How do I get someone out of business to get back in the business without using the editor?

You don't. you use the In-Game Editor. They won't return if they have left the business.

Ok. I have a question about this as well. If you bring a person from out of the business that’s pretty old, let’s say 70, will they just leave the business again soon after?

<p>Yes. Since they're still very close to complete retirement it basically just, to my understanding, does a reroll on the date and then applies that.</p><p> </p><p>

You can see something similar with bringing someone out of retirement with the editor. They tend to retire again within the next 6 months to a year.</p><p> </p><p>
