Gimmick question

I am playing as a promotion with a product, that resembles CornelVerse's PSW. The product's definition contains:

• Fans will expect wrestlers to be packaged with a gimmick
  
• Fans will not like risky gimmicks
  
• Fans won't respond well to one-dimensional gimmicks
  
• Fans will expect gimmicks to be subtle and complex
  

 

And everything is clear for me, except for one thing. I have few workers that initally have:

• No gimmick
  
• That "none" gimmick is in most cases rated B- to B+
  
• It's too soon to change the gimmick
  

 

Any ideas on what should I do? If I change the gimmick to a proper one, it may go south as it is too soon, so my workers will not only be pissed off at me for bad gimmicks, but also they will get a penalty every match. But if I don't change it, won't that cause the show to be less-positively recieved by the crowd, given that they expect characters with actual gimmicks? Or will the "None" gimmick work just fine, because it's decently rated?

Roll with the gimmick until it's good to change. The current one has a high rating so it's not affecting anything. I'd just brush it aside until you can change it. Or you could turn gimmick effects off which wouldn't give you penalties and you could change it. They'd still be mad at you, though.

I will not create a mess by starting a new thread for this, so:</p><p>

I have no real Road Agents, but there are always few wrestlers with decent to good psychology and charisma (the help icon said that Road Agents are rated on those stats). The question is, can I just use the same one worker as a Road Agent for all the matches on a specific card? Will there be no repecussions? What if he has a match on that card aswell (for that match, I would've picked someone else as the RA obviously)?</p>

If they have a match however, you can't also have them being the road agent for their own match.</p>

So if you're using active roster members, you need at least three or four workers as passable road agents incase they should end up being booked against one another.
