Fleisch Posted February 19, 2016 Author Share Posted February 19, 2016 I am going to also be doing an updated picture pack for when 2016 is out, still using the same background, but figured I'd take the time to try and update it as much as possible seeing as I'm not doing much updating of the data until the new game comes out. I was going to change the background (new game, new pack) but then thought the 3000+ pictures I (and the community) have cut to the Chronicles background is too much of a daunting task. The only thing with the border is that most skins have a border around the image area already. So you end up with a 3 px black border inside of another border built into the skin. Fleisch Posted February 20, 2016 Author Share Posted February 20, 2016 I can now confirm there WILL be a new picture pack for TEW2016 release of Real World Chronicles. It may not be finished for the first release I do, but I have become a tad bored with the current picture pack (although those who like it can feel free to continue using and updating it). I am just awaiting permission on the backgrounds usage, but suffice to say I intend on getting all 3000+ pictures transferred to it if allowed. My reasoning for this is because Real World Chronicles will be my sole data set for TEW2016 and instead of spreading my time between mods, I can focus all my modding time to this one data set. I'll literally just be converting and then making it TEW16 compatible. Chronicles will be the only one I work on for TEW16... and now I can show the new background, a huge thanks goes to Dave_Scott for his "Red Burst" background which I have recoloured for Chronicles 2016, and he has graciously given me permission to use.
