My settings above are basically NJPW crossed with an Attitude era WWE. I toned down the intensity to protect the workers more (my bugbear with NJPW) and added in women and t&A. I don't actually use eye candy matches much after the first 6 months to a year but they are a great way of getting the womens pop up initially and perfect for new young women on B shows and pre show matches. I like the mix of no true faces and heels but also having WWE style mic work. The last time I played this mix it was the most fun I ever had with this game as I was running a bunch of NJPW style factions in constant shifting wars and made some truly obscure workers absolute stars (Alex Lee, Matt Basso, Aaron Henry, Dean Brady, Demi Bennett, a bunch of Japanese girls like DASh Chisako & Hikaru Shida) it was a blast.

So just work out what you'd like to do in a world and how you'd like to play and go for it. You wont necessarily get all the people you want in a draft but to be honest part of the fun is taking people and making them work - I hate Brock Lesnar but a Ronda Rousey/ Brock Lesnar tag team was super fun to create and run with.

It will be up to you who you draft based on whose available and who best fits your needs.

EG: Whomever out of Tardelli or I that gets to pick first will win the Okada sweepstakes (as only we can take him before rnd 4) so say that's Tardelli I would then get the next 2 Japanese based workers before it gets back to him for his 2nd pick. I then have to decide who to take out of people like Tanahashi, Naito, Omega etc or perhaps Nakamura if he isn't already snapped up by one of the US feds.

What I'd recommend is create a test game of the May RWC and look at the people you might have available to you and work out who you'd like to build around. You could say run with American Dragon (Bryan) as your first pick if you wanted to risk it given his head health, or Seth Rollins or AJ Styles.

Once the draft order is decided you will have a better idea of your choices too. Tardelli and I are in Japan and we know we are going to compete for talent but we also know that Japan is so loaded that our early rounds are going to be pretty much no brainers for us as the top guys in Japan are pretty obvious and later rounds will still have plenty of talented guys to fill out our rosters with. The Nth American based feds will be scrambling a little more early because there is more competition.

So based on my product I should Probaly build my drafts around the different strengths I want my show to be.

Exactly, nobody has gone into Mexico meaning those guys who aren't Mexico based become available rnd 4 (you have to pick US based workers first 3 rnds given your location). Obviously for your product you will be wanting to get a few of those guys. So your first 3 rnds would likely be based around that concept drafting people you think will fit whatever style of game you want to play. Remember that things like colour, road agents, announcers etc can all be drafted and the premium people in those roles often go before the 15th round. Also you need a owner, booker or owner booker who can also be in another role so check out people who might fit that.

You'll probably get a sense on how people are drafting fairly quickly. Like I said Tardelli & I are unlikely to do anything too surprising in the early rounds because Japan has a lot of studs and we'll be going about the business of securing them before looking elsewhere but predicting how someone based in Australia, British Isles or USA will draft is less predictable people have their favourites.

I should be on. But also I am in central Time zone can I put my time or does it need to be your gmt time?

If you look at the OP of the draft thread, you can see I've put GMT, EST and AEST, (GMT and EST being the two main timezones you see and AEST because of vamos being from Australia, so what you can do is look at the difference between the timezones and add/subtract that to your current time (if that makes sense)

Well it's like 2 30 am here so bedtime for bonzo. At this point I will be taking Okada or Omega with my pick depending on which one Tardelli selects the pick before me. It will look like I'm here but that's just me leaving the computer on.
