<< Just do the math. Add up the regions, divide by number of regions. >>

<< This usually happens with the more popular workers, so on the news page you could go to the "Most Popular" tab, pick a region and look for your worker there. Once you click on them, their overall pop in the region shows on the side >>

I think I'm asking my question incorrectly.

If I am playing a National, like WWE, and Vince's Owner's Goal is that John Cena much achieve a 75 popularity.... where do I see that figure? Is it "no less than 75" in ALL US regions? Is it an "average" of 75 in all US Regions?

I see what you mean. I'd shoot for at least 75 in all regions in that country, then.

Just checking my own training with Flair, Dustin Rhodes and Brian Pillman have both improved 2-3 points per month, both starting from around C/B-/B- for their Entertainment stats. That's running the angle 10 minutes a show, 9 shows a month, so plenty of time to learn...</p>

<p>Potential vs. Ratings</p><p> </p><p>

If I am editing / creating a worker, can someone explain how Potential influences the workers actual ratings? When creating a worker you have to set both. So, if you wanted to create an All-Star, would you set the skill ratings high and potential high as well? Or would you set ratings as average, but potential Excellent, so he could exceed the set ratings? </p><p> </p><p>

Guess I'm trying to figure out if the ratings you enter are current ratings, future ratings, and what does potential do to those ratings? What should you do if you want to create a high quality worker?</p>

Having a higher level of coverage in an area will speed up popularity changes. Your default level of coverage for an event in whatever area you are in also depends on your size... I forget the exact levels now but I think it starts with Local being the smallest and scales up by one level for each size up to National, so your effective local coverage can be higher than the actual level of your TV deal for example. For this reason, even though it can be less profitable to run a show in an area that you have less company popularity in, it can make more sense to run the show there in order to get faster growth for both your company and your workers. <img alt=":)" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/smile.png.142cfa0a1cd2925c0463c1d00f499df2.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png"></p><p> </p><p> </p><blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-username="K-Nection" data-cite="K-Nection" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="41194" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div>What causes importance of a region to rise or fall? Their actual stats don't have much of an effect on this, though a worker's cap can never be below their starting level so setting stats to be high to begin with will effectively guarantee an even higher cap.</p><p> </p><p> Ultimately, setting someone to have great potential will ensure that they have the ability to become great. You won't be able to guarantee what stats they will be great in though, that's down to chance. <img alt=":)" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/smile.png.142cfa0a1cd2925c0463c1d00f499df2.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png"></p>

What is the benefit of having a TV Show over just televising your events? I'm running Golden Canvas right now, and I have a PPV contract with a PPV broadcaster, then a televised event contract and a TV show contract with the same Commercial broadcaster. The TV Show draws half the gate, hardly breaks even on money, and has limits on time. The events make me as much ticket money as a PPV, and are still televised, so why would I want to have TV Show instead of or in addition to weekly televised events?

question, would a touring contract stop someone from opening a promotion? I could see a written, but I'm not sure a touring would be the same, but maybe, maybe even open contracts stop people.. do they? I ask because TAKA Michonoku is on a..

Actually, he's not on a contract at all, and still hasn't opened the Kaientai Dojo promotion, is it possibly because Japan has 11 Promotions? I think I seen on here earlier at some point that promotions sometimes won't open because their are others who already fit their niche' or .. something of that nature.. Anyway, the ones in my game are.. 2 Cult, 7 Regional, and 2 National

No one knows anything of this? I haven't played any further since I became super interested in modding my game with a ton of promotions, wrestlers and titles and so on..

Or maybe this is an unusual circumstance? As Michinoku is also a freelancer, if that effects anything..

To the best of my knowledge, only a written contract (or possibly ExPPA) will prevent a pre-set owner setting up their fed (http://greydogsoftware.com/forum/showpost.php?p=789920&postcount=51). A touring or PPA contract shouldn't affect things, nor Michinoku being a freelancer - if he's a mandatory owner, the game will plug him in.

However, it has to be the right time. Japan needs to have the economy and business environment to accommodate another company of that size, and also you should check if there's a hard limit on when the company can be open - if you're in 1997 and the company is preset to open in 1998, then that's it.

Otherwise, it's just a matter of patience. Even if all the requirements are there, there's no guarantee TAKA will open the fed as soon as possible.
