What are everybody's opinions on how to successfully book NJPW on TEW2016?

They have a weekly TV show which is only 1 hour long, so realistically you only have time for perhaps 2 matches per show with perhaps 1 angle. With a roster of over 60 members (most of which are popular in Japan), how would you book the weekly show?

Does the G1 Climax and Best of the Super Juniors have the correct format where it's Day 1, Day 2, Day 3 etc. for example?

I'm wondering if storylines still effect show ratings for NJPW as I see that NJPW does not expect them?

Thank you in advance, this is a great community.

<p>Anytime I book a Japanese promotion. I cancel, "or delete in the editor" any TV deals my company has. Then I go through & book events like a tour each month. So for example. I'd book New Japan Cup with like this. New Japan Cup - Night 1. New Japan Cup - Night 2. So on & so forth till I reach night 9. Booking Events is way freer than having to deal with weekly TV. </p><p> </p><p>

Hope that helps.</p>

I would echo this - if you are planning to stick to real world mods, go somebody like ROH or Shimmer, give yourself like $10m in the editor and learn the game in a stress-free way. Looking at the Cornellverse, you've got small and regional companies offering a variety of wrestling styles, playing around with a few of those to learn the game is fun too.

I've got to the point where I prefer running smaller companies (with or without a large cash injection) more than I do someone larger like a WWE or USPW.

Can you make as much money by removing the TV 1 hour show and just adding new events?

As long as you go to broadcasters & make sure to add some broadcasters to your events. Running 9 events should make you more than running 4 TV shows in a month. Events have a higher attendance turnout & if you do commercial broadcasters for your events. You should make good money. Thanks for the information, however i have been unable to find any PPV broadcasters who are interested in signing with me. I am losing over $1M every month so far, getting a bit worried. I have turned on the 2 hour TV show again just to try bring in more money. I have a Broadcaster for the events which is medium in all Japanese regions. My TV Show Broadcaster is only small in all Japanese regions though and i can't change this until the contract runs out.

Thank you for your help, i have been adding road agent notes and checking out workers skills properly before booking them. I took in your information on Tanahashi & Suzuki and they have actually just put down a 90 rated match on weekly TV using slow build & story telling 20 min match, so thanks!

How would you best recommend me getting my tag teams over? The main event scene is amazing for overness but the tag teams and mid carders are miles off!?
