NYCW January 2020-June 2021

NYCW Empire Champion
(Prestige 33)

Brutus Milano (2) | November 2019-Present | 13 Succesful Defenses | Held for 544 Days

-My vision for Brutus was to make him the modern-day Micky Starr, but the Italian Version
;)
. He has put down challenges from Tennessee William, Denny King, Acid, Andrew Harper, & Richie Riggins. He defended the belt on the first broadcast of NYCW Championship Wrestling to Freedom Eagle that ended in a Time Limit Draw when TV Time ran out. With Gang Wars coming in July I'm having Eagle & Milano compete on the same team which will add some tension to their feud one way or another. Likely have some words following their win over who did more or something.

NYCW Tag Team Champions
(Prestige 30)

The Dual Kings (Ricky Turner & Robby Wilson
"Remmy Honeyman"
)
October 2020-Present | 3 Succesful Defenses | Held for 231 Days

-The Tag Team Titles have danced around a few teams. First starting with The Yukon Boys who lost it to LA Stars early in 2020. Then after the LA Stars won the COTT World Tag Team Titles they vacated the belts. They were then won by The Fighting Irish (Connor Threepwood & Crockett Tubbs) who lost it to The Dual Kings who are the classic heel team that plays dirty to get the win.

NYCW Television (Formerly Tri-State) Championship
(Prestige 27)

Hawkeye Calhoun | May 2021-Present | 2 Succesful Defenses | Held for 34 Days

-For this title, I use the old SMW TV Title rule where once the person gets Five Successful Defenses they can cash in for an Empire Title Shot. As of now, no one has hit five defenses, but now that I've got a weekly TV Show that may change.

NYCW King of New York
(Prestige 46)

2020- Art Reed

2021- Richie Riggins

-I had Art Reed come in and win the Battle Royal as a part of a feud with Tennessee William. Gotta build up the legend to make the rub mean even more. But right after he won he announced he was retiring... So I ended up jobbing him out his last three months first to Milano, then losing his last match to TW who then smashed a guitar over his head to bid him adieu. With Riggins I wanted to give the rub to a heel, give him something to be cocky about, and push him up after losing to Milano twice from accidental than purposeful interference from Cheerleader Nicki. This win propelled him to the top of Herb Stately's First Family. This made the former head Andrew Harper mad, to which he was excommunicated and is now feuding with them.

COTT World Titles

World Heavyweight Title
(Prestige 51)

Tennessee William | November 2020- Present | 13 Successful Defenses | Held for 202 Days

-The Title was vacated in August when Pablo Rodriguez was stolen by USPW (who steal legit everyone). It was then won by Nicholas Lopez for the third time, which I was so annoyed by. I was tired of seeing him get reigns after seeing it constantly in 2016. So I had TW pick up the belt, and I choose him because the COTT companies kept loaning him anyway so I felt like that was a sign of approval. He recently was in a feud with Riley McManus over the belt locally. This led to Riley's manager and perpetual eye candy Fern Hathaway turning on him to join TW becoming his "Queen of the South". In the finale of the feud with Jack Bruce coming in as special referee, TW defeated McManus after an attempted Slingshot Suplex was thwarted when Fern grabbed McManus' leg. That spot didn't end the match, but with the leg now injured McManus was ripe for the picking and TW pulled out the win.

World Tag Team Titles
(Prestige 40)

Coulrophobia (Hellech & Pierrot) (2) | Won June 2021 | No Defenses | Held for 18 Days

-The LA Stars were popular champions for 11 Months getting 14 Defenses. Half of them were in Mexico either OLLIE or CILL. So it's only fitting that their reign ends on OLLIE VIVO! at the hands of the evil current IPW Tag Team Champions, Coulrophobia. This is the second reign for the demonic duo, and they are showing themselves as one of the top teams of the COTT. But The LA Stars aren't going laying down. They got knocked down and are getting right back up heading for the Dual Kings NYCW Tag Belts, in an attempt to regain their World Titles.

WWWF World Tag Team - Abe & The Crusher

WWWF US Tag Team - Vacant

The Heenan Family's foundation took a major blow as Destroyer and Ray Stevens left the stable. Stevens was sick of the constant blame for every tag team loss with Guy Heenan. Of course Bobby is shortsighted enough to side with his brother every single time!

As for Destroyer, he was at a point where it was simply "time to move on". Destroyer took his curtain call at MSG headlining against Pedro Morales for the US Heavyweight title and narrowly lost in 2 to 1 falls in 46 minutes. The final segment that night was a ceremony for Buddy Rogers to become the 6th member to join WWWF's Hall of Fame since the late Toots Mondt's induction in May 1970.* As a complete surprise, Rogers introduced the 7th member of the WWWF Hall of Fame, The Destroyer, who (under extreme gratitude despite his heel title run) unmasked to reveal himself as Dick Beyer and thanked the fans for all the cheers and boos.**

Abe & The Crusher remain dominant putting Luke Graham out with a broken ankle. Tor Kamata has found himself looking for a partner to exact revenge. Also, the US Tag Titles have been reset and another tournament is chugging along to great fanfare. The final match of the 8-team tournament is slated for week 4 with The Blackjacks looking like the favorites.

Ray Stevens has begun his new journey. One in spite of the Heenan Family. First step; recognition. He went straight for Sweet Daddy Siki and gave him the Bombs Away to become a 2-time Light Heavyweight champion. Stopping the sneaky antics of guys like Siki & Ladd shows an advantage as he once knew every dirty trick in the book a la Heenan. Second step; defend the title and aim for Bockwinkel. Extra credit; fight any Heenan goon along the way.

Finally, Bockwinkel and Morales are starting to take notice of each other as each man continue to put away their opponents. It's only a matter of time as Morales' US title is pretty much a key to unlocking the golden opportunity that is the WWWF World Heavyweight championship. Bobby was asked politely by Nick to "stay at the commenter's table" for all and any singles matches for the time being. Bockwinkel has scouted his own security in the hulking islanders, Peter Maivia and Curtis Iekuea. They don't interfere as much as they just stand ringside like intimidating statues. Slated for the end of July, Bockwinkel Vs. Morales in a best of 3 falls at Shea Stadium!

* - Toots Mondt died in May 1970.

** - He since signed up to wrestle in Japan as Dr. X for IWE and Destroyer for AJPW.

The Horseman era is running full force. The Brain Busters are knee deep in feuding with The Legion of Doom (Hawk has been in and out of rehab so Ellering has been his substitute). Flair ended Brody's reign as champion and has moved on to Randy Savage while Curt Hennig takes up the feud with Brody. Sid has been feuding with The Ultimate Warrior but is developing a friendship with Terry "Bam Bam" Gordy. Shawn Michaels will be joining soon.

At Survivor Series, BOB BACKLUND debuted and promised that he will murder anyone. Basically Backlund is unhinged.

(fyi: Tear of Poseidon is kind of a MITB type thing, I just wanted something originally from me so to speak and saw a trophy which fitted for the purpose, and since I also created 'The Coastal Beach' for my PPV's, I thought it kinda fitted into C-Verse a bit more :D)
