Sortitoutsi.net is my go-to site for Football Manager related stuff and they also have tutorials about creating facepacks: https://sortitoutsi.net/forums/topic/360/guide-to-cutting-and-assorted-hints-tips-and-assistance Should be pretty much the same thing as creating facepacks for WMMA or TEW. Good luck, creating facepacks is fun and not that hard to learn. If you have any trouble you'll get lots of help on most football manager forums.
