  1. Before I predict anything, I'd like to pay you another complement on this marvelous diary - I'm more invested in these storylines than anything WWE is doing in real life right now! Sebastian Koller and Aldous Blackfriar [vs] Blackheart and Chuck Frisby w/ Gulliver Seb's the future of the main event and Blackfriar's got a match with Faust down the line; can't see either of them eating the pin here. 21CW UK Championship: Viktor Beskov | Jase Cole | Christopher Lister | Luke Cool | BW Eddie | Antithesis (c) My heart says Beskov singles push, my head says Antithesis retains. The man behind the mask seems well suited to take advantage of a chaotic multiman match and Beskov vs Cornell is a much tastier prospect for Vicky B's first singles feud Cain Carlisle and Rolling Johnny Stones [vs] Grave Digger and J-B Cash Gravedigger & Cash have the star power advantage so I can't see Stones or Carlisle winning with no build. The Fight at the Factory: Apollo Prince [vs] Phillip ‘Cooper Man’ Cooper One of my favourite stories of the diary so far - backing Apollo to get his win (and his company) back here 21CW United Tag Team Championships: Absolutely Flawless (c) [vs] Clifford Wilson and UK Dragon AbFlaw vs Men of Steel doesn't need the title with the Price attack/home invasion heat and I love the idea of the veterans getting a thank you run, putting on open challenges against young teams like The Detectives. 21CW World Championship: ‘The Squashasaurus’ Roly Muckletruck [vs] Beast Bantom [vs] ‘All Business’ Edward Cornell (c) Bantom is such a good enforcer, I honestly think he's wasted as a midcard babyface and Edward's House is crumbling and in need of re-inforcement; I'd love to see Bantom turn on Roly and turn this into a handicap to help Edward retain - the House always wins! BONUS: 1). How many Titles will change hands…? _____1_______ 2). Who will take the fall in the Main Event…? ______Muckletruck______ 3). Which match will be the Match of the Night…? ____Main Event________
  2. Battle Royale: Last Two competitors earn a Tag Team Title shot at Partners In Crime: Joey Beauchamp | Nate Manchester | Evan Alpass | Cain Carlisle | Viktor Beskov | Yuri Iliakov | Antithesis ???? | ???? | Compton Valence | Langton Herring | Fabian Schwarz | Hans Piccard | Vinny Vigilante | Rolling Johnny Stones This is definitely fantasy booking, but I'm hoping the mystery entrants are the Ivanoff brothers, who cancel out the Red Devils and start a programme with them in this match. I think the Tag Champs could benefit from a match with a couple of veterans too, so I'm going for Jonny & Joey to get the wins here. Assassin [vs] Gulliver w/ Chuck Frisby Assassin I guess? Gulliver is too green to best the Belgian here in my book. ‘His Satanic Majesty’ Aldous Blackfriar [vs] BW Eddie Aldous needs some heating up if he's to be a credible threat to Faust Local Talent [vs] Grave Digger w/ Blackheart Jobbers gonna job. ‘The Rock ‘N’ Roller’ Sebastian Koller [vs] Doomsday w/ Edward Cornell I think Koller gets a win over one of EC's lieutenants to sow seeds for a title programme down the line. ‘The Squashasaurus’ Roly Muckletruck [vs] Beast Bantom Going for a Draw/Non-Finish here with The House of Business attacking both men and forcing a no-contest.
  3. Still loving the diary, inspired me to have another go at a 21CW brand split but now I'm having trouble detaching from my own world when predicting your cards! Hopefully this goes better than my previous set of United predictions! ‘The Furious Bi-Curious’ Alfonso D’Angelo w/ Buck Winchester [vs] Dangermouth w/ DJ Reason Could go either way, but I think Dangermouth gets a tainted win to set up a match with Buck ‘The Irish Stretching Machine’ Merle O’Curle [vs] ‘The King of the Cruiserweights’ Phil Harmonic w/ Edison Silva & Kelvin Badberry I like Merle, but beating up a legend is as good a way as any to establish the new heel faction Brickhouse Balder [vs] ‘The Master of the Old School’ Aurelian Bradley w/ Welsh Dragon If he hadn't pissed off half the locker room, I'd go for Balder but I think Jeff & Joey are jobbing him out of the door Kevin Jones & Jeremy Allen [vs] Nightmare & Ruin I could see a partner miscommunication loss to set up a Jones v Allen match down the line, but Kevin Jones is the most established star in this match & Allen has just debuted. ‘The Barcelona Bull’ Buff Martinez w/ Kathleen Lee [vs] Stevie ‘Smasher’ Stoat Keep the champ strong. Battle Royale: Winner earns a shot at the 21CW World Heavyweight Title: Tommy Cornell | Ricky Storm | Sifu | Gorilla Lee | JK Lee | Andrew Lee | Landon Mallory | Daniel Black Francis Leigh Burton | Wade Orson | Blake Belushi | Smiling John Smithie | Mark Misery | Kelvin Badberry | Edison Silva I think Wade & Leigh are the most likely winners, but Buff has already beaten Wade so I think Burton makes a little more sense as a fresh match-up for a WHT programme.
  4. Joey ‘The Breeze’ Beauchamp [vs] Luke Cool w/ Rolling Johnny Stones The Red Devils (Beskov & Iliakov) [vs] Kenobi High (Lister & Cole) Boulder and Flynn [vs] The Demolishers (Compton Valence & Langton Herring) ??? [vs] The Bern Boys w/ The Professor Eval Alpass [vs] Doomsday ‘Mile High’ Adam Matravers [vs] J-B Cash Really hoping Matravers has one more top run in him, but if he does, it needs to be soon. At the very least, he's a credible challenger to keep Ed busy whilst you build your younger midcarders up to World Title level.
  5. Crouching Storm, Hidden Sifu [vs] Wade Orson & Leigh Burton Open Challenge for the 21CW National Title: Daniel Black Francis (c) [vs] ???? Brickhouse Bandler [vs] Mark Misery w/ Smiling John Smithie & Emmett Askey Landon Mallory [vs] War Machine w/ Cliff King Aurelian Bradley & Welsh Dragon [vs] ???? ‘Rough Justice’ Tommy Cornell [vs] ‘Beautiful’ Blake Belushi w/ The Ozzie Invasion
  6. Too late to have a chance of winning anything this month, but I'll play along: Evan Alpass & Nate Manchester [vs] The Bern Boys w/ The Professor Going for the named team here Sebastian Koller, Christopher Lister & Jase Cole [vs] Compton Valence, Langton Herring & Vinny Vigilante Koller is easily the biggest star here Assassin [vs] ‘The Unsung Hero’ Chuck Frisby w/ Gulliver Frisby is great fun, but he's still a comedy jobber ‘The Russian Bear’ Viktor Beskov w/ Yuri Iliakov [vs] BW Eddie Beskov has more upside, intrigued to see if Boulder & Flynn have an effect though Apollo Prince [vs] Phillip ‘Cooper Man’ Cooper Coin flip for me, but whoever wins I can't wait for the post-match angle! Roly Muckletruck & Beast Bantom [vs] Edward Cornell & Doomsday As DAVEFAN95 says, never smart to bet against a Cornell but I think Doomsday could eat a pin, keep Ed strong and set up a pair of future challengers, hot off their Cornell Cup win.
  7. Hi there, First time checking into the forum for a while and I've absolutely fallen head over heels in love with this diary! I love the C-Verse, and I tried the 21CW Brand Split idea myself but I got frustrated with constantly feeling like I was booking to scrape toward meeting my storyline pop and show rating goals without enough creative license: you seem to be straddling that line magnificently however! I love your new additions to the roster, especially the Ozzie invasion, and I really appreciate your regular roster & championship updates: really helps keep abreast of the myriad storylines and colorful, fleshed out characters you've created. I'm especially enjoying the zaniness of the Lee FamiLee on Kingdom and the Boulder & Flynn "Detective Agency" on United. I think it speaks to your quality as a writer and a world builder that neither of the midcard belts have been defended more than once since they were won 2 months ago, and yet the midcard of your company still feels so vibrant and the matches in the middle of the card feel like they have tangible stakes without needing to put a title on the line. Thank You Lloyd for the gift of this wonderful diary and I hope continue to enjoy writing it and it continues for many months more!
  8. Great roster write-up, looking forward to your first show!
  9. Great Googly Moogly this mod is INCREDIBLE. Downloaded it at the start of this week and it's consumed my every waking thought. For every hour I spend booking, I find myself spending another 4 poring over worker bios, checking out new companies or following where old favorites from previous base game saves have ended up. I've never gotten on with RW mods, but I was starting to get a little burnt out with the base game so this mod could not be further up my street. When I saw the expanded British scene I just had to dive in, so I started a save with BTW. Even with my tiny company, I find ideas popping into my head all the time. My first year has featured Merle O'Curle's open challenge, Father O'Malley using his "Great Divinity" stable to keep a stranglehold on the Ringmaster title and a "destined to do this forever" feud between Matthew Macks & Motoyuki Miyake spanning multiple GBFO promotions. The Dublin Destroyer just retired, becoming the first inductee into the BTW Hall of Fame and putting over the debuting Finn McFlash in his final match so Year 2 storyline ideas include McFlash's slow rise up the card, a "Burning Bridges" tag break up feud between Grant Taypen & Leighton Buzzard and Wee Davey Keane's Shamrock Assault Squad trying to force ol' Merle into retirement... I really can't thank you enough for this mod, or give high enough praise to the work that's gone into it. I've played one year in a tiny promotion and I can't wait to get into it. I see saves with all my old faves (21CW, DIW, OLLIE) in my future along with some brand new fun stuff to try out (Madness in BOH, Saving CGC) too! Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!
  10. Looking to fire up a C-verse save with NYCW. Was hoping somebody could give me some rules to simulate my grouchy old boss Larry Vessey?
  11. I have Gilmore & The Crippler together as embittered veterans called "The Establishment" so that could work for Gilmore & James if they're running a similar gimmick?
  12. Really struggling in my current SWF save to find anything interesting to do with Mainstream Hernandez. I've got an abundance of upper midcard heels who can go in the ring and on the stick so he's been lost in the shuffle behind Hollywood Brett Starr, Spencer Spade & all 3 of Unleashed Awesomeness.

  14. MAW Battle Stations 2021 Card Fri, Wk 2 Aug, 2021 Opening Match Tag Team Match 15-Minute Time Limit Danny Fonzarelli & Oliver Knobb vs The Wolf Pack Fastball & Fonz have some name value, but I can't see a tag team with a combined age of over eighty picking up a win over the MAW tag champions Singles Match 15-Minute time Limit Ade Nelson vs Allen Smalls Ade? I guess? He's a roster stalwart in need of a win Singles Match 15-Minute Time Limit Cheetah Boy vs War Piece This is tough, because MAW is always looking to build to the future, but I think you keep the JHU champion strong here so Dreadnought looks even more impressive down the line. The title not being on the line makes this a closer call than it might've been though. Three-way Singles Match 15-Minute Time Limit Greg Black vs LM Jr vs Stevie Grayson As Historian said, Black is the biggest star here so maximize those merch sales baby! Singles Match 20-Minute Time Limit Andre Jones vs The Architect w/Sterling Whitlock My boy Archie ain't losing to no old-timer Main Event COTT World Heavyweight Championship Match Singles Match 60-Minute Time Limit Sterling Whitlock vs Masked Cougar © I love Sterling and I think you do too. His time in the bigs gives him the Canadian and Mexican pop to be a good COTT title holder
