alvarasus Posted July 27, 2015 Author Share Posted July 27, 2015 Well let's see update All the American promotions minus World Class and Kowalski's IWF is done. Minus a couple of announcers and refs missing. Their 1991 locations so far will be adding more as I go. Canada 7 out of 8 promotions are done. Mexico hasn't been started yet. British Isles All- Stat and Joint are finished. Japan All- Japan and New Japan are done leaving IWE and AJW left to do. CWA in Europe is half way done. PPV'S are complete they have been altered some. Basically I changed some carriers where now they don't open until 1983. Working on company relationships still their is 42 promotions and they all will have some agreement. The reason behind it is to try and stop the Exclusive P.P.A. deals the AI likes handing out. Starting storylines 6 so far they will be more just have to do more research. Guys you have to understand if possible I am making this from scratch. Mid-South has 4 titles and I have three of them completed so far. So with that being said there is only 3 titles with histories done so far in the mod. They are 171 working relationships so far with whole lot more to come. 135 of them relationships belongs to The Von Erich and Welch families respectively. I am missing Smith Hart and another Hart right now the reason their not added. Hart Family alone will be at least 95 to 100 more relationships. Workers at the moment 2,352 workers with 1,063 already debuted. This will go up slightly or down considering the speed of the game when I finally am able to test it. My limit on workers is 2,500 max. I have decided to go organic because trying to fit them in PWI covers was messing the pictures up. PWI covers will be used in the mod. The plan is to use them in narratives to give people Wrestling history lessons. Because to many people on here have no idea what the hell happened in the early 1980s and beyond. It will also give profiles of wrestlers from the likes of Hall of Immortals members Bobby Davis and Red Berry to wrestlers of today. So a lot of work still to be done, but some progress been made. alvarasus Posted September 6, 2015 Author Share Posted September 6, 2015 Update: Let's see redoing TV Networks and TV Shows. Do you realize in 1980 we have three Superstations. I knew about the WGN and TBS, but WOR I didn't know about. WOR is channel 9 out of New York City, why may you ask this is important because this is the home of WWF Championship Wrestling and WWF All-Star Wrestling. So in 1980 WWF was being shown nationally. I am changing the Networks up pretty much sizes. NBC, ABC, and CBS will be enormous. Plus all three companies min fed size has been lowered to Cult. Local TV stations like WMC , WTVY, WBIR, WDEF, and others like them will be set at medium size. The reason behind it is trying to get close to the actual TV Ratings of the area. If memory serves, TV was based in Dothan, AL and later ( and I believe it may have been mid 80s) was moved to Birmingham, AL. How is SECW done in this mod as far as moving the home from Dothan to Birmingham? Am including a few links that could be of good help if needed. Because of the fact they were running Knoxville and Dothan at the same time,with two different set of titles. Which looking at I just figured what to do. I am going to create two separate titles Southern Division and Northern Division. The Southern Division titles will be retired just like in real life. It is pretty much going to be up to the player if they want to change them to Continental Championship Wrestling. The logo will be in the game. It's pretty much the same way I am handling Jim Crockett and WCW. WCW stuff is their but, it's up to the player to switch it up. This time around their is no narratives to kill a promotion off i.e. The famed Black Saturday narratives for Georgia or Southwest narratives. Plus Southeastern will own the Dothan, Knoxville, Birmingham, Mobile, Kingsport, Harlan, and Montgomery locations. Same as other promotions owning the locations that they visited. Boon's Ghost angle pack to the mod. Can anyone find a decent Sgt. Danny Davis pic? It's Nightmare Danny Davis but when he was just starting off. Because Big Daddy is set to be the star of the show at 50 years old. So he probably will be in decline only thing I set was his retirement age which is 63. Because he retired in 1993.
