If you disagree with stats, then it's best to edit them on your own individual games to how you want them.</p><p> </p><p> I've finished about 10 rosters, might be a couple more. It's on you as his boss to manage him (and everyone else), so if you know someone is going to be tricky to handle then you should change your approach to managing him to make sure he doesn't quit again. As with all work, some people are going to be easier to deal with than others and it's up to whoever is in charge to work out how to get the most out of someone.
