You probably know this but just in case you don't, I think you added an old version of the community YTD mod? They cut off at Troy Robinson in this but there's more characters to play around with.

19th December 2020 update - it was pointed out to me by absolutelyridiculous that I missed a load of workers from CreeperGavs yet to debut mod, so I have added another 84 workers from that data, including some tag teams and most people also have graduations from dojo's. For those of you who don't like the generic future workers this mod now includes 450 yet to debut workers, so you can easily turn off new worker generation and still know you will have a lot of workers come through in the first 4 or 5 years of game play.

Sorry, just a quick post for the six people who already downloaded the mod since the last post, I somehow forgot to add HPO coverage in Canada, I had done it on my test version of the database to run tests and forgot to on the real version. I have reuploaded the game so you can either redownload, or just add "big" coverage to HPO in Canada yourself

I had that issue on my old laptop (had Vista), the new free version on Windows 10 makes it work.

Yeah if that's easier, I dont think you can add where they graduated from into a save though. Not at the laptop to check, but at least theyll be there

I don't think you can avoid zipping but maybe another upload site is the answer.

It's not something I've ever done. Sorry. This was the only mod I ever had an issue with though. And it was only the pic file, if I remember.

ZEN were a lot of work, especially finding a way to make them not just go bankrupt right away on TEW2020. I've never played as ZEN but when I started on the mod a couple of years back it felt like they were a huge favourite of the board, so I thought people would enjoy having worldwide linked in ZEN's where you can borrow characters, have storylines that go from one company to another etc.

 

You're the first person to tell me they've played as ZEN lol. They weren't the hit I thought they would be!

I'm playing with the SWF and while I'm only a month in, it's probably the most fun file I've had. So many workers and companies, a lot of just amazing changes to the promotions. But I think my favorite thing about this is women's wrestling really shining. I've created a women's division for SWF and it wasn't anywhere near as difficult getting it off the ground since there's way more women with decent pop than the default data.

 

Overall, Im thinking this will be a long term file so thank you for creating and converting this to 2020, I'm having a damn good time with it!

Thank you, I really appreciate that!! women's wrestling was one of my big focuses, like you said it not only means it is easier to start a women's division, it means it's fun rather than a chore. Plus after a few games I always found I grew a bit bored of booking the same wrestlers, even if you tried to mix it up each time. I felt if I could make the women's wrestling scene much more varied and have a lot more workers it basically double's the amount of possibilities for games.

 

I played a game with Independent Women Wrestling, was so much more fun having so many workers to choose from, and having women with enough pop to make an instant impact!

Random question for anyone playing this

 

Has anyone given any workers on this mod an updated move set?

 

Move sets missing from the workers I have created it something I will potentially be doing after I finish creating new workers for the missing dojo graduates (so that the correct amount have come through for when I start on the 2022 mod)

 

There are currently 825 active wrestlers with no move sets, so obviously it would be helpful if anyone had already given some guys they've hired moves lol

 

As for future plans with this mod, like I say I want to finish the dojo graduates for the next four years, then potentially move sets, then any updates will just be new pictures for workers, any errors people point out or adding on any workers other people make for mods (example being willr0cks women's mod)

 

Then it will just be working on moving this to 2022!

1.06 RELEASED 10 APRIL 2021

 

So guys, this should be the last update for this version of the mod as I plan to begin working on the 2022 mod. I am very proud of this, even if it hasn’t got the attention it did on TEW2016. I have created 1,189 more workers for much more variety, including 331 extra women to create a real world for female wrestling. There are 33 more companies to make things interesting, and with 2976 it means you don’t see the same few guys over and over again, especially with females. There were only going to be 34 white female graduates with pictures in default data, now you have up to 406. It was even worse for Black or Hispanic, so if you are like me and hate renders with no pictures that doesn’t become an issue anymore. I find this mod is really built for long-term games!

 

 

I hope everyone has enjoyed it, and if anyone is looking forward to the 2022 version please let me know, I see hundreds of downloads of the mod but knowing people are enjoying it will keep me motivated!

 

 

This update means that every single dojo has four years of full graduates, so if you don’t like random workers at all you can turn graduates off and be perfectly fine. To me it just made sense to create all the workers before starting on the 2022 version! Especially if you are like me and tend to start a few games that only last a couple of years!
