This was done on purpose as A) I wanted to have a 're-charge moment', B) I am a teacher and school is back in session, and C) I am re-designing SWF RISE. The latter is providing the greatest amount of 'time-off' as I want to pursue a new avenue with RISE. RISE will now provide more information about the shows (i.e. limited match write-ups, angle recaps, performances of each wrestler, and slight commentary). My reasoning for such is that I want to place an emphasis on the 'next wave' of Supreme Superstars -- ala NXT. I plan to pull competitors from RIPW and, in the next few weeks (game-wise), will bring them up and create a 3rd brand (opposite the SWF & Lucha Suprema). I really want to give RISE its own identity and I feel this is how best to do it. That said, it's going to take a little bit of time to formulate; so, I like the look & feel of it. Also doing graduate school so I haven't had as much time to pop in and give my thoughts. My favorite thing from this past episode was Rocky Golden reflecting on losing the title. He's been hellbent on getting Scythe and has completely disregarded the Remo and Supremacists situation. He's the hero we need to finally get those guys out of there. This is the type of continuity and tight storytelling I love. Can't wait to see how that develops. I enjoyed Brett Starr's interactions with Golden in the main event. I think that could be a hot storyline down the line. If Starr gives me Seth Rollins vibes, then Golden definitely gives me John Cena vibes. They put on some great matches in the past, and I think Starr and Golden could do the same. As I'm typing this I've also found myself craving a Remo vs Golden vs Starr big time main event. Perhaps at Supreme Challenge? A man can dream. Finally, I am loving seeing ATOMIC get the ball. Looking forward to that story with him and Remo. I feel like it's almost to a point where Remo will completely ignore his alliance with the Supremacists to beat the hell out of ATOMIC. We've worked our way into a pretty strong top 3 (with a number of people just outside of that). You need to predict on 75% of the matches in which to be viable for the 'top 3' by the end of all of this (right now that would be around 33 matches predicted). I will work with those who do predict quite a bit but maybe miss the cut off %. You may not be able to have the same reward as others but we can work something out. Another great show Eisen-Verse. I purposely moved Rocky Golden away from the WHC in which to A) put a focus on his obsession with Scythe and B) give Remo room to "breathe" as the champion. This, as you said, is the first time he's really addressed losing the title since he did so (a few months ago, in-game). This allows us to see that Rocky, while obsessed with Scythe, is starting to realize the reality of the situation as well. Will he be the hero that forces the Supremacists to fall apart? That remains to be seen. That said, you can BET that he and Eric/Emma will have some choice words over the next few months; leading into "Supreme Challenge." To me, Rocky Golden has more grit than John Cena. He's a rugged, Roadhouse-like brawler who screams "back road", All-American tough guy. That said, I could see your classifications as it pertains to where these guys are on the card (or where they could be going). Bret Starr was lagging before from an in-game pop perspective. It was the one thing holding him back. After beating Des Davids, he skyrocketed up and, knowing this, there is VERY little that will get in the way of his rise. Could we see a Remo vs. Golden vs. Starr main event at some point? I would not be shocked to see it. Plus, that would be one HELL of a story to write. Finally, I am loving seeing ATOMIC get the ball. Looking forward to that story with him and Remo. I feel like it's almost to a point where Remo will completely ignore his alliance with the Supremacists to beat the hell out of ATOMIC. I'm really excited to see how ATOMIC flourishes this month. Going toe-to-toe with Remo and the Supremacists should give ATOMIC the ability to grow from an in-game perspective (popularity) and character-wise (how he's written).
