Another great read. I love where this going where Remo's allegiance seems to be ambiguous. Also, Emma Chase is THE star of the diary thus far. Her commentary has been amazing!

 

I'm excited about the Remo storyline that's brewing. I have a rough outline for it right now and will evolve it based upon a few other factors. That said, It should be a fun story to tell.

 

Truthfully, Emma is one of my favorite characters in the Cornellverse; so, it's great to hear that her commentary is working for you!

<em>I like the idea of the Invaders having friends on the inside, I just hope losing Dubois doesnt affect your original idea, because even if I dont want to looking into the members of the stable it all screams DAVE invasion, mostly because you have such a prominent figure of DAVE like Nemesis, I think that in SWF he makes more sense than Phil Vibert, to lead a invasion, I think a lot of people would assume it has to do with that, more with getting people in like Brandon James and Kurt Laramee, and have Emma Chase being a heel commentator so usually she will side with them so it seems too DAVE heavy, mostly because Big Smack Scott and Marat Khoklov fit perfectly even if they arent DAVE, and losing Dubois reduces the variety on characters and what do they do, I wont say this is DAVE until Joey Morgan, Rogue and Skull DeBones join them, as it would be possible even if they have attacked Rogue as with Dubois getting out the night of the PPV a lot of changers could be made on the fly, I think is a lot DAVE like, but I really hope you blindside us and this has nothing to do with DAVE, make it, its own stuff and finally make people think of Jon Campbell as his own character and not just as DAVE's Nemesis.</em></p><p> </p><p>

<em>I think Eric will get the win, because he is beggining to feud with the Ace of the Company and he needs all the momentum he can to be perceive as a real challenger for him and not just another generic baddy that is going to be disposed quickly, I think Eric Eisen could be that villain always a thorn on the hero and even beating him some times, the Joker to Jack Bruces Batman, I hope Eric grows a lot as a character as you always have been able to make him grow, what is interesting is going to be how his interactions are going to be with the Invaders, I dont feel he is going to be on the same side of them, I think he can still be a heel, but "break character" with them, act more heroic or confront them to still give this an unscripted feel, maybe even getting to turn babyface or staying as the heel, I just know I feel he will play a big part in that story and I feel he isnt joining the invaders.</em></p>

Well since my interest in wrestling is up again at the right time for the start of this diary I might was well reprise my role as that IWC prick, expect this time I'm turning it into a fully fledged character and turning up the smug know-it-all-ness up to 11. So here's IWC prick's opening salvo:

 

Why the hell would they bring Marat Khoklov back? That dumb pylon hasn't had a remotely interesting match in his entire career, not even Lord Kikkawa could carry him! The SWF roster from top to bottom still pisses all over USPW's yet this is who they decide to push? I swear Jerry Eisen is killing the business.

 

Of course, since IWC prick is also a hypocrite, he's tuning into Supreme TV every week regardless. So here's my out-of-character predict:

Wonderfully enough, you're going to get a few answers on this episode of SupremeTV. While the initial insiders have a DaVE feel to it, this has nothing to do with DaVE. It's far more individualistic and personal than that. As you noted, if I was going to book a DaVE vs. SWF storyline, then Phil Vilbert would be ideal.

 

I purposely have left the "answers" pretty vague so far when it comes to Nemesis. He hasn't had a chance to really speak and, in turn, has more so been leading via action; creating chaos whenever possible. My challenge now is giving him a platform to speak from -- without it feeling TOO wrestling-show based. I want the feel to still be very 'breaking from character and feel of the show.' By doing this, it feels like an authentic beef that someone has; not a wrestling storyline per se.

My previous comment wasn't made to discredit the idea of the heels winning act one, merely that their targets returned five days later seemingly no worse for wear. Though I suppose that does also do it's job of making the faces look credible and deserving of their spots on the SWF roster.

 

IWC prick will still find things to complain about every other week, but it'll only be in-character and not reflective of my actual views on how the story is progressing.

In this version of Eric Eisen, he's still riding the wave of what it means to be an Eisen. He picks and chooses when he wants to wrestle, takes extended time off, and expects the "top spot" when he comes back. The one person who can frazzle him through all of this is Jack Bruce -- the guy he'll never be.
