Check the player manual. In a default C-verse game, "basics" doesn't even do anything at all as almost all new workers spawn with 40+ in the skill. It's only relevant for "crossover" stars in mods that should start with 0 to 10, to simulate you needing to train Rousey, for instance, in a performance center or incur penalties. Not sure, but I doubt Rep adds to RA now. Imo it shouldn't. Once they have respect for the agent, he'll do a better job. You shouldn't care less about their rep. So what if they got caught in a scandal or took drugs. That's for the boss to decide whether or not they'll hire. It has very little to do with the job of road agent.
