Bret Hart starts the show with Chris Hero and Jeff Jarrett in the ring. The two are a little confused as to why they are there until the Director of Operations announces they are captaining opposing teams at Battle for Survival. On Jeff Jarrett's team will be Alex Wright, Keiji Sakoda and Rocky Romero and Chris Hero's team mates will be Austin Aries, Drew McIntyre and Paul London. “Let battle commence” says Bret as Jarrett leaves. 57

Keiji Sakoda v Marty Scurll

In a match that had some good action but non-existent crowd heat, Keiji Sakoda defeated Marty Scurll in 5:44 by pinfall. 57

Keiji Sakoda's losing streak ends at five.

Jeff Jarrett is backstage with two of his team mates backstage – Alex Wright and Rocky Romero. A victorious Keiji Sakoda arrives to join them and Jarrett says his groupies will all survive their Battle for Survival. 38

PSW TV TITLE

Roderick Strong (champion, with James Mitchell) v Iven Lessard

In a match that had some good action but not much in the way of heat, Roderick Strong defeated Iven Lessard in 7:34 by pinfall with a CX 02. Roderick Strong makes defence number 4 of his PSW TV Title. 66

Roderick Strong is improving in rumble skills.

Roderick Strong has won his last nine matches.

Following the match, Christopher Daniels and Low Ki join Mitchell and Strong in a united showing from Triple X. Mitchell says soon they will all be champions when Daniels and Ki cash in their Feast or Fired briefcase and then Daniels and Strong will survive the Ultimate Battle for Survival so one of them will then become National champion. 33

GRAPPLER'S LEAGUE SECOND DIVISION

Chris Hero (1-0-1) v Paul London (1-0-1)

In a match that had some good action and average heat, Chris Hero defeated Paul London in 11:28 by pinfall with a Heros Welcome. 65

After the match Paul London and his Battle for Survival team captain Chris Hero shake hands. They are joined by other team members Austin Aries and Drew McIntyre. Chris Hero says his heroes will stand up and be counted and will survive their battle. 44

GRAPPLER'S LEAGUE FIRST DIVISION

In a match that had some good action but not much in the way of heat, Lance Storm defeated Brian Kendrick in 11:50 by submission with a Canadian Maple Leaf. 73 – match of the night

The two have great chemistry and it showed in their performances.

During a commercial break, a table and two chairs have been set up in the ring. Bret Hart comes out to the ring carrying a clipboard and a pen. He calls out the National champion Chris Jericho and his Battle for Survival challenger John Cena. Cena enters first, then Jericho and the two sit down for a contract signing.

They both talk smack to each other before signing the contracts. Bret announces it is official and as he does so, Cena attacks Jericho, not letting up with a flurry of fists. With Jericho sufficiently dazed, Cena hauls him up and puts him through the table with a FU. He then holds the National Championship belt aloft to a chorus of boos from the crowd. 78

The performance of Chris Jericho was good.

GRAPPLER'S LEAGUE PREMIER DIVISION

AJ Styles (1-1-0) v CM Punk (1-0-2)[/b]

In a bout that featured great action and average heat, AJ Styles defeated CM Punk in 18:01 by pinfall with a Styles Clash. A disappointing main event, especially how good their matches have been in the past. 69

CM Punk needs something to freshen his character up.

The two have pretty good chemistry which lifted the match.

A lack of psychology saw nobody take control properly.

Bret Hart starts the show in the ring where he calls out the National Tag Team champions New Wave. Austin Aries and Kevin Steen duly oblige and walk to the ring. Bret tells them that since Kevin Steen is in the Ultimate Battle for Survival, then they need to defend the National Tag Team Championship before then and he has decided they will do so tonight against Christian York and Joey Matthews. Aries and Steen look quite happy, seemingly feeling they have a comfortable title defence lined up. 48

Bret Hart came across well.

Kevin Steen under performed.

They are cashing in their Feast or Fired briefcase and Christopher Daniels hands it to Bret Hart. Bret signals that the match is official and referee Laura Mattano calls for the bell… 50
