Shane- yes I’m sure read it all again. I must have missed something.

Lawyer- Yes mr. Mcmahon. To my Darling wife, I leave the company WWE, with the clout of WWE you Linda can help as many charities as you see fit.

Shane- ok next line.

Lawyer- To my beautiful Daughter, will be given the rights to everything the WCW has to offer, It was my dream to see you in a CEO seat Stephanie.

Shane- yep we know daddy’s little princess. I didn’t miss that.

Lawyer- To my most loyal employee Paul Heyman, despite our differences you have remained loyal to me and my family, you fought against the status quo and people still chant ECW. I am giving you back ECW along with the capital to start back up.

Lawyer- Mr.McMahon are you sure you wish to hear the next piece.

Shane- Just F%$^^^ read it.

Lawyer- To the disappointment of a son. You get nothing. You have disappointed me like no other child could, I once thought you would be the heir to my Empire, oh how wrong I was, you have been nothing but a flighty selfish, good for nothing man, who has been riding the tail coats of this great family. and for that you get nothing. You should have been more like “Triple H” then Maybe Maybe I could have loved you like a son.

Shane was furious he loved the business and despite butting heads he loved his father as well, but Shane was just pushed out of his inheritance, his Father had the nerve to give Heyman something but not his own son. Shane left the Lawyers office upset and motivated.

If he wasn’t going to run the company into the new era, he will run against it.

Shane calls up one of his father's old employees and short runned rival in the 90’s Macho Man Randy Savage. Randy owned a defunct organization in 1991 called the AEW after the death of his best friend Rick Rude, Macho man left the business. Shane offered Randy Savage 2.5M for the company. Randy who fell on rough times gladly took the money. Shane didn’t just want to compete against the WWE & WCW he wanted to crush the competition. With the help of a very rich and young Tony Khan Shane soon had the financial backing to pave his way with a new AEW.

Next Shane called upon a few friends in the WWE whose contracts were expiring, He asked friends to help scout, and within a week over 80 contracts were made up expecting half to fall through. Shane picked his roster with the intention of building the future. He always felt the vets were stubborn and refused to put any young talent over. But in the AEW the young workers will be able to thrive, and grow into Stars.

Among the Tapes and files on from his scouts a broadcasting deal with the WB. Shane successfully secured a 1 year deal with Warner brothers. They agreed to a late night show. Everything was coming together.

He starts to talk about the AEW title, and how the most prestigious will hold the title...until Chris Jericho makes his appearance.

Jericho proclaims to be the best in the company and that shane might as well crown him champion now to save the fans the hassle. Shane in return books a match with a “Mystery opponent” for the AEW Heavyweight title.

Jericho cockily accepts.

Briscoe Brothers vs Ghetto Express (Quarter Finals)

-The Briscoes Brawl with JTG heading to the outside where the impressive Jack Evans performs a Corkscrew aerial assault that sends all the men to the floor.

-JTG and Mark Briscoe trade forearms back and forth until Mark got the upperhand sending JTG into the big clothesline of Jay Briscoe.

-The Briscoes finish off the match when the unleash a springboard Doomsday device on Jack Evans.

Dead End vs Brawling Gentlemen (Quarter Finals)

-The Power moves of Sir Stu and the highflying ability of PAC kept Dead end on their toes. Sir Stu performs a Powerslam while PAC shooting star presses Moxley.

-Sir Stu keeps Tommy End on the outside using his powerful strikes to wear down the young man.

-Pac leaps from the rope for a slingshot Frankenstiener but Moxley side steps and catches Pac mid air to land a impactful Moxcity (Spinning sidewalk slam) Sir Stu was too late to pull Moxley off during the pin. Dead End move to the semis.

-A vicious dominating beating delivered Fresh coming from Samoa Joe. Joe hits a European uppercut that sends Uno halfway across the ring as the initial bell hits.

-Joe's proceeds to use Back Breakers and suplexes to wear down Uno. leaving little offense for Uno.

-Joe picks Uno up for a Muscle Buster to seal an easy pin.

-The Irish Airbornes were in sync as they used great mat wrestling to keep the ring cut off.

-After Dace Crist delivers a top rope enziguri reversal the fans thought it was over but Okada kicks out at 2!

-Ibushi receives a hot tag and comes in on fire delivering Stiff Body roundhouses to the brothers before clothes lining Dave Crist out the ring.

-Ibushi hits a Devastating Lariat on Jake Crist before phoenix splashing his way to a victory.

The Hardyz vs The Young Buck (Quarter Finals)

-2 similar styles go toe to toe. A stare down showed a carnival like mirror as Nick and Jeff, While Matt Hardy & Jackson go nose to nose.

-The Young bucks surprise the Hardyz with highflying attacks. After a double superkick on Matt Hardy the rookies almost sealed the win.

-Experience took control eventually as Jeff takes the advantage after hitting a poetry in motion.

And it was Matt Hardy’s twist of fate that sealed the pin to allow the Hardyz to progress to the next round.

-The Hardyz and the Youngbucks shake hands showing respect as they depart.

AJ Styles vs Ron Killings (AEW Television Championship)

-The Semi Main event was pretty decent with AJ getting the upper hand after the tie up and delivers a swift dropkick.

-Ron Killings uses a lot of holds working the neck of AJ styles. Setting up his corkscrew axe kick.

-AJ taps into something deep and hits a soaring Springboard Elbow, the result is Ron Killings landing in the middle of the ring for AJ to leap to the top rope for a Corkscrew senton before going for the styles clash.

-Batitsta comes out like a freight train, throwing a ton of punches in bunches. Jericho is forced to retreat. As Batista works the crowd.

-The match goes on for 10 minutes back and forth with no sign of 1 man who has the advantage, But Jericho makes a top rope mistake when he leaps into a clothesline that flips Jericho on his face. Batista follows up with a batista bomb but Jericho kicks out at 2.

-The battle wages on and Batista goes for a 2nd Batista Bomb but is countered when his legs are pulled out from under him and Jericho lock in the Walls of Jericho. Batista column’t reach the ropes and was forced to tap.

-Jericho is the new AEW World Heavyweight Champion.

The Show starts off with Chris Jericho the new AEW Champion coming to the ring. Shawn Spears & Kenny Omega join him

Jericho- Welcome to AEW Jericho!!! Last week I was harassed by “MY” employer who tried to remove me from the championship picture. He sent out a muscle bound gorilla to take on the best wrestler alive. And just like I’ve done countless times before. Shawn how many times.

Spears- Countless Chris.

Jericho- That's right Just like countless times before I prevailed. Now the boss is probably back there licking his wounds. Thinking “How can I beat the best wrestler alive?” Its simple Shane you can’t. There isn’t a single person that can beat your new Champion. And with my new allies here the Canadian Brain busters watching my back, you won’t be able to sneak in an attack like your pappy used to do either.

Shane furiously comes out and starts to rush the ring, the comment about his father must have riled him up. He stops just shy of the ring as he gains back composure.

Shane- you won’t catch me like that. If you want to fight me Chris we do it on my terms. Tonight you and your Canadian Cronies vs me and 2 members of my roster.

The Youngbucks vs Ghetto Express

-Jack Evans was impressive tonight starting off the high flying action. A shining moment was when he moonsaulted off the top onto the floor, knocking Nick Jackson to the ground.

-JTG brawls his was with Matt and throws him into the barricade but is reversed on the second throw.

-Evans leaps from the top rope and gets countered by Matt with a blindsided Super Kick. which allows Nick to grab the pin

Rhodes vs Fergil Devitt

-Fergil although much faster and utilizing more modern moves was booed and hissed at by The AEW Fans, they don’t seem to enjoy his style.

- Fergil lets loose a shotgun Dropkick sending Rhodes into the turnbuckle. But the experience of Rhodes allows him to reverse the corner body splash.

- Rhodes sets up his “Shattered Rhodes” but the ref stops him from taking the punt kick.

- instead Rhodes hits a Running Bulldog for the pin.

Briscoe Brothers vs Golden Suns.

-The Briscoes brawl with the golden suns, Mark Briscoe taking Ibushi to the outside and throws him into posts.

-Jay Briscoe and Okada get into a clothesline battle with both men end up on their back.

-Red Neck Kung Fu prevails over puro style as Mark Briscoe lands the springboard Doomsday device on Okada. Jay grabs the pin.

The Hardyz are backstage cutting a promo on their tenure in wrestling and bringing the extreme to Dead end

CIMA vs Incognito

-CIMA showcases his strength in the tie up, chaining into a wristlock, Incognito was forced to use his agility to kip up and knock down CIMA

- Incognito goes for a shoulder block but is dropped by a unmovable CIMA.Incognito heads outside. CIMA follows up with a baseball slide to the outside.

-it wasn’t long before CIMA lands the Schwein and covers for the 3

Jericho cuts a promo with the Canadian Brainbusters. The one takeaway Jericho wanted people to remember is that he is ‘The best wrestler Alive babay', and Shane will be in the hospital when Jericho snaps his back.

The Hardyz vs Dead End

-Jeff attempts to run along the top of the barricade and attack Tommy, but Moxley comes from nowhere and pushes Jeff mid Air onto the concrete.

-Moxley & End unleashes a series of blows composed of Moxley fists and End’s Educated feet, onto Matt Hardy until he crumbles.

-With a Unsuspecting Whisper in the wind, Jeff gains enough momentum to leap off the top onto Tommy with the Swanton Bomb. The Hardyz head to the finals.

Player Uno vs Ron Killings

-The Match was quick and sweet showcasing the skills of Ron Killings on a quickly battered Uno.

-Killings finishes the match with Truth or Consequences before locking in a pin

Rating: 53

The Arctic Circle vs Shane McMahon Batista & AJ Styles.

-Shane confident enough starts the match but is quickly outmatched by Jericho. Shane quickly retreats and lets Batista in.

-Batista wrecks house for a few moments, until he is hit by spears with the Chop Block, from there the Artic Circle continue to work on Batistas knee.

-Omega takes a decent bump to the outside after a Shane o mac shuffle, Omega is seen clutching his ribs for the remainder of the match

- Spears receives a mean looking “LowDown” frog splash from Styles before being laid to rest with a Batista Bomb. Batista tags shane in to get the pin while defending him from Jericho.

-The match was chaos from start to finish the ref barely able to hold on to the little control they had.

-Ibushi let loose a quick combo of kicks and palm strikes to Matt Jackson, while Nick Jackson moonsaults on the other 3 who are fighting on the outside.

-Mid way through the match Tommy End hits a vicious Roundhouse to Ibushi’s Head as he stood on the Apron. Ibushi doesn’t fall so Moxley Delivers a horrific German suplex from the apron. Ibushi lands on his neck.

-Okada hits a unique DDT that awes the crowd before being blindsided with a double SuperKick from The Young Bucks. Nick Grabs the pin while Matt fends off the others until the bell rings. The Young Bucks Win.

-The Match was a brawl with the briscoes coming out Strong. Jay Briscoe utilizing the steps several times on Matt Hardy.

- Jeff Hardy being a high risk taking man sets the ladder on the ropes and uses it to launch off on a distracted Mark Briscoe, both men crash over the barricade.

-Jay Briscoe brings out a steel chair and accidentally hits his brother on the backswing. Mark rolls out the ring, the crowd in shock as Mark spits out teeth and bleeds heavily.

-Matt Hardy goes for the belts as Jeff leaps over the top rope on the Briscoes, only connecting with Jay Briscoe.

-The WWE Has been making big moves this month in expanding their roster. The womens division took a nice upgrade as the WWE signs workers like: Tiana Ringer, Ayako Hamada , Traci Brooks, Luna Vachon, & Chyna

- In the Male division WWE has signed contracts with: Konnan, La Parka, Psicosis & Test.

- The Undertaker is now the figurehead of the WWE.

-at WWE Unforgibin, Shawn michaels won the world heavyweight title from the Rock,

-While Goldberg retains the WWE Intercontinental Championship

WCW

- With The rebirth of WCW Stephanie Mcmahon has done some extensive signings.

-The WCW has a viable womens product signing the likes of: Kana, Jessica James & Christie Hemmes

-The Male division looks like a semi new roster with some WCW mainstays in the mix. Raven,Buff Bagwell, Saturn Disco Inferno & Norman Smiley have all came “Home”

-Scott Hall has claimed the WCW intercontinental championship (Primary)

-Raven holds the WCW NAtional Title

-BG JAmes & Sandman hold the WCW Tagteam titles.

ECW

-ECW started off slower than its competitors, and focusing on Hardcore workers, only a few semi big names joined the ranks: Savio Vega, Eddie Kingston, Pitbull, Big Vito. and the biggest surprise the Ultimate Warrior

-The Ultimate Warrior is the only Belt holder currently in the ECW.

AEW-

-Booker T has gone on Hiatus after only one match with the AEW, reports say Booker is Burnt out and needs time to refuel.

- 3 weeks after signing a broadcasting deal with the WB. The WB has cancelled AEW Dynamite, despite receiving over 1m viewers each week.

-The AEW has made a broadcasting contract with ESPN in hopes to recoup from the loss of the WB.

-Dustin Rhodes, & Jeff Hardy have received their 1st “Strike” under the AEW wellness policy. Both have been found with illegal substances in their system.

-Batista was also caught using steroids. But has claimed to have stopped “Juicing”

Schiavone- Welcome to AEW Ragged Glory. I am Tony Schiavone & with me is the Enforcer Arn anderson. Arn we have a great line up of matches tonight.

Arn- that's right Tony. Tonight we get to see the AEW Champion take on the Beast only known as Batista.

Schiavone - What match are you most excited for Arn?

Arn- I have to say the Hardyz vs the Young Bucks might have to be my favorite title match tonight. The Young Bucks remind me of a young Hardyz .

Schiavone- I can’t disagree Arn. I am looking forward to the AJ styles Samoa Joe fight that sure is one to watch. But lets make it to the ring.

The Irish Airborne vs Dead End

-Tommy End was clearly the best worker between these 4 men. Tommy started off delivering a brutal European uppercut to Dave Crist before hitting a basement dropkick.

-After catching Jake Crist with a kitchen sink to the guy Moxley climbs the 2nd rope to hit a ugly looking Diving Lariat.

-Tommy End and Moxley set up Dave Crist for End of the Road (Stunner + Canadian Gutbuster combo) the duo seal the win.

Taichi Ishimori vs Fergil Devitt

-These two quick men jet around the ring, using dropkicks and ariel assaults to weaken each other.

-Devitt Mushroom stomps Taiji, Taiji returns fire with his own stomp.

- Devitt is hung on the middle rope as Taiji slides under him to the outside, and snaps a quick german suplex on Devitt.

-Taiji finishes the match with a Superstar Elbow and seals the pin

Player Uno vs Trent Baretta

-Uno comes out explosive as he has been on somewhat of a losing streak. He hits an exploder suplex on Trent.

-Trent fires back with knife edge chops sending Uno into the corner for a followup clothesline.

-Trent Goes for his finisher the Crunchie but is reversed into a pin, he can’t get his shoulders up before the 3 count

Rhodes vs Ron Killings

-Both men have showed some impressive skill this month and tonight was no difference tonight.

-Rhodes kept the match on the mat using that “Southern” wrestling style. He hits a snapmare followed with a rear headlock.

- Killings breaks through the technical work of Rhodes and hitsa snap DDT. he works the crowd before beginning his offense.

- Rhodes fights back in the end, with a smooth reversal of a clothesline Rhodes scoops up killings for the Curtain Call. Rhodes continues whis winning streak

SCU vs Brawling Gentlemen

-SCU showed their experience as the two melded their styles together showing amazing chemistry.

-The Brawling Gentlemen were cut off from each other through most of the match, leaving Pac to fend for himself against Daniels and Kazarian

- Kazarian leaped for a guillotine leg drop before Daniels snuck in a Last Rites for the pin and win

CIMA vs John Cena

-Cima starts off working Cena and hits his 1st significant move when he leaped off the top rope for a Tokarev Dropkick.

-Cena comes back with hard rights before a Belly to belly suplex. Cena then runs off one rope does a Harlemshuffle, dusts off his shoulder and drops a big fist to CIMA’s face.

- Cena rolls out the way of a Meteora and while CIMA was clutching his knees Cena capitalizes and hits a F-U and hooks the leg.

The Hardyz vs The Young Bucks (AEW Tag Team Titles)

-The two teams attempted to steal the show, going all out! Bodies were flying through the air in and out of the ring.

-Jeff leaps for Somersault Plancha. Followed by Nick mirroring the same move.

- Matt Hardy takes a superkick from Matt Jackson followed by another from Nick. they trade two more superkicks to Matt Hardy’s jaw before he drops.

- Jeff Hardy hits a Swanton on Matt Jackson before Matt Hardy goes for the pin.

AJ Styles vs Samoa Joe (AEW TV Title)

-AJ & Joe start off trading leg kicks, AJ being the quicker man sweeps Joe after a swift counter dodge

-Joe snaps off a powerful powerbomb that sends AJ reeling into the corner to taste the Boot of Samoa Joe with a face wash.

-with little left in the tank AJ unleashes a furious combo of punches and knees, but Joe fires back with some vicious palm strikes and follows up with a rolling chop.

-Joe locks in a deep Rear naked Choke but AJ reaches the ropes.

-with both men exhausted after 23 minutes. AJ leaps from the apron one last time and connects with a Tornado DDT and gets the pin.

Chris Jericho vs Batista (AEW World Heavyweight Title.)

-The Beast comes out quick and strong throwing JEricho into the corner and throwing hard shoulders to the gut.

-Jericho knowing he can’t beat Batista on strength works the lower back of batista, using forearms, and back drops.

- The wear on the back of Batista took its toll, allowing Jericho to easily reverse a Batista bomb with a back body drop.

- after an eye rake + a bulldog Jericho leaps for the lionsault, but the knees come up.

- Batista tries to remove Jericho’s head with a big boot, before taunting the crowd.

-Batista tries one more Batista bomb but once again is countered this time into the Codebreaker. Jericho gets up and locks in the Walls of Jericho for the submission to retain his title

AEW Night of Glory

New Orleans LA (Attendance: 2,540)

Batista vs Drew Galloway

-A squash match that should have been shorter than the 9:39 second that it was. Batista demolished Drew and power fashion.

-The young 18 yr old tried to knock the big man off his feet but took a lariat that almost receded his hairline instead.

-Batista finished the match with his Batista bomb.

Rating: 48

JTG vs CIMA

-JTG has felt lost without his “Homie” Jack Evans, but hopes to beat CIMA tonight.

-JTG hits a slingblade, but is too excited about it and starts riling up the crowd, he takes a Backdrop for his rookie mistake.

-CIMA doesn’t let up after the backdrop. And eventually performs Metorea on the ambitious Hood.

Rating: 44

The Hardyz vs Golden Suns (AEW Tag Titles)

-The Hardy’s quick fast paced attacks kept the you puro stars down for most of the match.

- Ibushi makes a comeback with a beautiful dropkick, levelling Matt Hardy.

-Okada hits Jeff Hardy with the Rainmaker DDT and almost gets the pin, but Matt dives in at the last second.

-Jeff Counters Ibushi’s suplex and drops Ibushi with a reverse Twist of fate. MAtt knocks Okada off the apron while Jeff gets the pin.

Rating: 53

The Briscoes vs Dead End.

-The Briscoes come back after the horrendous accident only one week ago. MArk only looking more crazy then usual.

-The match was a carcrash disaster, although no skill was involved, the men sure could punch. Jay put the beating on Moxley, busting his nose open.

-End dropped into a well timed “Monk” looking sitting position as Jay missed a Big Boot.

-Jay eventually hit his Big Boot on but on Moxley and in the Corner. Moxley Crumbled and Jay pinned the unconscious man.

Rating: 27

AJ Styles vs Rhodes.(AEW TV Title)

-Rhodes has made it a long way going undefeated on his run for the title.

-AJ Starts the match with a leapfrog + Dropkick combo. Dustin fires back with a gut shot and a suplex.

-Rhodes starts working the left leg of AJ and locks in a leg lock to keep the high flier from leaping.

- The work on AJ’s Leg did the trick for Rhodes. As AJ was much slower and effectively grounded.

-Rhodes bullies and chops his way into the corner where he sets up Shattered Rhodes before hitting the curtain call. And picking up his new championship.

Rating: 54

Chris Jericho vs John Cena (AEW Heavyweight championship)

-John Cena wins the tie up and arm drags Jericho to the ground. Jericho claims Cena pulled his hair.

-Cena keeps up the momentum but misses a diving elbow after pumping up his shoes.

- The Vetrean Jericho attempts a Walls of Jericho early but Cena shows his strength and flips Jericho out of it.

-The fight trades momentum between the two before Jericho misses his rebound dropkick and Ends up on the wrong side of a Suplex to the outside.

-Cena Capitalizes and rolls Jericho in where he hits the F-U in the center of the ring.

-Cena goes for the pin, and gets the 3, Jericho kicks out half a second too late and argues with the ref as a tired but happy Cena leaves the ramp with his new title.

Rating: 72
