He is in fact 33 in January, 2006 (born in June, 1972) so that's actually correct; what's wrong is his description, but that has now been corrected so thank you. I look forward to hearing more.</p><p> </p><p> It's not necessarily the stars who have low popularity (I actually increased a lot of the main event guys) but it's the 'E themselves and - as has been mentioned previously - I really don't want to inflate them too much. They were struggling in real life around this time but I've probably made them slightly worse than they actually were but that's for the games sake more than anything as I hate modifications where the 'E are so inflated that it's almost impossible to usurp them. I really want the modification to have that air of "anything is possible" because that's really what it was like at this time with Total Nonstop Action Wrestling and Ring of Honor both having incredible momentum whilst the 'E were spending too much time on bulking up their roster unnecessarily. WWE still have quite a big advantage so it's never bothered me very much.</p><p> </p><p> I'm here to appease. <img alt=":p" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/tongue.png.ceb643b2956793497cef30b0e944be28.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p> See, this is exactly what I want from my modifications; the what-ifs and how-the-hells. There's nothing worse in my opinion than seeing a modification play out just like real life because surely that's not why we all play? I love the sound of that and can't wait to see how my own game plays out because I've finally decided to give myself a break from creating the modification and I've decided to give it a go myself. <img alt=":)" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/smile.png.142cfa0a1cd2925c0463c1d00f499df2.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p></div></blockquote><p> </p><p> What ?!?! The NWA North American (mid card singles title) and NWA World Women's title could be added next update. Would be nice for two reasons, one if you want to play as TNA and stay in the NWA or create a custom NWA Fed. Could also use the NWA World Six Man Tag Team titles for the same reason.

<p>Gosh, it's been a while.</p><p> </p><p>

Anyways, in terms of wrestler additions I have the usual stuff you're doomed to hear for all eternity and beyond:Current, mostly younger, guys, but it's nothing that can't be imported from other mods for now. One notable absence though is Act Yasukawa who has such a phenomenal real life story that she's a must have. </p><p> </p><p>

Also maybe the mod works better if all companies have fixed belts(except TNA in case they outgrow the NWA) so that abominations like the CMLL Wrestling Spirit title never happen. Altought in a more realistic note New Japan did replace the U-30 with an Intercontinental belt recently.</p><p> </p><p>

That's all for now, I suppose.</p>

<p>Just notice you're missing Chuck Taylor... Haven't played thru yet... Taking the risk and running IWA Mid South... Good work though... Love the picture pack.</p><p> </p><p>

Might want to modify the IWGP Jr. Title too as Sekimoto just got a shot in game as a result of it being open to middle weights..</p>

Haha love your mod downloaded just now because i had really big break from Tew now i really enjoying playing your mod wow you are so great , and btw what picture pack you use ?

Thanks. The picture pack is one of my own creations, created specifically for Shifting Sands. If you have any requests, post them here and I'd be happy to help. :)

Yeah, Chuckie T has been on my to-do list for a while but I'm sure he'll be on there before the next update (if there's an update for TEW2016).

Weight restrictions on titles (or lack there of) has been something that's been brought to my attention countless times before but without an option between Lightweight & Middleweight, I'm reluctant to change them. While you cut out a large portion of workers who should never be challenging for a title, you also cut out a large portion of workers who - in real life - have/do compete for the title.

<p>Hmmmm.</p><p> </p><p>

I don't know if this would work or be ignored by the AI, but maybe set it's focus to high flyers could help a bit. Surely, the Jr. title is not exclusively a high flyer title but that way middleweights who don't use a Jr. style like Minoru Suzuki or Daisuke Sekimoto himself might not be booked to wrestle for it. If the AI actually uses focus, that is.</p>

All I say is wow the detail in this mod is just amazing you sir have an amazing skill probably the most detail I've ever seen in a historical mod brilliant job now to open AEW in Montreal with Bret Hart <img alt=":D" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/biggrin.png.929299b4c121f473b0026f3d6e74d189.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

Suggestion for who too add. In my draft game the AI kept opening womens companies but there weren't enough bods to make them viable. I imported women from RWC and the Who and tweaked their stats to try to keep those things viable. I would say mine the two current real world mods for ideas on women you could add that debut in the years after 2006. The other areas would be Australia and Europe who probably need more bods. I brought in some men from there to keep areas populated. I love the Mod and am into 2011 hence me noticing the trends. Things LIKE NC FF opened but there were no women available so it just sits there going broke up

It's not a bad suggestion and one I might take into further consideration if Adam doesn't come up with something to resolve this issue in TEW20. Thanks.

Any news on this mod?

Is it still been worked on? Playing as Chikara. Having fun with it!!

As franticloser rightly pointed out, I'm very much still working on this modification. :)

I'm glad you're enjoying it. I don't know why CHIKARA doesn't get used more in Dynasties and such like, particularly in this time period. If you can't have fun playing CHIKARA, then you shouldn't be playing this game. :p

I noticed a typo in the BOSJ lineage. It lists Norio Honaga as winning in 1999 instead of 1989(in the title screen, not sure if this is also reflected on his profile)

Wow, I don't know how I got it so wrong but he actually won it in April, 1991 so it was less of a typo and more of a downright failure. xD Norio Honaga isn't actually a worker in the database so there's no problem with any profiles, but the lineage has now been fixed. Thank you.

Sorry this must of slipped past me while reading through comments.

Thanks for great mod Mammoth!

Don't worry, we all miss things and make mistakes... even Gods like me, as seen above. xD

You're welcome.

All I say is wow the detail in this mod is just amazing you sir have an amazing skill probably the most detail I've ever seen in a historical mod brilliant job now to open AEW in Montreal with Bret Hart :D

Thanks, man. I do like to think I have an eye for detail and I try to include as much detail as I humanly can. "AEW in Montreal with Bret Hart" sounds amazing. I hope you're enjoying it. :)

Suggestion for who too add. In my draft game the AI kept opening womens companies but there weren't enough bods to make them viable. I imported women from RWC and the Who and tweaked their stats to try to keep those things viable. Okay, thanks for the heads up. After really updating the joshi scene, adding more and more women is definitely something I've already been looking into. Europe is also something that I'm going to put a lot of effort into in the future but I'm not so confident with Australia as I found it difficult just to acquire enough information on their promotions so finding workers will possibly be just as difficult, unless they're names you've already brought to my attention that now/have previously worked for the 'E. As always though, it's something I'll look into properly at a later date.

Hello! :)

I've searched a bit and found 3 cuts missing for WWC. They are not perfect tho

Great. Have you got links to the actual pictures? I'll see if I can match them to the Shifting Sands style more. :)
