Nephrinn
I started up a new company in Australia, but I can't hire any announcers/commentators, presumably because no one available is Australian. Am I missing something here or why can't American/UK or anybody that can speak English be available for hire? EDIT: I just went into the editor and changed some of the guys I was interested in so that they were available to work in Australia. Not a big deal I guess. Blackman
Yeah that’s probably best. Or just have no announcers. It won’t damage your rating much.
rajde
Stupid question, but I just started. How do you make any profit when starting on rock hard? It just feels like I'm digging myself into massive debt.
red007
I'm just playing around with creating a database that starts in 1993 and will consist of completely new characters each start. So I have deleted all characters. Whilst playing, currently new characters have their images generated from the 'free pictures' file. Does anyone know of a quicker way than individually adding each Default database image (that is now free as I've deleted Default characters) to the free picture file - to ensure that these now free images (James Foster, etc) can be used by my randomly generated characters? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated! i have a database like this with almost 2500 pics added. you just have to change the start date tho, and adjust anything else you feel like changing of course. i can share it with you if you want. Blackman
Stupid question, but I just started. How do you make any profit when starting on rock hard? It just feels like I'm digging myself into massive debt. You wont. You should hire unknowns and carefully manage them. The game imo isnt made for this ‘gamey’ mode and youvare better off with an easier setting.
Afroduck
I was thinking of trying a game where my weight classes were only about ten pounds apart except for the Heavyweights. I have two unnamed divisions I was wondering if anybody had any suggestions for what to call them. I was really trying to avoid the Super title that is in boxing a lot. My divisions would look like Heavyweight- 226-265 Light Heavyweight- 206-225 Unnamed- 196-205 Cruiserweight- 186-195 Middleweight- 176-185 Welterweight- 166-175 Unnamed- 156-165 Lightweight- 146-155 Featherweight- 136-145 Bantamweight- 126-135 Flyweight- 116-

I made 206-225 “middle heavyweights” I used it for big Light heavyweights and small heavyweights. I didn’t have the weight class below welterweight, although I like the idea. BrokenCycle
What do the colors (orange, yellow, green) mean for the fighter attributes? How good the stats are. Green is high. Red is low.
SteveS
I've seen the same attribute with different colors though, for instance a yellow "strong" and a green "strong"

M.Masters
UI scaling and fullscreen mode for 2k res?
BrokenCycle
UI scaling and fullscreen mode for 2k res? The game is set at 1366 x 768, and can be placed on any part of your screen. It doesn't need fullscreen. It's a text sim with minimal graphics. Put the window to the side, and watch WWE Network, Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, whatever while playing.
M.Masters
Thank you for the advice, but have you seen the game in such a resolution? While I agree the fullscreen is not completely necessary (but is always welcome), I find the UI too small, isn't it? Can you imagine what it's like in 4k? <img alt="" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/biggrin.png.929299b4c121f473b0026f3d6e74d189.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /> Speaking about a 27' monitor, I have to scale this forum's display to 200% via the browser, for example. Otherwise the font's too small, just like in the game. <img alt="" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/smile.png.142cfa0a1cd2925c0463c1d00f499df2.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />
Blackman
It doesnt scale but if you out your monitor in that resolution it will go full screen. It’s fun but I stopped using it as the graphics/renders will look uglier.

M.Masters
Dude, no one complains about the resolution. Subjective. Never said it's unbearable, but considering it's a text based game, descriptions are really uncomfortable to read, so I'd prefer a bigger font any time of the day. I'm afraid that is not something that is going to ever be included in the games; the language I use does not support it, so it would require not only learning a new language but starting a game's development from scratch. That is not something that is going to happen at this very late stage. Hope we'll get to see it one day, thank you and everybody else for your time and answers.
