I didn't need to do anything I've done in this phase and I had everything laid out in hints before that night write up too. At this point, the only reason this phase has gone this way is because I wasn't told I was roleblocked and we happenstanced into an unlikely but not impossible scenario. Not for the first time in mafia history, not for the last.</p><p> </p><p> So if all you're saying is that you think I'm bad, fair enough, that's your judgement call to make. If you are doubting anything else then... well, ignoring evidence is a bad play.</p><p> </p><p> As for the other question... there are two jailers out there, and it looks like one more roleblocker in the write up that is getting no attention. 3 out of 26 is about as high as I'd expect it to be, but I'm not getting into Outlaw's head. His game, his set up. I trust Astil. I know my role. There is a third blocker out there of unknown alignment. I made a full claim I when I had 4 votes on me and nothing to actually answer to. A role title is meaningless compared to ability claims, write up claims, targets and a trail of evidence to support it which I provided all of before I had anything to answer to.</p><p> </p><p> My evidence may have been incorrect, but ONLY because it literally lined up with me and everything I could possibly know. I'll be frustrated if I die because I tried to help the town and I've done literally everything possible to keep doing that.</p><p> </p><p> I'm running out of time to do much more today... I'll check in on my phone, which I've never done so I have no idea how well that will work. I've not lied about anything. This lynch, if it happens, will happen because people don't believe there are 2 people with jailer abilities. It's the second worst reason I'll have ever died in a mafia game and it will stem entirely because I saw a jailer and assumed reasonably that it was me.</p><p> </p><p> It's hard to hear on the one hand that I'm a great player and a shame that I died early in the last game, only to then have people think I'm stupid enough to throw logic and common sense out the window on Day 2 by claiming someone else's role in the game.</p><p> </p><p> I'm waiting to see someone highlight the pros of the plan where Astil and I target each other, cos it makes no sense. I'm waiting for anyone to explain how I'm so smart while doing something that would be dumb (if I'm scum). I'm waiting for anyone else to actually look at what is happening. Because this is about as frustrated as I've ever been in mafia. I've had so many times where I've had to make cases for thing whether I'm town or scum and now somehow I'm simultaneously too good to listen to if I'm scum, and stupid enough to do this.</p><p> </p><p> So.... thanks? I'd have to be a complete moron to fake claim something in the first night write up that could obviously and easily be counter claimed if it wasn't me. If I'm so smart, how am I so dumb? How does that logic hold up to even the slightest of scrutiny? By that logic, when I show up town, Astil has to be lynched next, right? Because we can't possibly both be town and have the same ability?
