What does the computer look for when hiring? I have a high reputation and have tried adjust my booking skill but nothing seems to work. gord Posted May 24, 2016 Share Posted May 24, 2016 I can't get Sammy Bach past 90 pop. After a big win, he'll get up to 94 then slowly fall back to 90 even though he's the champ and booked strongly. Running more shows will increase your pop faster, but will also deplete your money. Also are you only looking at building one region or expanding to others? My company hasn't really grown at all in the first year but the industry was falling for about 6 months. If I stay the course what is a good war chest for the jump to cult? I'm at $300,000 right now. In my game Joss Thompson was capped at 74 psychology for about a year, I'd put him against and with guys that had high 80's-mid 90's psych and it wouldn't move. A couple of in game months ago his psych started to improve, currently 77. It's strange that it started happening now as I'd just given up pushing him and have started using him to get other people over, it's like he said "Well now the pressure is off I can finally chill and just get better." But it only generated about 3 matches and didn't used anywhere near the amount of workers I wanted it too. (Mainly my mid-card - Enhancements talents).
