Weirdo living alone on the edge of town.

That's me being interviewed last night.

No night ability.

Random voter, essentially. Can count as zero, one, or two. I have no way to know which. Depends how sane I sound to people on any given day. Decided randomly as far as I understand.

Tried to drop some hints about having a voting ability early on, but I'm no good at hinting.

Night 6

The town was feeling good about the days events. It's always a good day when you string up scum. They started towards their houses hoping the morning would bring more good news.

He hadn't felt good today. Must be catching a cold. But he was determined to make a difference. He choose where he thought he'd be the most useful and hoped he wouldn't be needed.

He laid down on the couch still feeling the effects from the night before.

He gathered his gear. He was sure he had who he was looking for in his sights tonight. He set out.

He made his way up to the house. It was dark, but he could hear someone inside. He knocked on the door and waited. The noise coming from inside the house went silent. He knocked again. Still no answer.

He went around to the side of the house and looked in the windows. He couldn't see any movement. He opened the trash can and found something he could use.

He climbed into the Cadillac. There was important business to attend to tonight. He had waited for this for awhile. A sly smile came across his face.

He saw him leave his house from the vantage point he had taken. He followed close behind.

He arrived at the house, but there didn't seem to be any lights on. He put the car in park. "This can't be happening again."

He left his house. Tonight would be a big night.

He followed just out of sight with this weird feeling of deja vu.

He got to the house and made his way up to it. A feeling of dread came over him. Was it the cold? Where could he be?

He rounded the corner and saw the one he was looking for duck into the woods.

He saw movement around the house. He smiled to himself and quietly exited the car.

He stepped out of the woods and said "Is this seriously happening again?"

The man turned to look him in the face,"I was looking for you."

"Really? Well I've been following you."

Right then another man walked up from the road, "Throwing a party and not invite me?"

"What are you doing here?"

"Doing something I have wanted to do for a long time." He reached for the gun now visible under his jacket.

The second man lunged for the third man pushing the first man out of the way, while a fourth man came out of the woods and went for the first man. Everything happened so fast. The first man ended up on the ground, the fourth one disappeared into the woods. Meanwhile the second and third wrestled over the gun, until the third one decided to high tail it out of there.

When the commotion had subsided, the second man offered his hand to the first and helped him up off the ground.

"Thanks I don't know what I would have done if you hadn't been here."

"No problem, that is my job. Glad to help."

"Dude, I'd offer you a beer, but you don't look so good. You okay?"

"Haven't felt the best today."

"Maybe you should head home and get some rest."

"I think you are right."

He arrived back at home. He had done good. He had been exactly where he needed to be. He took some meds and went to bed.

He never woke up. He was found the next morning.

Emark is dead he was the Town Aligned Doctor.

No rule saying someone forcibly makes someone stay in their house. Along same lines, where does it say a bus driver must literally drive someone to a new target? It could be spoofed cell numbers (speaking from experience with literally 90% of my real life phone calls being from spoofed numbers). Could be red herrings. Highly unlikely but it’s a possibility. Just the first three thoughts that came to my head.
