We have learned that Amore has yet to be cleared to wrestle after that attack. However, we know that Big Cass will be in the building this week. What will he have to say after putting his former partner out of action? Will he gloat about it or will he try to move on from Amore? Make sure you tune in and find out.</span></div></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">

Speaking of Enzo Amore, we will be seeing the debut of a brand new segment here on Monday Night Raw. That segment will be called 'The Ross Report.' Each and every week, </span></div></div></div></div></div></div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>Jim Ross</strong></span></div></div></div></div></div></div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> will sit down with various wrestlers and tag teams for an interview. We have learned that Jim Ross will hit on some very big questions to Amore this week, including his injuries and his history with Big Cass. This should be a very interesting interview.</span></div></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">

Plus we will have other wrestlers in the building, including Finn Bálor and Cesaro.</span></div></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">

OOC: No major backstory. Just following the events of current day WWE. The first Monday Night Raw show will be the one that aired on July 3, 2017 and the first Smackdown Live show will be the one that aired on July 4, 2017. The reason for this is so that I can lead in to Raw's Great Balls Of Fire pay-per-view on Week 1. Due to the issues with Photobucket, this diary in particular will begin with not having pictures. We'll see how things move forward in this respect. It will also end up with a different format than my current running USPW diary.</p>

WORLD WRESTLING ENTERTAINMENT

MONDAY NIGHT RAW

LOCATION: Talking Stick Resort Arena In Scottsdale, Arizona

ATTENDANCE: 12,437

OVERALL RATING: B+

TV RATING: 19.94

A Big Night

WWE Monday Night Raw begins with the arrival of Big Cass walking down to the ring. Cass enters by stepping over the top rope as the crowd boos him. We are shown his attack on Enzo Amore last week, including him throwing Amore off the ramp. Cass has a microphone and he raises it to his lips, beginning by telling the fans that what they just witnessed was him dropping a lot of dead weight on his way to the top of the WWE. He says that Enzo Amore has been nothing but an albatross on his back since he came here and is the reason why he hasn't won a title yet in this company. He says that whether it's Brock Lesnar or Samoa Joe that walks away from Great Balls Of Fire with the Universal title, they are going to have to deal with Big Cass. He says that he can tell you that there's no one in the WWE or professional wrestling that can deal with Big Cass. He reminds everyone that he is seven foot tall and you can't teach that. He says that there's no one in the WWE that's on his level.

WELLLLLLL, Well it's the Big Show!

Speaking of someone on his level, The Big Show arrives from the back, walking out to the ring. He climbs inside by stepping over the top rope. He is slightly above eye level for Big Cass but Cass isn't backing down. Show grabs a microphone and says that he agrees, he's not on Big Cass' level. In fact, he's a level ABOVE Big Cass. Cass asks Show if he'd like to try and prove that. Show is ready to come to blows with Cass when they are interrupted by the arrival of Kurt Angle. The Raw General Manager tells them to hold on for a moment. He enters the ring and he says that they are not going to fight tonight. Instead, he says, they are going to settle their differences this Sunday at Great Balls Of Fire in a one on one match since Enzo Amore has not been cleared to wrestle yet. But there's going to be a twist. He says that since Enzo hasn't been cleared to wrestle, he will still be in the ring when these two men fight. As a matter of fact, Enzo Amore will be the special guest referee for their match. Oh it's true, it's true! Then, Angle adds, that the two of them need to exit the ring or he'll suspend them both. Cass just smirks, looking at Show for a moment before being the first to leave the ring. Angle shakes hands with Show and the two men exit the ring together.

COMING TONIGHT

A graphic appears on the screen reminding everyone that later on tonight we are going to see Samoa Joe go one on one with Matt Hardy! This should be an amazing match and a real test for the number one contener.

Match 1

The Club vs. Titus Worldwide

Our opening match features a definite size mismatch as Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson take on Apollo Crews and Akira Tozawa with Titus O'Neil at ringside. The match is your standard tag team match where Crews and Tozawa start with the advantage before Tozawa gets caught in the wrong side of town. They catch Tozawa with the Boot Of Doom but only get a two count when Apollo Crews makes the save. They set up Tozawa for the Magic Killer but he slides down to his feet and fires kicks to both men before making the hot tag to Crews. Crews comes in throwing punches to both Gallows and Anderson as Titus O'Neil cheers him on from outside the ring. He shows his power when he brings Anderson up and then over with a delayed vertical suplex. Tozawa comes in and uses his body to sends Gallows through the ropes and to the floor at ringside. In the ring, Crews catches Anderson with the Standing Moonsault. He hooks the leg: One, Two, Three! A big upset win for The Titus Brand!

Titus Worldwide p. The Club =C

The Advocate For The Beast

In a backstage area, we are shown the legendary manager Paul Heyman. Heyman looks up into the camera and begins with his usual opening of 'Ladies and Gentlemen, my name is Paul Heyman and I am the advocate for the reigning, defending, undisputed Universal Champion BAHROCK LESNAR!' He continues by reminding us that we are only six days away from Great Balls Of Fire and Brock Lesnar defending the Universal title against that coward Samoa Joe. He says that Joe should be very afraid because he is about to walk head-first into Suplex City and the mayor is not very welcoming to visitors. He is especially not welcoming to men who attack advocates who are not wrestlers. Joe, you have never stepped foot in the ring with a man, a BEAST like Brock Lesnar. He is a machine that only knows one thing and that is the destruction of his opponents. At Great Balls Of Fire, Samoa Joe, you will become the next victim of the Beast Incarnate. May God have mercy on your soul. With those words echoing through the air, we head back to the ring.

Miz TV

Already in the ring are The Miz, Bo Dallas, Curtis Axel and Maryse. The Miz welcomes everyone to the most must-see talk show in the history of the WWE, Miz TV! The Miz welcomes his special guest to the ring, the Raw General Manager Kurt Angle! Angle walks out, leading the 'You Suck' chants by the crowd before he steps inside the ring. He looks to The Miz and waits to answer any questions that The Miz has for him. The Miz begins by saying that Kurt Angle has dropped the ball since becoming the GM of Monday Night Raw. He asks how many chances Dean Ambrose has gotten at the Intercontinental title and why Ambrose gets yet another match at Great Balls Of Fire. Angle responds that through all of those title matches, there has not been a clean victory for The Miz. But he does have something major to talk about regarding this situation. He calls Dean Ambrose out to the ring to hear what is going to happen at Great Balls Of Fire. The Miz starts to protest but Dean Ambrose walks out from the back and enters the ring. He shakes hands with Angle and then Angle says he wants to look the two of them in the eyes. He says that at Great Balls Of Fire, this will be the final match between these two men. He says that if Dean Ambrose doesn't win, he doesn't get another shot at the Intercontinental title as long as The Miz is champion. The Miz smiles widely at that. However, the smile doesn't last because Kurt Angle tells him that if he gets disqualified or counted out, he loses the title to Dean Ambrose. Ambrose smiles and says that at Great Balls Of Fire, we're going to see a new Intercontinental champion. He goes face-to-face with The Miz -- kick to the gut -- Dirty Deeds! Ambrose rolls out of the ring before The Miztourage can get to him. He backs up the ramp with a smile as The Miztourage checks on The Miz and we go backstage.

Blissed Off

In the backstage interview area, Charly Caruso is standing by with Alexa Bliss. Caruso says that in six days, Bliss has to defend the Raw Women's title against the former four time Raw Women's Champion Sasha Banks. Caruso asks Bliss what her plans are for this match. Bliss says she is not stupid enough to reveal her plans for the match at Great Balls Of Fire. But she can guarantee one thing and that is that she's going to walk out of that event with the Raw Women's title still firmly around her waist. Charly says that there are lots of people who think that Bliss is going to lose that belt at Great Balls Of Fire. Bliss retorts that nobody cares what all those people think. She is the one holding the Raw Women's title and they are the ones working their stupid little jobs. Bliss gives Charly the hand and then we head back to the ring for our next encounter.

Match 2

The Brian Kendrick vs. Seth Rollins

The second match of the night features some great speed and high flying wrestling that is better than most might have given it credit for. It shows a lot of great back and forth action as the announcers talk about The Brian Kendrick and his long-time history with the WWE. The man known as The Wizard Of Odd actually catches Seth Rollins with a Sliced Bread #2! He covers Rollins: One, Two, Kickout! Kendrick goes for the Captain's Hook but Rollins reaches the ropes to keep the hold from being placed on him. The momentum shifts when Kendrick goes for a frog splash and Rollins gets the knees up. The man known as The Kingslayer catches Kendrick with a Falcon Arrow to score a two count. Then the match comes to a close when Rollins catches Kendrick with the wristlock transitioned into the short-arm high knee to the face. Rollins makes a cover: One, Two, Three!

The Beginning Of Your Destruction

Inside the ring, Seth Rollins stands up to celebrate his victory tonight. But the celebration is cut short when the Titantron lights up to show Bray Wyatt standing within the desert. Rollins is watching from the ring as Wyatt walks along the desert and begins to talk about Rollins being a supposed Kingslayer. He says that Rollins might have slayed Kings but he's never stepped in the ring with a god before. Wyatt says he is the god that has the whole world in his hands. He says that includes Seth Rollins. He says that at Great Balls Of Fire, there will be a fire during that match. The fire will burn the Kingslayer to the ground. Only one of the two contestants will walk away under their own power and that one contestant is not a mortal man. He is a god. He is the Eater Of Worlds. Rollins has a microphone and he challenges Wyatt to meet him in the ring right now. He says he's not afraid of Bray Wyatt. Wyatt just laughs that evil laugh. He says he will see Seth Rollins on his own terms at Great Balls Of Fire. Static fills the screen and it turns off, leaving Seth Rollins alone in the ring. We head to the backstage area.

Tuned Up

This backstage area is the office of Raw General Manager Kurt Angle. Angle is not alone in that office, though. He is joined by the WWE Raw World Tag Team Champions Sheamus & Cesaro. Angle says that he asked them there to let them know who their opponents will be at Great Balls Of Fire. Sheamus says it's probably The Hardy Boys, right? Angle says it's not the Hardys. Instead, it's the team that was Smackdown Live's first ever World Tag Team Champions. It's Heath Slater & Rhyno. Cesaro sarcastically says he needs a warm-up match tonight before taking on such a tough team. Angle says he's glad that Cesaro said that because Cesaro does have a match tonight and that match is next. He will find out his opponent when he goes out to the ring. Cesaro & Sheamus walk off as Angle answers a phone call and we head to the ring.

Match 3

Cesaro vs. Finn Balor

Our third match of the night features a pure wrestling dream match as Cesaro's opponent tonight is the popular Finn Balor. This match could be the main event of the evening on a network event, much less right here on Monday Night Raw. These two wrestlers tell a great story in the ring with their back and forth chain wrestling. Cesaro focuses on the shoulder of Balor with the announcers reminding everyone that Balor missed a lot of time due to a shoulder and arm injury. Cesaro scores a near fall with a Northern Lights Suplex on Balor. Cesaro tosses Balor outside the ring and then distracts the official. Sheamus gets set out there, focusing in on Balor as Balor pulls himself up. Sheamus goes for the Brogue Kick but Balor moves and Sheamus hits the ring apron with his kick. Balor sweeps out the other leg, bringing Sheamus to the mats outside the ring. Balor with a double stomp on Sheamus before he climbs back on the apron. Cesaro moves over and strikes Balor with a European Uppercut and then lifts him up in a delayed vertical suplex. Cesaro delays too long, though, and Balor drops behind him. Balor catches Cesaro with a sling blade and then a front dropkick that knocks Cesaro into the turnbuckle. Balor heads to the top turnbuckle -- Coup de Grâce! Balor makes the cover: One, Two, Three!

The Ross Report

Up next we have a brand new weekly segment here on Monday Night Raw. That segment is called The Ross Report. In a darkened backstage area, we see Jim Ross sitting in a chair. He welcomes us to the Ross Report where he will be doing a sit-down interview with a different wrestler or team every single week. He says that this week his special guest is the man known as a Certified 'G' and that's Enzo Amore. The room lights up to show Amore sitting across from Ross. Amore says he's honored to be the first guest here and reminds Ross that he's not just a certified 'G' but also a bonafied stud and you can't teach that. Ross just cracks a smile and says that they are here right now to talk specifically about Amore's feud with his former tag team partner Big Cass. Ross asks Amore to tell the fans a little bit about their history. Amore says that he's known Big Cass since he was fourteen years old. He says that the two of them used to tear up the basketball courts together beating everyone who stepped up against them. After high school, they went their separate ways as most people do. Then they both happened to become part of NXT and the rest is history on the WWE Network. Ross shows some pictures of a much younger Amore and Cass on the video screen. Amore looks to be getting a little upset. Ross asks him about that. Amore says that this man used to be his brother. He says that he thought Cass was one of the realest guys he knew but, obviously, that wasn't true. He says that Cass is still his brother but that sometimes families break up. Ross continues by asking Amore about his becoming the special guest referee at Great Balls Of Fire. Amore says that he was given a job to do by Kurt Angle and he will do that job to the best of his abilities. However, he has to say that he is rooting for the Big Show. Ross thanks Amore for being his guest. The two men shake hands and Ross sends us back to the ring.

Match 4

Braun Strowman vs. R-Truth

Our fourth match of the night features the Face Of Destruction, the Monster Among Men Braun Strowman against the rapping R-Truth. As one would guess, this match is absolutely dominated by Strowman from the beginning. R-Truth tries to get in some shots but Strowman pretty much no-sells everything that R-Truth tries to hit him with. Strowman drops R-Truth with a reverse chokeslam and then calls for the finish. He picks up R-Truth and catches him with a running powerslam, making a lateral press cover: One, Two, Three!

Braun Strowman p. R-Truth =C

Face Of Destruction

Following the victory, Braun Strowman looks to make a statement as he picks up R-Truth. He lifts R-Truth on his shoulder again but pauses as the sound of an ambulance begins in the background. Strowman watches as an ambulance backs it's way beside the stage. The door opens and out comes Roman Reigns! Strowman drops R-Truth and exits the ring, meeting Reigns on the ramp! The two men begin throwing punches, brawling along the ramp. The fight between these two men goes over the barricade and into the crowd. Security is there to keep the fans back as both men get the advantage for short spurts during this brawl. Strowman catches Reigns with a big clothesline, knocking him backward and up against a wall. Strowman charges in but Reigns moves out of the way and Strowman crashes into the wall at full speed! Reigns catches Strowman with a Superman Punch, setting up Strowman against about three tables that were stacked against the wall. Reigns steps back and then charges -- SPEAR! Reigns just speared Strowman through the tables and against the wall! Both men collapse in a heap because there was no give for either man. Security and EMTs come over and begin helping Roman Reigns up and away. Braun Strowman refuses the help. As Reigns is being helped away, Strowman somehow manages to stand up on his own power and walk away from this! What a shocking moment! Braun Strowman is inhuman!

Returning Next Week

We are shown a graphic, now, depicting that next we will see the return of Triple H and Stephanie McMahon! The announcers talk about how we haven't seen either of them in a very long time. But they will be back the night after Great Balls Of Fire. What will either of them have to say? Make sure you tune in to find out!

Match 5

Tony Nese and Drew Gulak vs. Slater & Rhyno

Our next match can only be described as a terrible match where we see the team of Tony Nese and Drew Gulak take on the #1 contenders Heath Slater & Rhyno. The crowd is solely in the corner of Slater & Rhyno during this match as they pretty much dominate from the beginning. In less than six minutes, Rhyno catches Tony Nese with a Leaping Piledriver and makes the cover, scoring a very emphatic three count.

Slater & Rhyno p. Tony Nese and Drew Gulak =D

Choke Out City

Backstage, Jeff Hardy is shown and he is...walking! He passes a dark hallway and Samoa Joe suddenly leaps out, attacking Hardy from the side with three straight forearm smashes to the head. Joe locks in the Coquina Clutch, dragging Hardy backward into the dark hallway. The cameras follow the two men as Joe drops to the ground, wrapping his legs around Hardy. Joe tells Hardy that he's making sure it's going to be a one on one match tonight. The camera zooms in on Hardy, who is turning absolutely purple from the lack of oxygen. No one knows the two of them are back there or where they are. Joe finally releases a passed out Hardy and we head back to the ring.

Match 6

Alexa Bliss and Nia Jax vs. Sasha Banks and Bayley

Our sixth match and semi main event features four of the top women wrestlers in the world today. Three of the four women have won the Raw Women's title at one point and Nia Jax is an absolute amazon. Bayley and Nia Jax go at it to start the match but the pure power and size of Jax is a little much for Bayley and it shows as Jax drops her with a headbutt and locks her in an early bear hug. She releases quickly and tags in Alexa Bliss. Bliss does a little too much taunting and it allows Bayley some time to recover. Bayley manages to catch Bliss with a Bayley-To-Belly but she is unable to make the cover. Instead, she crawls toward her corner and manages to tag in Sasha Banks! Banks comes in and cuts off Bliss from her partner. Banks catches Jax with a dropkick, knocking her off the apron. She turns back to Bliss and Bliss kicks her in the gut. Bliss drops Banks with a DDT and she taunts Banks, telling her she'll never get the Raw Women's title again. Bliss heads up top and goes for the Sparkle Splash but Banks moves out of the way! Banks picks up Bliss and sets her up in a neutral corner. She climbs up and drops the double knees on Bliss! Banks plays to the crowd before picking up Bliss -- Banks Statement! Banks has the Banks Statement locked in on Alexa Bliss! In comes Nia Jax but in comes Bayley! Bayley and Jax spill outside the ring as Bliss has no choice but to tap out! Sasha Banks made the Raw Women's Champion tap out six days before their match for the title!

Soul Searching

We are taken backstage where we see Charly Caruso once again. This time she is with the man who calls himself the Greatest Man That Ever Lived, Austin Aries! Caruso says that Aries wanted some time right now to speak about his career. She says that the floor belongs to him. Aries says that his time here in the WWE so far has not been what he expects of himself. He says he went into the ring with Neville and he lost over and over again. That's not the kind of thing that he expects. He says that he started losing confidence in himself. He says that he's the same guy that has lit the indy scene on fire. He's the same guy that beat four other men to become the number one contender to the Cruiserweight title. So he's decided to do some soul searching. He says that next week begins a new dawn for Austin Aries. Next week, A Double takes over Monday Night Raw. Aries walks off and we are taken to the announce booth.

Great Balls Of Fire

The announcers begin to talk about the matches that are signed for this Sunday and Great Balls Of Fire. They announce that Neville will defend the Cruiserweight title against Akira Tozawa, Bray Wyatt will take on Seth Rollins, Big Cass will take on Big Show with Enzo Amore as the special guest referee, Sheamus & Cesaro will defend the WWE Raw World Tag Team titles against Heath Slater & Rhyno, Alexa Bliss defends the Raw Women's title against Sasha Banks, The Miz defends the WWE Intercontinental title against Dean Ambrose in a match where if The Miz is counted out or disqualified he loses the title. However, if Dean Ambrose loses, he does not get another IC title shot while The Miz is the champion. We will have an Ambulance match where Braun Strowman takes on Roman Reigns. Elias Samson will take on Finn Balor. Finally, the WWE Universal title will be on the line as The Beast Brock Lesnar takes on Samoa Joe. Make sure you tune in on the WWE Network! It's only $9.99 a month and your first month is absolutely free! Now it's time for our main event.

Match 7

Samoa Joe vs. Matt Hardy

Samoa Joe is definitely looking for some momentum headed into Great Balls Of Fire. Matt Hardy will be looking for some revenge after Joe attacked his brother earlier in the night. Hardy rushes to the ring as the second person out. He slides in and goes right after Samoa Joe, shocking the Samoan as Hardy throws punches and a dropkick that sends Joe to the mat. Joe rolls out of the ring to catch a breath and Hardy begins making the 'delete' sign, getting the crowd fired up. Joe returns inside the ring and the action moves forward with Joe taking control over Hardy. The first-ever two time NXT Champion throws Matt Hardy with a German Suplex, an obvious reference to his opponent in six days. The match moves forward to around the ten minute mark where Joe is still in control, wearing down Matt Hardy. Joe lifts Hardy on the top turnbuckle and begins to set him up for the Muscle Buster but Hardy manages to wiggle his way free and slide down Joe's back, rolling him up in a sunset flip for a two count. The action moves back and forth for the next ten minutes with neither man maintaining a very long advantage. A double clothesline sends both men to the mat.

Michael Cole: "What an exciting match between these two men! We are nearly twenty minutes in. Which man will survive this match?"

Both Samoa Joe and Matt Hardy pull themselves up to their feet. Hardy catches Joe with a swift kick to the gut and then grabs Joe by the head. He drags Joe to the corner and begins slamming his head into the top turnbuckkle with the crowd chanting 'Delete' with every hit. As Hardy tries to go to the second turnbuckle, Joe throws a few elbows to fight his way free. Joe pushes Hardy into the corner and catches him with the enzuigiri in the corner and then an uranage to the mat. Joe grabs Hardy from behind -- Coquina Clutch! That's the same move that he put on Matt's brother earlier on tonight. Hardy tries to wiggle his way free from the hold but Joe refuses to let go. Joe drops back to the mat and wraps his legs around Hardy's waist. The referee checks on Hardy and then is forced to call for the bell.

Samoa Joe d. Matt Hardy =B

Never Going To Let You Go...Until Now

Samoa Joe has picked up the victory over Matt Hardy. But Joe refuses to release the Coquina Clutch. The referee steps in and tries to break the hold but Joe refuses to let go. Just like his brother, Matt Hardy's face is starting to turn different colors. Joe just tightens the hold as the crowd boos, trying to will Matt Hardy forward but Hardy has passed out in the hold. Suddenly, 'Here Comes The Pain' begins to play! Paul Heyman leads the Universal Champion Brock Lesnar down toward the ring. The sound of that music is the only thing that makes Samoa Joe break the Coquina Clutch. Joe just gets on his feet when Brock Lesnar enters the ring. The fight is on between these two men who will meet in six days at Great Balls Of Fire! The two men exchange blows in the center of the ring. Joe clinches up with Lesnar and pushes him back in a corner. Joe releases the clinch and goes for the Enzuigiri but it is blocked by Lesnar. Lesnar slips behind Joe -- Release German Suplex! Joe is thrown halfway across the ring. The Universal Champion picks up Joe -- F-5! He drops Joe in the center of the ring with the F-5! Lesnar is handed the Universal title by Paul Heyman. Heyman looks down at Joe and does the sign of the cross as Brock Lesnar raises the Universal title. Could this be the scene at the end of Great Balls Of Fire? Make sure you tune in and find out. We'll see you there!

Over thirteen thousand fans are on their feet as 'The Time Is Now' begins to play. We are opening with the return of the Leader of the Cenation, </em><em><strong>John Cena</strong></em><em>! Cena gives a salute at the top of the ramp before jogging down toward the ring. The crowd seems absolutely split between a 'Let's Go Cena/Cena Sucks' chant. Cena stands inside the ring and he seems to welcome both sides of the chant. He smiles as he listens to the crowd and then he says that John Cena has RETURNED to Smackdown Live! What better day for John Cena to return than July 4th? It's Independence Day and Cena says he'd like to thank every single soldier out there who has fought for this country to become the greatest country in the world. He talks, briefly, about not being a part time wrestler. He says to prove that, it's about that time. It's about time for a fight and John Cena knows how to fight. So, he says, if you want some, come get some. Cena stands in the middle of the ring, waiting to see if anyone takes him up on the challenge.</em><p><em> </em></p><p><em> 'Here To Show The World' begins to play and out from the back comes The Showoff </em><em><strong>Dolph Ziggler</strong></em><em>. Ziggler gets a few boos and cheers from the audience as he walks down to the ring and steps inside with John Cena. Ziggler welcomes John Cena back to Smackdown Live but he says that Cena needs to remember that there are wrestlers here who haven't left to go film a tv series. Men like himself have been here day in and day out. Ziggler tells Cena that Cena's time is done. He says that it's the year of the Showoff. Cena interrupts Ziggler and says that there's been plenty of times that could have been the year of Dolph Ziggler. But every year he seems to drop the ball. However, tonight is a new night, and if Dolph Ziggler wants some, then he can come and get some. 'Flight of the Valkyries' begins to play and out from the back comes Smackdown Live General Manager </em><em><strong>Daniel Bryan</strong></em><em>. Bryan gets the 'Yes' chants going and walks out to the ring, standing between Dolph Ziggler and John Cena. He says that if the two of them are going to get it on tonight then they are going to do it in the main event. Bryan asks the fans if they want to see Dolph Ziggler versus John Cena tonight. The 'YES' chants get loud and Bryan says it's going to happen. With all ten men in the ring at the same time, the bell sounds and Aiden English grabs a microphone. He begins to serenade the crowd with his melodic melodies, getting the attention of the nine other wrestlers in the ring. He gets grabbed by everyone and tossed over the top rope to the floor at ringside. With English gone, the other nine wrestlers start pairing up and doing battle inside the battle royal. Luke Harper goes on a tear throughout the match, eliminating Sin Cara and both members of The Ascension in short order. Then he goes face-to-face with Erick Rowan. The two former members of The Wyatt Family start brawling in a corner. In another corner, Tye Dillinger has AJ Styles backed up and he climbs up, beginning to throw punches as the crowd chants 'TEN' with every punch he throws. Dillinger goes for the Tye Breaker but Styles flips out and then catches Dillinger with the Pele Kick! Back with Harper and Rowan, Harper manages to catch Rowan with a big boot and that sends Rowan over the top rope to the floor at ringside. Rowan is eliminated! On the other side of the ring, Nakamura catches Zayn with a running knee strike in the corner. Zayn falls down in the corner and Nakamura gives him Good Vibrations in the corner. On the other side of the ring, Dillinger avoids a Styles Clash attempt, bringing Styles over the top rope but Styles lands on the apron. He fires an elbow shot to Dillinger and then leaps onto the top rope -- Phenomenal Forearm! On the other side of the ring, Sami Zayn has taken control. Shinsuke picks up Dillinger and tosses him over the top rope. Dillinger seems to land hard on his arm. Several officials move in to help him up and are very careful in helping him to the back. Nakamura turns back to the fallen Styles and picks him up, moving to the ropes. The two men begin battling near the ropes. These two men will definitely have a hard-hitting match as we have seen the last few weeks on Monday Night Raw. Brock Lesnar has beaten some of the biggest men and the toughest guys in the WWE. Samoa Joe was the first-ever two time NXT Champion. This will be Brock Lesnar's first title defense since winning the title at WrestleMania 33. He turned on Amore, stating that 'Muscles Marinara' was holding him back and is the reason he hasn't gotten gold on Raw or in NXT. SPOILERS: WWE SIGNINGS!

http://imgur.com/vdOAX5A.jpg

Here at PromotionWars.com, we take a vow to bring you the latest in up-to-date information on all of the major wrestling promotions. With this vow comes the possibility of spoilers. For those of you who do not like to read spoilers, please do not read any further.

Through our clandestine informants, we have learned that WWE has made several signings to add to their rosters both on the main roster and developmental. According to our informants,
Charlie Haas
and
Shelton Benjamin
have been signed to return as World's Greatest Tag Team. This team are former WWE and ROH Tag Team Champions and are known for their association with
Kurt Angle
as Team Angle. Does this mean they are destined to show up on Raw? Not necessarily as there has been talk of them possibly having a feud with
American Alpha
.

WWE NXT has also grown a little bit this week, according to our informants. We have learned that NXT has signed New Japan and Independent worker
Kyle O'Reilly
. They already have
Bobby Fish
so the expectation right now is that they will reform REDragon under a name that the WWE can copyright. Not only that but the women's division on NXT has grown with two signings. The first is a second generation wrestler said to be part of this year's Mae Young Classic. She is
Rachael Ellering
, the daughter of manager
Paul Ellering
. She graduated from Lance Storm's Wrestling Academy so she definitely has had some solid training in the ring. The other woman is a former TNA Knockout's Champion and 2016 Queen of the Knockouts. Back in TNA, she was known as
Jade
. Rumor has it that she will be known as Mia Yim in the WWE. Our informants are still working overtime on anymore rumors coming through the pipeline.

Then it's time for the arrival of the King of the Cruiserweights, Cruiserweight Champion Neville. Early on in the night, a sign is shown in the crowd that reads: 'Dis a good PPV name! (No, it isn't)!' Highlights of this encounter include Tozawa placing Neville on the corner and giving him hard chops to the chest before bringing him over with a superplex. A bridging belly to back suplex scores him a two count on Neville. Another highlight has Neville catching Tozawa with a reverse frankensteiner and a corkscrew plancha outside the ring to Tozawa and Titus O'Neil. The action returns inside the ring where Neville catches Tozawa with a low blow kick as the referee checks on O'Neil. Neville heads to the top turnbuckle -- Red Arrow at just over the fourteen minute mark! Neville grabs the referee and turns him to face Tozawa as Neville makes the cover: One, Two, Three! He says that Rollins calls himself an architect but his own plans are what has led him into the path of his own destruction. Wyatt says that tonight he will rain the great balls of fire down upon Seth Rollins until he burns in his own sin against god. This is a superb match that goes on for over twenty five minutes of back and forth action. Rollins takes to the offensive first against Wyatt, throwing punches and knocking Wyatt backward to a corner. After the referee backs Rollins up, Wyatt turns and does his back bend, looking toward Rollins with a devious smile. Wyatt stands up before Rollins can approach him and the match continues. More highlights of the match include Rollins hitting Wyatt with a suicide dive outside the ring, catching Wyatt with a buckle bomb and then a superkick and a frog splash that scores a two count. With the two count, a fan raises a sign that reads: 'Small package of balls on fire!' Wyatt manages to come back with a running cross body, short-arm clothesline and a DDT on the ring apron that scores a two count on Rollins. The end of the match comes when Rollins transitions out of a Sister Abigail attempt on an already tired Wyatt and catches him with a short-arm high knee that brings Wyatt to the mat. Rollins heads to the top turnbuckle -- Phoenix Splash! He tells Show that he wishes him good luck against Big Cass but when Show wins it will be a clean win. Show smiles and raises a fist. The two men meet in the center of the ring as the bell sounds and Cass shoves Show. Show takes a few steps backward and then he shoves Cass right down to the mat. Show threatens the Knockout Punch within the first minute of the match but Cass manages to avoid being struck. Early on, Cass sends Show to the ropes and manages to bring him up and over with a back body drop! Cass makes a cover but only gets a two count. Cass yells at Enzo to count faster. Amore tells Cass to shut his big, fat mouth. A fan raises a sign in the background that reads: 'You have a nice Cass!' Show makes a brief comeback, striking Cass with chops to the chest in the corner. When Show tries to Irish whip Cass across, Cass reverses it. Cass comes in with the Stinger Splash! He catches Show with the East River Crossing! He makes a cover and Amore reluctantly drops down to make the count: One, Two and after a long hesitation, Three!</p><p> <strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Big Cass p. After he counts three, he immediately attacks </em><em><strong>Big Cass</strong></em><em>! The crowd cheers as Amore throws punches and forearms to the larger man. He drives a knee into the ribs of Cass and then he heads to the top turnbuckle. He looks down toward Cass, waiting for the big man to get to a vertical base. Cass turns slowly toward Amore and Amore leaps -- Big Cass catches Enzo Amore -- East River Crossing! Cass plants Amore with the East River Crossing on the mat. He picks up Amore and tosses him over the top of </em><em><strong>Big Show</strong></em><em>. Cass wipes his hands clean of what happened and then exits the ring, walking toward the back as he leaves Amore and Show on the mat. It's almost like the monitor is broken. Jeff is awake and lying on the bed, looking over toward his brother. He coughs a moment and suddenly Matt sits right up. He releases a loud gasp and then a crazy laugh. His head turns swiftly and looks at his brother. He gives a wild smile and says 'I knew you'd come.' Heath Slater & Rhyno were the very first Smackdown Tag Team Champions so they were a lot tougher competition for Sheamus & Cesaro than you might think. Rhyno kicked things off early with a belly to belly suplex on Cesaro, while Slater downed Sheamus with a missile dropkick. Slater scores a quick near fall early on. But the tide turns when Rhyno is tagged in and Sheamus goes right after the bigger athlete. Sheamus catches Rhyno with the White Noise, while Cesaro hits him with a diving neckbreaker in a combination. Great Balls Of Fire continues with some sub-par wrestling as the two women go back and forth in the first few minutes of the match. Banks scores a near fall following a roundhouse kick to the back of Bliss's head. Banks pulls Bliss up by the hair and lifts her up on the top turnbuckle. Banks climbs up to the top turnbuckle with her and shows some skill when she goes for the Frankensteiner. But Bliss shows that she has some strength by catching Banks. She leaps and drops Banks with a middle turnbuckle sit out power bomb. Bliss hooks the legs but only scores a two count when Banks somehow manages to kick out. The match moves ahead with Bliss in control both in the ring and outside the ring. Outside the ring, Bliss sends Banks head-first into the barricade. Bliss yells at a few fans in the front row, in particular a fan with a sign reading: 'Where's Bayley?,' before grabbing Banks by the hair and sending her back inside the ring. Bliss tosses her hair back and slowly climbs to the top turnbuckle. She goes for the Sparkle Splash but Banks gets the knees up into the ribs of Bliss! Banks grabs Bliss and drops her with the double knee backbreaker transitioned into the Banks Statement! The crowd raises on their feet, waiting to see Alexa Bliss tap out but Bliss refuses to tap. Bliss struggles and makes her way to the ropes to cause a break. Bliss rolls out of the ring and staggers over, grabbing her title belt. Officials come out but are unable to break things up. It takes </em><em><strong>Nia Jax</strong></em><em> to come out and break the hold. She grabs Banks by the hair and throws her down the ramp, looking at where she threw Banks for a moment. Then Jax picks up Bliss, throwing the Raw Women's Champion over her shoulder. An early distraction by Bo Dallas leads To The Miz striking Dean Ambrose from behind with a knee to the back. The Miz takes control in the early going with any brief momentum bursts by Ambrose cut off by a distraction or hidden interference by The Miztourage. The Miz Irish whips Dean Ambrose into the turnbuckle and then runs in, catching him with an Awesome Clothesline in the corner. The Miz smirks at the fans, yelling that he is better than Ambrose. Around the ten minute mark of the match, The Miz catches Ambrose with a big boot but Ambrose bounces off the middle rope and comes back with a Lunatic Clothesline, sending both men down on the mat. Both men are on the mat as the referee begins a count. Dean Ambrose is up first and he heads to the top turnbuckle. He perches as The Miz gets to his feet. The Miz staggers and turns toward Ambrose -- Lunatic Fringe Elbow Drop! A sign goes up in the background, reading: 'Miz Sucks!' Curtis Axel climbs on the apron and Ambrose runs over, knocking him off the apron with a punch. Nearing the nineteen minute mark, Ambrose turns to The Miz and kicks him in the gut -- Dirty Dee -- NO! The Miz blocks it and spins around behind Ambrose -- Skull Crushing Fi -- NO! Ambrose blocks the Skull Crushing Finale! Ambrose brings The Miz over with a snapmare and Maryse gets the attention of the referee. Bo Dallas slides a chair in the ring but the chair is grabbed by Dean Ambrose! Ambrose raises the chair but the referee turns back around and sees Ambrose with the chair! Ambrose drops the chair, begging the referee! He tries to inform the official that he didn't use the chair. The Miz sneaks up behind Ambrose -- Skull Crushing Finale! The Miz makes the cover, hooking the leg: One, Two, Three! The Miz with a successful defense of the Intercontinental title. The two men exchange punches and shoulderblocks inside the ring with neither man backing down from the other. The crowd is booing Roman Reigns loudly throughout this match but Reigns does his best to ignore the fans. Reigns strikes Strowman with a palm strike to the chest and then a big boot to the chest that sends Strowman through the ropes and down to ringside. Reigns climbs outside the ring and walks around, grabbing a folding chair. He folds it up and then charges at Strowman but Strowman throws out a fist, knocking the chair backward into Reigns and sending Reigns falling to ringside. Strowman roars beside a fan with a sign reading: 'When It Reigns, It Bores!' Strowman shows his strength when he picks up Reigns and brings him down across his knee with a backbreaker. He yanks up Reigns and begins walking him along toward the ramp. Reigns goes along with him but suddenly begins throwing punches as they near the stage. Reigns grabs Strowman by the arm and irish whips him into the LED screen! The screen shatters as Strowman drops to a knee. Reigns charges and catches Strowman with a Superman Punch! Reigns stands over Strowman, catching a breath. A sign shows up in the background that reads: 'Roman Call 911!' Reigns picks up Strowman and begins to move along the stage toward the ambulance. SummerSlam will be the last show in this prediction contest.</span></div></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> Congratulations to Uncrewed, 2Sweet and RyanR93WKU for scoring 7/10 on the Network event.</span></div></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div></div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>1. Thanks for your predictions and comments. I agree about Miz and Ambrose being done to death. Both of them will be moving on to different programs following that match. Booking three hours of Raw is difficult. But there are, also, times where I have a tough time getting everything in and everyone on the show that I want on the show. I do have plans for the Hardys and the team of Sheamus/Cesaro. Will those plans coincide? -Last night was WWE Great Balls Of Fire and that night ended with a brand new WWE Universal Champion in </span></div></div></div></div></div></div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>Samoa Joe</strong></span></div></div></div></div></div></div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">. Joe is going to kick things off here in Nashville, Tennessee. What will The Destroyer have to say when he steps inside a ring for the first time as Universal Champion? Not many in the WWE can say that they have a victory over Brock Lesnar and less people than that can say that they made The Beast pass out. Joe is sure to be all smiles on this night. But we have learned that he will be in action in a non-title match against The Lunatic Fringe </span></div></div></div></div></div></div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>Dean Ambrose</strong></span></div></div></div></div></div></div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">. Both of these men will definitely be showing the affects of their matches at Great Balls Of Fire. Which one can step up and get a victory?</span></div></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">
