How long do worker morale notes last?

Recommended Posts

Hi, I'm still playing with the trial version at the moment and can't play beyond the first 2 months, so I'd like to check how long it normally takes for a good/bad incident that affect individual workers' morale to disappear?

When I started my new game, I made a lot of new hires, and forget to res-set my auto-pushes, so I had a bunch of bad morale issues due to unsuitable push. Of course, I quickly fixed the pushes, and then tried to boost back their morale by allowing them to Clear the Air backstage during one of my shows. It worked, and all of them are satisfied.

Then the following month, the morale issues came back, because the positive note for allowing them to clear the air disappeared, but the negative note regarding their push is still there. At first I though it was a bug because it didn't make sense for them to be suddenly unhappy again a month later when I've already given them the push they wanted. I actually went and posted in the Tech support section before I realized I should probably have checked here first. :o

So....can anyone tell me if this is actually normal behavior in the game? And how long does it usually take before they stop remembering that they were badly pushed x months ago (talk about holding a grudge!)?

I can't tell you exactly how how they last, I'm guessing it depends on what the incident was, personalities etc.

However I can say that I had Desert Storm lose a match in November 2016, and now in December 2018 he has left the promotion, come back, got a bigger push than before, featured on every show....and is STILL angry at losing that match over two years ago.

So yeah....wrestlers on this game are VERY sensitive lol

Thanks.

Like I said, my morale issues are mostly from bad push//roster position because I forgot to use auto-push after I expanded my roster.

Any advise how long these normally last? I mean, I don't mind letting them Clear the Air every month or so (I'm USPW, so the backstage is super-positive, constantly 100%.....even after a certain guy tested positive for roids 3 times in a row), but if giving them a bonus or some other positive will get rid of this issue for good then I'd prefer to go for these.

Anyone who's played beyond 2 months got any advise?

If they are jobbers then they will probably remain unhappy. But If you plan on giving them good booking, with storyline wins, then the positive will quickly outweigh the negative. But don't push them too hard too fast or they will get big egos and become negative influences.

You can also click to talk to them and see exactly what they are unhappy about. Could be poor momentum or a bad gimmick.

It's just that the negative note still remains, while the positive note I got from letting them Clear the Air doesn't last long enough to cover them for more tan a month.

I need positive stuff that last longer than a month (long enough until their irritation go away), and since I have a roster full of this issue, obviously I can't be giving all of them great pushes (or bonus/time off, for that matter, that would cripple my finance, or my roster).

I had the a problem with my game where I forgot to put all the wrestlers on a PPV and they were all mad and so I started over to avoid that.

I think it depends on the type of incident, how irritated/angry/furious they were and maybe the worker's personality as well? I don't know how long each one lasts, but it's important to stay on top of it just because a disgruntled worker can lead to negative incidents, even when they're normally a positive presence.
