Its leaning towards that, as Kyle is actually at Star while Roddy and Bobby are both a couple clicks down at Recog. boydy Posted May 2, 2020 Share Posted May 2, 2020 Well my first Takeover show Main Event is doomed already as I tried out the Auto Booker feature and it booked my new signing Will Ospreay to beat WALTER and Tyler Bate for the NXT Heavyweight Title lol. Anyway onwards and upwards and WWE have decided to sign the following workers for NXT UK. John Chapman - Announcer and can also be a Manager as well so I might create a stable with him as the leader. William J Humperdink - Another manager, I am thinking of having him as the manager of Gallus. Kenneth Halfpenny - A 25 year old UK wrestler who has wrestled for Rev Pro, he is a Lightweight with a technical style. I have no plans for him so far. Might just use him to job to the stars for now. ELIJAH - I have seen him wrestle live a few times, he is small but intense wrestler. I think he would have a good fued with Travis Banks but no real plans for him at the moment. Cassius - Another unknown British guy who is a Lightweight, no plans for him other then getting squashed by the big stars. Dan Magee - I have seen him a few times, a decent wrestler but nothing special. I might tag him up with someone with a bit more charisma and see where that goes. Michael May - An Irish wrestler who was part of an angle in the Trent Severn Vs Noam Dar storyline on NXT UK recently. I might have him tag up with Noam Dar as his lackey. Thomas Billington - The actual nephew of The Dynamite Kid, he is a bit scrawny but I will see what he has got, he tags up with his brother Mark Billington so I will look at bringing Mark in as I lack babyface tag teams at the moment. Booking NXT is going to be a massive struggle long term for sure I think this is an issue with the conversion from 2016 to 2020. In 2020 the size of rosters has been increased, so the same settings that worked in 2016 are too extreme now. He crafted it by combining other mods. Regardless, that defence doesn't make sense to me as you are still ending up with an incredibly small roster because of that, in my opinion. Especially considering they aren't doing anything to me and I have 90 active wrestlers on my roster. Hell, they even signed those six guys for me. On that note though, I am officially gutted by the game. Damn it, damn it, damn it. One of my favorite guys in the business right now is Tyler Breeze. Ranking NXT guys for me, it goes Lee, Riddle, Breeze, Dijak, and then probably KUSHIDA right ahead of Roddy. I really thought Breeze would be the last of them to be called up for some reason, despite the fact that he was already on the main roster and I should've thought opposite. It sucks for two reasons. One, I was going to have the new great chemistry between him and KUSHIDA propel them into winning the Dusty Classic and then tag titles. I love both, and Dango almost died in surgery It would be a natural progression that the game smiled upon my face with. Instead, WWE has decided after Balor and Cole that they just need Breeze back (probably to job to someone, and I could've made him NXT Champ later this year..) So, this turns me to a big change in decision making. I am sometimes way too prone to do this when someone is on their way out, but I'm going to give him the CWC II. The event is coming up in-game the same day they've told me about this so.. Since I was already bringing him into the Semi-Finals for this.. In order to cement Breeze's NXT legacy, as he has been one of their finest, most underutilized talents, I'm giving him this. For those wondering, I assigned the CWC to NXT before the game started so it has the lineage with TJP on there as well. Cruiserweight Classic II (Sat Week 3 Feb 2020) Aiden English (wrestles for both shows & does colour for 205) vs Angel Garza (still CW Champion) AR Fox (from EVOLVE, or PWG if ya nasty) vs Ariya Daivari Austin Theory vs Brian Pillman Jr. Cameron Grimes vs El Hijo del Fantasma Flip Travis (Gordon) vs Fred Yehi Gentleman Jack Gallagher vs Hayabusa III Isaiah "Swerve" Scott vs Jake Atlas Joaquin Wilde vs KUSHIDA (:D:D) Mansoor vs Myron Reed Nunzio (he is back but only jobs on NXT as he isn't contracted for B-Shows.. refs for both shows) vs Oney Lorcan Pete Dunne vs Primo Colon (back full-time and actually wins most matches) Raul Mendoza vs The Brian Kendrick Tony Nese vs Tyler Bate (I've hired him for Moustache Mountain in tag division, so he isn't going anywhere) Tyler Breeze vs Willie Ferrara Matt Martel vs Chase Parker Danny Burch vs Gordon Vaughn (JJ Garrett) Pretty sure I've got word that the game randomizes the next round as far as this tournament set-up goes. I'm struggling to run one brand with the amount of call ups hah. Finally getting some fresh talent in on exclusives with a few names like EC3 to cover the losses.
