Hey all, SNP is looking gawgeous in 2020 and very much growing competition to 21CW... Especially considering the funds at their disposal!

 

So far I've created an SNP-owned venue named "The Garage", borrowing from real life's ICW who would host shows in "The Garage". Think it's a nice juxtaposition to the size of the company, and quite on-the-nose aswell.

 

I've also used that money to set up an Internet Pay Per View provider in the UK and Europe named the SNPPV (Scottish National Pay Per View)! My current sizes are Big in all of the UK and Medium in Europe, because we can afford it!

 

Would love to hear about any of your guys SNP saves aswell!

 

(PS. I accidentally replaced the new SNP logo with my old '16 one and I want it back, so if one of you could drop it to me that would be amazing!)

I guess the biggest change from 2016 is not having Muckletruck. Your most popular guy and big menace man. Moringstar is also gone, but we won't miss him as much.

That's a massive 17 new workers! The Ivanoff Brothers are definately the standouts being ex-21CW. Also Jeffery McPeterson coming back looking actually good now! You got a couple of scumbags in Mister King and Baz Smith. A Kurt Angle-esque Stuart Wilson. A new tag team Reckless Intent and bunch of cruiserweights.

 

I think adding a cruiserweight title would be a good shout with all the extra bodies. Setting up a broadcaster and a weekly show might also be a good idea with the bloated roster.

 

There's not many people to sign unfortunately, the most popular guy seems to be Nate Manchester. You could also sign a monster heel in Quake, or weirdly enough Reaver is available to sign for 30 a show.

SNP observations.

 

In true SNP style they bring back the flop that is McPeterson and build a brand around him and his father.

I also love the fact they have just bought in a few Scottish tough lads in Doddie McGregor and Govan Monty.

Also giving Meathead McAulie a manager seems odd as he seemed more of a Stone Cold based character, (I modified his finisher to become the Kilt Lifting Pile Driver as it made me laugh like a child as well)

 

 

Also not a shock that a lot of their new signings are / were terrible and have drugs issues or horrid attitudes.

Ivanoffs are a great signing and Stardust Phil Cox could pull off a good match in 2016.

 

Biggest shock for me as someone who played a lot of SNP and set up rival Scottish brands is that the Northern Lights are still there.

Riddick Jordan is probably the stand out SNP star and Alton Vicious could also do a great match, as a Tag Team they could carry a main event.

 

Also made me laugh was Phil Myart still being with them, 99% of the time the AI would sign Myart to 21C within the first week of game play.

 

Also surprised to see that SNP didnt pick up the Hardcore Highflyer Shariff.

 

Looks to be an interesting set up though and their rooster seems to have thickened out with more crap as a whole rather than got stronger.

 

Think the clue is in the bio when it says Carnie even runs it now as a Fantasy E Fed.

Would expect a lot of wrestlers with any skill ( O'Hearne, Daljit for example )to go to the new Wigan Based brand (a lot of them double up there already)

alternatively my Irish based brand will take them ;-)

Agreed, really bugged me and this is about the 4th iteration although I'm still not totally happy with it I doubt I can make it clearer unless I start over with new fonts or just remove the top and tail text... Hmm.

Yeah I figured he would want his name much larger than the Scottish arts Council logo to the right despite it being their money funding it all.

Plus I tend to just use my mod and in that they made it to tv due to a cult following and the council were horrified and cut all funding so wouldn't work anyway lol</p><p> </p><p> Genuinly appreciate the offer though!!</p>

What do people plan on doing with the Ivanoffs? They are waaaay more over than anyone else, get better performance scores in angles and matches but they’re a tag team. I know there’s no reason not to have one or both of them compete for the King of Scotland but that doesn’t seem right given that they left 21CW because they wanted to split them and I think Igor vs Ivan feud would be horribly dull (no matter how the game would rate it). It’s an interesting position Adam has created in the game start.

Looking like the most logical thing to do would be to have them feud for the tag titles before going on a lengthy reign while building up another team for them to eventually lose to. Getting another team that over is easier said than done though.

I'd be interested to see what everyone else does with regards to gimmick matches/PPV themes. Here are some ideas I've come up with.

 

Clash of the Clans: War Games Main Event

 

Festival of Hardcore: Every match has a hardcore or similar stipulation (Weapons, Tables etc)

 

Invasion: Multiple England vs Scotland matches, including having English independent workers answer "open challenges" for my titles - Your workers that also work for CWW can pull way better ratings than usual with their added pop in Northern England

 

Slaughterhouse: A jobs on the line/Loser leaves town 4v4 match, because I generally like my dismissed workers to have a kayfabe reason for leaving and it's useful to have an end of year clear out

 

Burns Night Bash: Rumble Match for a title shot at Blood feud

 

Just some ideas I've come up with, would be interested to see if anyone else does things differently
