Those are pretty much the only ways managers are used. Valets mainly do the interference thing and managers speak for clients AND do the valet thing. WrestleManiac Posted May 5, 2016 Share Posted May 5, 2016 I pair them with people who lack entertainment skills and let them do the talking. This has the benefit of teaching wrestlers how to be entertaining. When wrestler has sufficient skills to talk on his own, the manager moves on to the next potential star. Also works well in a stable. My formula is three fighters and a mouthpiece. One of the fighters is a veteran, so in-ring skills and entertainment skills are taught to a wider group of people.
