Confirming theory about Wrestler's Stats

I noticed that some wrestlers have a long run of stats with numbered scores, and others have considerably fewer stats and have "word" rating, like Average, Weak, etc.

 

The only common denominator I can find is that most of the wrestlers with "word" scores are inexperienced. (Rookie to maybe 2 or 3 years in the biz)

 

Do I have that right?

Will they get a full run of stats and scores as they get more seasoned?

Working more matches as well as more exposure (TV, PPV) increases their scouting levels.</p>

You can also turn off the fog of war if you want everyone to have numbers instead of words/grades. It's in your user settings.

yeah, i turned that feature off (asking that I only get numbers) but I seem to still have the Fog of War limitations to visibility. I have to check it again to make sure I did it right...

Those are two different things. One is turning off the grades instead of numbers which is what you said you did. What they're talking about is the Fog of War option. You need to turn that off to eliminate the word scouting. That will just give you all the info on everyone whether they've just debuted or been wrestling for a decade.
