I was just playing through and all of a sudden this hit, the UFC got hit with a mafia scandal and lost all their broadcasters.

 

I have never run across that before. That is both awesome and sucky at the same time. I mean it sucks you lost all of your broadcasting contracts but it is a cool thing to see in the game.

 

I wonder if it was an event that was just specific to that mod you are playing or if it can also happen in the Default version of the game.

Scandals like this have definitely occurred in TEW16, so it's not surprising to see it happen here. Still cool to see.

I have seen this in TEW, but not WMMA. Sick!!!!

Yes, it does happen in WMMA as well. Bellator, which I am running, got busted by a tax scandal, even though I own it and never dodged taxes in any way. Don't get me wrong, I would if I could, though. After all, I do book fighters that pop on unregulated regions to get those dollars.
