- Defeated Booker T in a handicap match at World War 3 to win the titles after The Giant (kayfabe) broke Stevie Ray's arm on the go-home edition of Nitro. Retained against The Steiner Brothers at Starrcade.

Lost a lot of prestige and nobody will negotiate television deals with me. Currently only broadcasting in America and Canada. JCP has taken the number one ranking.
