<p>Sting is 3-4 years past his prime at this point in the game. I used the Reign of Terror mod and started in 2005.</p><p> </p><p>

We sold over 10,000 seats (suck it All In), that was our best match ever and we have Sting. In RoH. Sting. <img alt=":)" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/smile.png.142cfa0a1cd2925c0463c1d00f499df2.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p>

In my game booked I'm a global promotion and just booked a main event between Kinnojo Horri and Toshiharu Hyobanshi that got a score of 83.

Weird thing was that Horri's in ring performance was 87 and Hyobanshi's was 95 and that match had my best referee and my best road agent on it, so I have no idea what happened.

This wasn't the first time Horri had a main event match that underperformed so I'm starting to suspect that Horri isn't my Okada he is my Roman Reigns instead.

In what world is Steve Corino a better worker than Sting.

33 year old in his prime Steve Corino vs. 47 year old past his prime Sting? Every world that I can think of. Sting was never a great technical wrestler and Corino is extremely underrated so frankly I'm surprised that the performances were that close.

<p>Reached National in my 4C game, mostly on the back of Joanne Rodriguez as Women's Champ, who I snagged from USPW a day or two after her second Female Wrestler of the Year award. After her dream feud with Alicia Strong, she won the belt from Brooke Tyler and the series of matches they've had so far have been A's across the board, a big step up for me. For the first time ever, I'm going to have the Women's title headline a PPV, as J-Ro takes on Tyler in an Iron Man Match at Iron Man Challenge.</p><p> </p><p>

I've got my brand split running pretty smoothly now, Combat Zone, which is home to the tag division and the North American Champion Marcel LeFleur, and ShockZone, which has the women's division exclusively as well as the Canadian Champion Christian Price. The 4C Champion, Edward Cornell, floats between both brands, and his stable, the Cornell Coalition, now has a presence on both. Mimic has just won the annual Winner Cup and is ready for a main event push soon enough. Johnny Bloodstone is probably not long for retirement, so his stable Hands of Stone will probably break up soon so David Stone and Jared Johnson can each branch out a bit. </p><p> </p><p>

With the brand split, resurrecting ACPW as a developmental company, four tournaments a year, two TV tapings a week and an PPV every two (I'm worse than WWE for market saturation but nobody in the game seems to mind) I'm pretty much set to take on the big boys pretty soon.</p>

I am doing a road to glory. I am in year 6, and still at starting promotion. My UC is solid mid carder, but cant reach next level yet. My company has been reaching financial gain for awhile. Over 1.5 million, and getting a hundred grand a month. My 3 best performers Primus Allen, DC Rayne and American Elemental II were signed within 3 months. I haven't been able to replace their productivity.

<p>Just finished 2018's "The Lion's Roar" with a record 22,000 event showing up!</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

The Lion Hunts did better grade wise, with an 89 (my highest so far) but this event did really well at 83, and it had a pretty weak main event tbh. The card is pretty simple:</p><p> </p><p>

Opener: ORDER (Razan Okamoto, Sharaku Okimasa, Tanyu Toshusai) beat 3 Young Lions. Relatively easy match to book, Okamoto being a former champ, needed a quick and easy win. Keep him goin' for a bit.</p><p> </p><p>

Next: Funakoshi defeated a Young Lion, gets attacked by Tetsunori Yasuda post match. Rare angle for me. But nonetheless, Yasuda and Funakoshi put on a 88(?) match at The Lion Rises and was for the #1 contender for Masaru Ugaki at The Lion Hunts. This will bleed into The Survivor tournament, and eventually be important for Funakoshi as I have plans for him to eventually dethrone Ugaki.</p><p> </p><p>

Next: KitoGuchi def. Team Taku, a simple match to set up KitoGuchi as the next challengers for the current tag team champs, whoever that would be after the next match. Toshinobu Taku is 51 and retiring soon, so... yeah.</p><p> </p><p>

BCG World Tag Team: Gakusha & Hyboanshi def Glory Bound (BISON Yano & Brute Kikuchi), Takimoto and Itou, and The Ring Generals to retain their tag titles. This sets up Kogane no Guntai and HONOR feuding throughout the first half of 2019. Which will be good. KitoGuchi is a great tag team and after I had to fight BHOTWG off to renew their contracts, they are worth using.</p><p> </p><p>

BCG Challenger Series: Big Brusier Findlay defeated Motoyuki Miyake to retain. I've been booking Miyake well, honestly. He won the tag titles with Torii, and has been seen as a rising star. Findlay was here to put the 23 year old in his place. Miyake is a future World champion though, he is getting so good!</p><p> </p><p>

BCG National: Blast Ikoma defeated Gino Montero to become the first ever National Champion. Wanted a third belt. Floating atm. Why? Because I like belts. And because I have the Challenger Series more for midcard/lower midcard. The National title will be Mid-Main Event.</p><p> </p><p>

BCG World: Masaru Ugaki defeated Azumamaro Kita to retain the World title. This was unfortunate. Kita won the Grand Prix AS PGHW went under. Meaning I missed out including a whole slew of extremely talented people. Fearing of letting Funakoshi win it AGAIN (or any of the other major BCG stars) I had Kita upset Toshusai (the previous winner) for the win. Sadly, Ugaki is way more talented at the moment, but Kita is a NBT with high hopes. I plan on using Kita for years to come, so he isn't dead in the water. Just playing a filler role!</p>

Planning on jobbing them out for another year before giving them somewhat of a push.</p><p> </p><p> I have four stables right now. <strong>Killer Elite Squad </strong>(obviously stolen, mostly inspired because Findlay/Smith remind me of KES!) is the Gaijin stable. Featuring Big Bruiser Findlay (current BCG Challenger's champion) as the leader. Bulldozer Brandon Smith as the #2 and tag partner to Findlay at times. Ernest Youngman as the #3 and midcard guy. Marv Statler and Dean Waldorf are the tag guys. They were dominant in the early game but have sort of become the #4 (out of 4) faction. Though to be fair all of them are PRETTY closely matched.</p><p> </p><p> The second stable formed was ORDER, literally to stop the rampage that Killer Elite Squad was doing. Formed by Razan Okamoto. Big stable, key members included Razan Okamoto, Bunrakuken Torii, Yoshinaka Taku, and Tanyu Toshusai. They are #2 atm.</p><p> </p><p> HONOR was formed third. <p>I'm 3 months into a 1997 game with SWF, and really enjoying it.</p><p> </p><p>

I've resisted signing many people to the main roster - the only notable ones are Whistler, brought in partly to mess with HGC and partly as a natural stablemate for Masked Patriot/Captain USA, and Professor Nero, who's colour commentating and managing Sebastian Krause. Oh, and Cherry Bomb, Wanda Fish, and Grace Harper, all of whom are on PPAs and currently mainly eye candy here.</p><p> </p><p>

Development is another story, with numerous people signed up, ranging from the Nation of Filth and Savage Fury, to Bob Casey, Troy Tornado and Moose Mulder (tipped for greatness!) Many of them are jobbing in dark matches fairly regularly; the Nation in particular are looking like they could be stars.</p><p> </p><p>

Backstage, we have something of a paradise going on, with Rory McCallum and Sam Keith having two proteges each and frequently passing on tips to them. (McCallum's are Danny Bruce and Reece Clark, Keith's are Flare and Mad Dog Mortimer, who was brought in to put a few people over but is now hanging around so I can see how much Keith can rub off on him.)</p><p>

Meanwhile, Tommy Cornell and Philip Roberts are insanely popular with my main event scene; after every show I tend to get at least one e-mail telling me to push one of them. </p><p> </p><p>

In the ring, the big news has been Sid Streets finally beating Sam Keith in March at Awesome Impact, after Black Hat Bailey cost him his title opportunity in January. Streets looks to be facing tough competition; Keith wants a rematch, Bruce the Giant has beaten both Christian Faith and Sean McFly this year and clearly sees himself as top contender, while the stable of Rory McCallum, Philip Roberts, Danny Bruce, and a heel-turned Reece Clark are pushing for all of the titles.</p><p> </p><p>

Speaking of 'all of the titles', the NA belt no longer exists. Destroyed by Nemesis after he lost a 'loser leaves town' bout to McFly, it was replaced by the SWF Uprising title. This belt is defended weekly on our B show, and wrestlers are only eligible to compete if they've never received a world title shot. 12 wins, and you give up the belt in exchange for a shot at the big gold. Inaugural champion Masked Patriot, who defeated Mad Dog Mortimer, Sebastian Krause and Tommy Cornell to win the title in a hard-fought tournament, is on 5 and counting so far.</p><p> </p><p>

McCallum's stable have been having problems with the Perfect Storm, and April will see Roberts and Bruce challenge the vastly experienced team for their tag titles.</p><p> </p><p>

Off-screen, Richard Eisen wants me to push a time-declining Alex Pierce, annoyingly, along with Eden Layman who I already had plans on. On-screen, the boss hasn't been seen all year, but rumour has it he's annoyed at his son Eric having teamed with arch-rival Christian Faith (along with Tommy Cornell) on numerous occasions, and may make his presence felt soon. </p><p> </p><p>

I'm resisting the urge to try and crush Nemesis and DAVE, and not even going after HGC that hard just yet. My main issue is my top heel side is thin - Sam Keith, Bruce the Giant, and Rory McCallum are great, but Mr Supreme's in rehab, Pierce, Kinsey, Brick and Barstow are all on time decline, and Adonis and the Collectors do nothing for me. Black Hat Bailey is rising fast, but it may well be Roberts, Bruce, or even a heel-turned Cornell or Layman who's a good bet for future stardom.</p>

I just posted this in the Scandals thread, but it’s February 99 in my WWF save and Austin just got caught with prostitutes. He’s supposed to be Main Eventing Mania against the Rock and I don’t want to fire him, what exactly are my options here and what are the repercussions of just ignoring the scandal and forging ahead?
