As someone who was never interested in drag and drop booking I have to say that Placement Mode is absolutely perfect for what I wanted.</p><p> </p><p> I couldn’t imagine a better system, this one blows previous versions of TEW out of the water. For me it is basicall too tedious, having to switsch in another mode, highlighting with right click and then moving a segment to the place it should be. I for instance book all my segments and then I decide the order, with both systems in TEW 2020 this takes too long and too many clicks for a process which is probably the most important part of the game. You don’t have to “Switch to another mode”, you just right click the segment and it turns green and you move it! Then you right click it again and it turns back to normal colour. Literally two clicks (a right click and a “move here”) and you’re done moving a segment anywhere in the card! This system is easily the best we’ve had so far.
