Pro Wrestling... But Not Quite As You Know It... Continued...

Oh, damn. Hopefully what happened to Copeland wasn't serious... but then again you did say we could choose for anything to happen in the game, so... I say that he's out for the next six months due to that injury <img alt=":p" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/tongue.png.ceb643b2956793497cef30b0e944be28.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

<p>PRE SHOW</p><p>

In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, America's Most Wanted defeated The Jackson Two in 5:41 when James Storm defeated Matt Jackson by pinfall with a 8-Second Ride. <strong>38</strong></p><p>

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but non-existent crowd heat, Amazing Red defeated Destrey Lapointe in 5:53 by pinfall with a Red Eye. <strong>47</strong></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>PSW WEEKLY</strong></p><p>

Monday, week 3, June 2009</p><p>

Broadcast on America One on Tuesday late evening</p><p>

Announcers: Potter & Dusty Rhodes</p><p>

EKU Alumni Coliseum, Richmond, Kentucky</p><p>

<img alt="images?q=tbn:ANd9GcTygH64O44-QiPRmopwDyIo1zNC3KzQbqhYaHweGwaCQeUctfh7" data-src="https://encrypted-tbn2.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcTygH64O44-QiPRmopwDyIo1zNC3KzQbqhYaHweGwaCQeUctfh7" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p>

We start the show in the office of the Director of Operations. Bret Hart says Championship Fight Night is only four weeks away but he doesn't want the champions to sit back and think they can relax until then. He decrees that every championship will be defended before the big night arrives and it starts right now. The fans cheer this announcement. <strong>80</strong></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>PSW NATIONAL TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP</strong></p><p><strong>

Slaughter's Soldiers (champions) v Motor City Machine Guns</strong></p><p>

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but non-existent crowd heat, Slaughter's Soldiers defeated Motor City Machine Guns in 6:05 when Iven Lessard defeated Chris Sabin by pinfall with a Hang Time Butt-Drop. Slaughter's Soldiers make defence number 2 of their PSW National Tag Team Championship titles. <strong>56</strong></p><p>

Iven Michaud is improving in rumble skills.</p><p>

Slaughter's Soldiers have won their last six matches.</p><p> </p><p>

Chris Jericho walks to the ring and demands Eiji Ezaki comes out. The Jap Pop star obliges and Jericho rips into him, blaming Ezaki for not winning back the National Championship. Jericho has a point as Ezaki interfered in Jericho's rematch for the title two weeks ago. Ezaki doesn't back down though and calls him something in Japanese which angers Jericho further as he doesn't understand him. The two come to blows and have to be separated by security and officials. <strong>72</strong></p><p>

Chris Jericho was good.</p><p>

Eiji Ezaki performed poorly.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>GRAPPLER'S LEAGUE THIRD DIVISION</strong></p><p><strong>

Drew McIntyre (4-0-2) v John Cena (4-0-1)</strong></p><p>

In a bout that featured great action and average heat, John Cena defeated Drew McIntyre in 10:39 by pinfall with a Spin-out powerbomb. A lack of psychology meant the match drifted a little. <strong>64</strong></p><p> </p><p>

A banged up Adam Copeland enters Bret Hart's office. Copeland isn't happy as he has to face Caprice Coleman in the Grappler's League tonight. Hart tells Copeland he's playing catch up… he has two matches left and only two weeks left of the Grappler's League… so he either competes or he forfeits the matches and his match against Coleman is next. Bret does cheer Adam up a little though by telling him his National Championship rematch will be against the champion at Championship Fight Night against the winner of next week's championship match between champion Rob Van Dam and current TV champion Matt Sydal. <strong>68</strong></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>GRAPPLER'S LEAGUE FIRST DIVISION</strong></p><p><strong>

Adam Copeland (4-1-0) v Caprice Coleman (1-0-5)</strong></p><p>

Even though Adam Copeland was suffering with the injury he picked up last night, this result still came as a surprise. In a match that had some good action and average heat, Caprice Coleman defeated Adam Copeland in 6:36 by pinfall with a surprise roll up. <strong>66</strong></p><p>

Adam Copeland's win streak ends at seven.</p><p> </p><p>

In a segment recorded last night after Top of the World, Rob Van Dam is seen celebrating in Mobile, Alabama, saying he is on top of the world as he shares some drinks with some fans. <strong>64</strong></p><p> </p><p>

<span>http://i887.photobucket.com/albums/ac78/Nobby_McDonald/GenericTV01_zps79d95516.jpg</span></p><p>

<strong>PSW TV TITLE</strong></p><p><strong>

Matt Sydal (champion) v CM Punk</strong></p><p>

A keenly anticipated rematch from last night but with Sydal's TV Title at stake. In a bout that featured great action and average heat, Matt Sydal defeated CM Punk in 13:23 by pinfall. Matt Sydal makes defence number 14 of his PSW TV Title. <strong>80 – match of the night</strong></p><p> </p><p>

For a third time we are in Bret Hart's office. He says it is time for the masked men, the Super Dragons and Slaughter's Soldiers to stop playing games. He says Spanish Announce Team will get a fair chance to win back the National Tag Team Championship at Championship Fight Night as the match will be inside of a steel cage and if any masked man or Super Dragon interferes, then they will be fired. <strong>46</strong></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Chris Jericho v Eiji Ezaki</strong></p><p>

In a bout that featured great action and a good crowd, Chris Jericho defeated Eiji Ezaki in 21:50 by submission with a Lion Tamer. <strong>80 – match of the night</strong></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Show rating: B 78</strong></p><p>

PSW increased popularity in six regions.</p><p>
