold up Bryan. They pull him up -- Superkick by Rollins to Bryan! The crowd boos loudly, a 'NO' chant beginning but Rollins doesn't seem to care. Rollins looks down at Bryan and then sets the briefcase down on the mat. He directs J&J Security to hold Bryan in position and it looks like he's going for the Curb Stomp on the briefcase! Rollins goes to bounce off the ropes when 'Voices' begins to play! Loud cheers escape the crowd as Randy Orton runs from the back toward the ring! Seth Rollins sees Orton running in his direction and he quickly grabs the briefcase, exiting the ring, leaving J&J Security inside the ring. Orton slides in and catches Joey Mercury with a clothesline and then goes for an RKO on Jamie Noble but Noble backs off and exits the ring. He pulls Mercury out and Randy Orton stands tall inside the ring. 'Voices' plays again as Randy Orton celebrates, playing to the crowd. Orton is in action next!]

[Our semi main event should be an excellent match as Bray Wyatt steps in the ring with Randy Orton. The former Legend Killer is fired up and shows it within the first two minutes of the match as he is in control over Wyatt. He watches Wyatt with a vertical suplex and then a picture perfect dropkick. Orton goes for a swinging neckbreaker but Wyatt blocks the hold, turning it into a short-arm clothesline. Wyatt takes control and is in control for several minutes both inside and outside the ring. Outside the ring, Wyatt sends Orton into the ring apron and then into the ring post. The match returns back inside the ring and Wyatt sends Orton into the turnbuckle, following it with a body avalanche. Wyatt grabs the top turnbuckle and bends over backward, doing the crab walk before rolling onto his stomach. Wyatt yells at a fan who raises a sign, reading: 'Bray Wyatt has a face only Bigfoot could love!' Wyatt returns to Orton and pulls him up, setting up Sister Abigail -- Orton reverses it into a discus clothesline that has both men laid out on the mat.]

[both men slowly get to their feet and begin exchanging punches! Orton starts to get control of that and drops Wyatt with an inverted headlock backbreaker! Orton looks down at Wyatt, pulling him up. He ducks a wild clothesline attempt by Wyatt -- Scoop Powerslam! Orton scores a two count before pounding the mat. It looks like he might be going for the RKO. Orton moves in -- RK -- NO! Wyatt shoves Orton into a corner instead and catches him with a forearm smash to the lower back. A sign goes up in the crowd that reads: 'RK...DEA!' Wyatt brings Orton down with a belly to back suplex and then a running senton. Wyatt picks up Orton and sets up Sister Abigail but the lights dim and begin blinking as The Undertaker's gong sounds. Wyatt laughs and drops Orton to the mat, opening his arms and telling The Undertaker to come and find him! Dark laughter comes over the P.A. system and then things return to normal. Wyatt turns back to Orton: RKO! A sign goes up, reading: 'Follow the buzzards into an RKO!' Orton makes the cover: One, Two, Three!]

[Corey Graves is backstage, standing by with John Cena. Graves says that in just a few moments, we are going to see Rusev defend the United States title against The Rock. The winner of that match will take on this man, John Cena. Graves asks Cena which of these two men he would rather face at WrestleMania. Cena says that no matter which of those men he faces at WrestleMania, he's going to get to come out and say that the champ is here! He says that there's two people there. First, there's Rusev, the current United States Champion. He is young and hungry and a tough competitor as he proved at Fast Lane. Cena says that he would be a tough opponent for him because nobody has forced Rusev to submit or pinned Rusev. That is an added challenge. Then you have the Great One, The People's Champion, The Rock. Cena says that he's already beaten The Rock once at WrestleMania. He says that he knows that he can do it again. Cena says that he will do whatever it takes to win that match no matter who his opponent is. He will do it for the CeNation. But, if pushed, he has to say that he wants to be the first man to pin the Bulgarian Brute. So he, along with the members of the CeNation, will be watching this match very closely.]

[it is main event time and what a contest we have here as Lana walks out along with Rusev to take on The Rock in the center of the ring. When the bell sounds, the two men meet in the center of the ring, jawing back and forth. The Rock slaps Rusev and Rusev fires back with a punch! The Rock with a punch! Rusev with a punch! The Rock fires multiple punches and then a spit punch that brings Rusev to the mat. The Rock catches Rusev with multiple clotheslines as Rusev keeps popping up after each one. Rusev finally drops down and rolls out of the ring, trying to put some distance between him and The Rock. But The Rock is having none of it! He chases Rusev out of the ring and sends The Bulgarian Brute flying into the ring post. Rusev smacks the steel hard, dropping like a stone to the floor below. The Rock pulls Rusev up and rolls him into the ring, joining him inside. He stomps away on Rusev and then pulls the Super Athlete up, going for the Rock Bottom but Rusev elbows his way out, dropping The Rock with a swinging side slam. The Bulgarian Brute yanks The Rock to his feet and sends him into a corner. Rusev follows in with a running hip attack to The Rock. The Rock staggers out of the corner and a knee lift brings The Rock to the mat. A sign goes up in the crowd, reading: 'Rusev is Russian for a victory!' Rusev makes a cover:]

[Rusev looks down at The Rock with a sneer, picking him up and catching him with a leaping side kick. Rusev raises his fists to loud boos and a USA chant from this capacity crowd. Lana yells at the crowd to shut-up from ringside and Rusev moves back to The Rock. He bends over and The Rock fires a punch! Another punch! Another! The crowd has fired up The Rock! Rusev is staggered backward and The Rock kips up! Rusev charges at The Rock and The Rock grabs him around the waist -- Overhead Belly-To-Belly Suplex! Rusev went flying! The Rock yanks Rusev to his feet and sends him to the ropes -- Samoan Drop! The Rock makes the cover: One, Two, Kickout! The man known as The Brahma Bull gets to his feet and yanks Rusev up. He hooks his head -- Snap DDT! The Snap DDT has Rusev down hard on the mat. The Rock stands up and points toward a sign in the crowd that reads: 'Rocky>Drago!' The Rock looks down at the fallen Rusev and stalks him for a moment while Rusev pulls himself up. The Rock grabs Rusev -- Rock Bottom! The Rock plants Rusev with the Rock Bottom! We could be seeing the first man to pin Rusev! The Rock makes the cover:]

[somehow, Rusev has the wherewithal to put his foot on the bottom rope! The crowd is filled with chants of 'USA' and 'Rocky!' The Rock yanks Rusev to his feet and sends him to the ropes -- Spinebuster! The Rock plants Rusev with the spinebuster and then moves around him, lining up with Rusev and removing his elbow pad! The Rock tosses that pad into the crowd and then bounces off the ropes once, twice -- SSSTTTAAA -- Kick to the head by Rusev! Rusev interrupts The People's Elbow with a kick to the head. He rolls The Rock into a small package: One, Two, Kickout! Both men manage to get to their feet and Rusev runs The Rock into a corner right where the referee is standing! Referee Mike Chioda is taken out in the corner! Rusev catches The Rock with a couple of shoulders into the gut while in that corner and then he calls for Lana to give him the United States title belt! She gives him the belt and he lines himself up with The Rock as The Rock staggers forward. Rusev raises the belt and runs at The Rock -- DUCKED! The Rock ducks a belt shot and kicks Rusev in the gut -- Rock Bottom! The Rock hits the Rock Bottom on Rusev! The Rock pulls himself up slowly and moves to Rusev, calling for the People's Elbow! The Rock bounces off the ropes once and then when he goes for the ropes the second time, a wave of mist comes from out of nowhere into the eyes of The Rock from ringside! Two men in black masks hit the ring and attack The Rock from behind! One of the masked men lifts The Rock onto his shoulders -- Go To Sleep! The Rock is picked up by the second masked man -- Pop-Up Powerbomb! The two masked men exit the ring, one of them waking the official. Rusev pulls himself to his feet and stomps the spine of The Rock -- Accolade! Rusev locks in The Accolade as a couple of signs are shown in the background: 'Furious RUSEVen!' and 'Rusev........CHOP ROCKY'S HEAD OFF!' Referee Mike Chioda checks with The Rock for a moment and then calls the match off as The Rock is not responding.]

[With the match over, the two masked men come into the ring and immediately assault The Rock! The crowd boos as The Rock is left on his own during this two-on-one assault. One of the men catches The Rock with an enzuigiri and then drags The Rock over into a corner. He lines up The Rock -- Cannonball! The other masked man picks up The Rock and hits a Fisherman's Buster to boos from the crowd. 'Rocky' chants fill the arena as the fans get behind The People's Champion. One of the masked men exits the ring and grabs a chair, sliding back in the ring. He brings the chair down on the back of The Rock again and again, leaving The Rock laying out on the mat. What in the world is happening here and who are these two masked men that are attacking The Rock and cost him the United States title? Suddenly, 'The Truth Reigns' begins to play.]

[it's Roman Reigns! Reigns has bandages on his forehead and covering other parts of his body. But he has made it back in the building and he is coming to save his cousin! Roman Reigns slides in the ring and the two masked men back off into separate corners. Reigns drops to a knee, checking on his cousin, trying to see if The Rock is alright. The two masked men move in and surround Roman Reigns. Reigns looks up at them for a very long moment and then stands up, raising his fists. He looks like he's ready to fight both of them if he has to! He stands, protectively, over his cousin and then places a stomp on The Rock! The crowd boos as Reigns and the two masked men stomp away on The Rock! What in the world is Roman Reigns thinking?!?! Reigns directs the masked men, one of them exiting the ring and pulling a table out from underneath the ring. The table is slid inside and the second masked man sets the table up. Reigns gives a cocky smile and then lifts his cousin up in a power bomb motion with the other two men standing on either side. A three person power bomb sends The Rock through the table! The Rock is absolutely laid out! More boos escape the crowd and Reigns motions for the two men to remove their masks.]

[The two men are shown to be Kevin Owens and Hideo Itami! Two men from NXT have made their arrival to the main roster! Itami looks skyward and sends mist blowing up in the sky and falling down around him, much as Triple H did with water for his entrance. Roman Reigns looks back to his cousin, The Rock, who is laid out in the middle of rubble from a broken table. Reigns motions to Owens and Itami and they pick The Rock up from the rubble, holding him on his feet. The Rock cannot even stand on his own! Reigns cocks his fist and then hits The Rock with the Superman Punch, sending him right down to the mat again. Reigns moves to the center of the ring with Owens and Itami. He extends his right hand in a fist and the other two join him in the center of the ring. What has just happened tonight? The credits roll on the bottom of the screen as Michael Cole reminds everyone to tune in this Thursday on Smackdown! We'll see you there!]

You actually had Rusev go over The Rock...amazing. Guess I can never doubt anything on an angel diary. Roman Reigns turning heel was a huge surprise, and with Owens and Itami coming in, I think that The Rock will have to call a certain ''Generic'' superstar to help him combat the New Shield.

You actually had Rusev go over The Rock...amazing. Guess I can never doubt anything on an angel diary. Roman Reigns turning heel was a huge surprise, and with Owens and Itami coming in, I think that The Rock will have to call a certain ''Generic'' superstar to help him combat the New Shield.

Thank you for the comment, Smasher1311! I knew that Rusev going over The Rock would be a shock to most people. But it definitely continues to elevate The Bulgarian Brute. As a little game spoiler, Rusev has moved up to a B+ in popularity in the United States.

Roman Reigns, Kevin Owens and Hideo Itami definitely have the makings of a New Shield type of unit. I'm glad that you seem to have really enjoyed the twist of bringing them in with the heel turn of Roman Reigns. As far as that 'Generic' superstar coming in, who knows what might happen. He is technically still the NXT Champion right now in the diary.

Loving reading the reaction to the Roman Reigns turn and the main roster debuts of Kevin Owens and Hideo Itami. I hope that I can make the Roman Reign character something that you can get behind/dislike (since he's a heel). The group will have a new name this coming Monday night on Raw. I can tell everyone that none of the new group will be on Thursday Night Smackdown. Again, thank you for the predictions and comments. I am glad that the ending of this Monday Night Raw went over as well as I had hoped it would. If there are any more comments/thoughts, I would love to hear them.

He tells the WWE Universe to shut their mouths because he has something important to say. He says that in his infinite wisdom, Triple H has decided to give him total control over WWE Thursday Night Smackdown. This means that he can decide what matches are booked. He says that he is proud to be the Director Of Operations for The Authority and he will make sure that the best matches are made right here on Smackdown. That includes tonight's main event, which will feature Daniel Bryan taking on Mr. Money In The Bank Seth Rollins. Show says that tonight begins the Big Show Era of WWE Thursday Night Smackdown. He starts to exit the ring.] [before Big Show can leave the ring, however, 'Invasion' begins to play. Show stands in the center of the ring, watching, as the Titan-Tron lights up, showing the backstage area. A security officer knocks on a door and out from behind that door comes the man they call Goldberg! Goldberg chants begin inside the arena as he makes his way through the backstage area to the top of the ramp. Fireworks explode all around him and he stands in the middle of the smoke. He breathes out the smoke before walking toward the ring. Show tells him not to enter the ring. Show continues to warn him as Goldberg ignores these warnings, stepping inside the ring and staring across at Big Show. Goldberg actually has a microphone at this point and he asks Big Show if he remembers him. Just in case he doesn't, take a listen to these fans here in Utah. He pauses and the Goldberg chant just gets louder and louder. Big Show asks Goldberg why he's even here. Goldberg says that he was sitting at home and he was thinking about a certain question that he used to ask. That question is 'WHO'S NEXT?!?!' Goldberg says he thinks he has an answer to that question. 'YOU'RE NEXT!' He shouts those words right before dropping the microphone and dropping Big Show with a spear! Part of the crowd cheers the raise of the shoulder but Ziggler stays on Ambrose. He goes for the Zig-Zag but Ambrose grabs the top rope to keep from going down. Ambrose brings Ziggler to the top turnbuckle and hooks him -- Double Underhook Superplex! Ambrose makes the cover: One, Two, Kickout! Ambrose is to his feet, waiting for Ziggler to rise up. As Ziggler stands, Ambrose bounces against the middle rope and brings him down with a lariat. The Lunatic Fringe gets cheers from some of the members of the crowd as he calls for the Dirty Deeds. Kidd catches Diego with a springboard hurricanrana that sends Diego outside the ring. Kidd bounces off the ropes and catches Diego with a suicide dive outside the ring before standing up and looking down at him. El Torito tries to come around and help Diego but he is caught with a European Uppercut by Cesaro! The match returns inside the ring and Los Matadores gain some brief spots of momentum. They bring Kidd down and Diego suplexes Fernando on top of Kidd from the apron to inside the ring. They score a two count, trying to get the fans solidly behind them. Fernando goes for a dropkick on Kidd but Kidd pulls himself back. Kidd quickly tags in Cesaro and Fernando manages to tag in Diego. Cesaro comes in and whips Diego to a corner, rushing in and hits him with a European Uppercut! He sends him to the opposite corner, another European Uppercut! This is a definite feeling out period for two men who have faced each other before. Daniel Bryan catches Seth Rollins with a discus elbow shot and Rollins rolls out of the ring to break the momentum. Bryan doesn't stop the momentum, though. Instead, he bounces off the ropes and goes for the suicide dive but Rollins pulls Joey Mercury in the path. Mercury takes the suicide dive and Rollins grabs Daniel Bryan, ramming him back first into the ring apron and then rolling him back in the ring. Rollins joins Bryan and begins his momentum. Rollins sends Bryan into a corner and follows him in with a corner forearm smash and then a bulldog out of the corner that scores a two count. Rollins plays to a booing crowd and chants of 'You Sold Out' have Rollins going after Bryan with stomps and then tossing him outside the ring. Rollins gets the attention of the official, allowing Jamie Noble to come in and send Daniel Bryan back-first into the barricade. Bryan makes it back in the ring to beat the ten count. Rollins grabs Bryan and hooks him -- Reverse STO into the corner! Mr. Money In The Bank makes the cover:] [....1.... ....2.... ...FOOT ON THE ROPES!] [The crowd cheers when Daniel Bryan gets that foot on the ropes, keeping Seth Rollins from scoring the victory. The crowd is solidly behind Daniel Bryan in this contest and we move forward to the ten minute mark of the contest, seeing Seth Rollins still in control of the match. Rollins picks up Daniel Bryan and goes for the turnbuckle power bomb but Bryan flips over Rollins, rolling him into a sunset flip: One, Two, Kickout! Both men get up to their feet and they begin exchange punches in the center of the ring. The crowd cheers Daniel Bryan's punches and boo when Seth Rollins lands a punch! Bryan lands multiple punches in a row and then bounces off the ropes -- Superkick by Rollins! He lays out the number one contender with the superkick! Rollins picks up Daniel Bryan quickly -- Turnbuckle Power Bomb! Bryan staggers out of that corner and Rollins bounces off the ropes -- CURB STO -- NO! Bryan avoids the Curb Stomp and catches Rollins with a belly-to-belly suplex. Both men are down on the mat. A couple of signs go up in the background as both men are slow to get to their feet: 'Proud to be a YES man!' and 'Bryan will stretch Brock's chest penis!' Bryan gets to his feet and begins kicking Rollins in the chest as Rollins is on his knees. The crowd chants 'YES' with each kick and then a kick to the head floors Rollins! Jamie Noble and Joey Mercury both climb on the apron and both of them take kicks from Daniel Bryan, knocking them down to ringside. Bryan moves back in a corner and begins the YES chants as he waits for Rollins to get to his feet -- Running Single Leg High Knee catches Rollins flush! 'Voices' brings the fans on their feet as Randy Orton comes running from the back. Orton slides in the ring and ducks a briefcase shot from Seth Rollins. Rollins turns around and stumbles into a scoop powerslam from Randy Orton! The Viper turns his attention to Joey Mercury, who comes over to help Rollins -- RKO! Mercury is knocked outside the ring with the RKO! Daniel Bryan suddenly wakes up from his stupor, grabbing Jamie Noble -- YES LOCK! He has Noble in the YES Lock and Noble is tapping out! Orton looks down to Seth Rollins and then turns, dropping to the mat and slamming his fists down again and again.
