Contracts not auto renewing

Hey all, I just started a new game using the modern warriors mod and my contracts aren't auto renewing . I have the settings the exact same as my last saved game which did it. Can someone tell me if I'm missing something in the settings?

Are you saying that the contracts aren't being sent out, or that you have to approve every contract when they accept?

Have you ticked the appropriate box on the Your Office > Auto Renewals screen?
