Tonight began with a Tag Team Battle Royale (winning team receives a title shot at AEW REVOLUTION)!

Participating teams included:

-Private Party—Isiah Kassidy & Marq Quen

-The Acclaimed—Anthony Bowens & Max Caster

-Top Flight—Dante Martin & Darius Martin

-Jurassic Express—Luchasaurus & Jungle Boy

-Dark Order’s Stu Grayson & Evil Uno

-Inner Circle’s Santana & Ortiz

-Dark Order’s John Silver & Alex Reynolds

-Inner Circle’s Jake Hager & Sammy Guevara

-Inner Circle’s MJF & “Demo God” Chris Jericho

-AEW Tag Team Champions—The Young Bucks—Matt & Nick Jackson! (If The Bucks win, they can handpick their REVOLUTION opponents!)

Upon review of their conduct after the Jungle Boy vs. Dax Harwood match from last week, FTR were suspended from competition for one week. They had to forfeit their place in tonight’s battle royale and were replaced by John Silver & Alex Reynolds.

The Bucks jumpstarted the match with stage dives! Dante got speared by Matt! Santana and Ortiz slugged it out with The Bucks until all 10 teams were in the fray! Hager eliminated Reynolds but then the rest of Dark Order eliminated Hager! Inner Circle eliminated Bowens, as revenge for The Acclaimed upstaging Jericho during their entrance. Luchasaurus began eating up the competition, with bodies dropping everywhere! Luchasaurus was eliminated from behind by Silver and Uno! They worked over Nick Jackson after that big elimination.

Quen tried for Silly String but Darius countered it, and Quen was out of the match. John Silver suplexed Ortiz and Santana simultaneously. And then they surprised him and tossed him over the top. Nick Jackson sent Ortiz and then Santana to the outside floor!

The Good Brothers came out and started watching from ringside as Kassidy and Nick Jackson were trading shots. Kassidy was pulled over to the floor by The Good Brothers. MJF ran up from behind and threw Nick Jackson out of the match.

“Jungle Boy is the clear favorite now but the Inner Circle have got the numbers,” said Excalibur.

MJF, Sammy, and Jericho tried to push Jungle Boy out with their boots, but he grapevine the bottom rope, holding him in. Wardlow prowled on the outside of the ring. MJF eliminated Jungle Boy and turned around to rights and lefts from Max Caster. MJF was eliminated by Caster, who was then tossed out by Darius Martin!

Sammy and Jericho double teamed Darius Martin! He countered by spiking them with a vicious DDT! Jericho inadvertently flipped Sammy out of the ring, and then blasted Darius with the Judas Effect, sending him to the arena floor! Jericho and MJF are your winners and will be challenging The Bucks at REVOLUTION! Sammy was furious, as he believed he was intentionally eliminated by Jericho. Sammy stormed to the back instead of helping the Inner Circle celebrate in the ring.

Out next: TNT Champion Darby Allin and Sting!

Tony Schiavone was in the ring to introduce them.

“There’s something special about this young man,” said Jim Ross of Darby Allin.

It began snowing in Jacksonville as Sting made his entrance!

Team Taz interrupted the interview before it could begin. They were standing outside the arena; Taz said they were being punished for their actions last week. Taz said they’d be watching Darby next week when he defends his TNT Title against Joey Janela.

“OK Team Taz, you say that you’re going to be here next week for Darby’s title match? I’m going to be here as well to make sure it’s a 1-on-1 match,” said Sting.

For the first time ever—Thunder Rosa vs. Dr. Britt Baker, D.M.D. (with Reba)!

Thunder Rosa dumped Rebel to the outside before the match began. She hit Baker with a low dropkick and then worked over her wrist. She asserted her aggressiveness on Baker, slamming her head into the corner turnbuckle repeatedly.

Baker rolled up Thunder Rosa and maintained wrist control. Thunder Rosa escaped with a hard elbow and then a flipping senton on Baker in the corner, good for a two-count! Thunder Rosa mounted Baker with some ground and pound! Thunder Rosa jumped toward the corner but Baker dodged it, and then kicked Thunder Rosa in the back of the head. Baker wrenched the head and shoulder of Thunder Rosa. Baker rammed Thunder Rosa’s head into the steel barricade on the outside of the ring. Thunder Rosa started to take the beating back to Baker, whipping her into the barricade this time, and then stomping a mud hole into her!

Thunder Rosa nailed Baker with a Death Valley Driver on the stage! Thunder Rosa charged in with a clothesline and then a dropkick.

“Britt has no defense right now,” said Tony Schiavone.

“Thunder Rosa is trying to neutralize that Lock Jaw,” said Excalibur.

Baker caught Thunder Rosa with a switch blade lariat and then a thrust kick, finding herself back in control. Thunder Rosa rallied back with kicks, but Baker countered with the Air Raid Crash! Thunder Rosa kicked out at two!

Rebel provided the latex glove to Baker, who then attempted to apply the lock jaw. Thunder Rosa got her boot on the bottom rope to force the ref break. Baker ran and stomped Thunder Rosa face first. She tried for the lock jaw again but Thunder Rosa lifted Baker and suplexed her way out. She connected with a second death valley driver, but Baker kicked out again!

Rebel removed the turnbuckle pad while the ref’s vision was obscured. Thunder Rosa booted her from the ring apron. Baker sent Thunder Rosa face-first into the exposed turnbuckle and then applied the lock jaw. The ref stopped the match, declaring Baker as the victor.

“Hangman” Adam Page & Matt Hardy vs. Chaos Project—Luther & Serpentico!

Page and Hardy are reuniting here as a team for the first time since Stadium Stampede. Page agreed to team with Hardy because Chaos Project tried to ruin -1’s birthday party.

Matt decked Serpentico as the bell rang.

“He is asserting his will on Serpentico here in the early going,” said Excalibur.

Page tagged in with a running shooting star press but Serpentico kicked out at the two-count! Hardy tagged in and hit a side effect on Serpentico. Luther splashed Matt Hardy, sandwiching Serpentico in between them. Serrpentico tried to follow up with a senton but Hardy rolled out of the way. Page tagged in and hit a spinebuster on Serpentico. Page dropped Serpentico with the buckshot lariat, but before he could cover his opponent, Hardy tagged in and pinned Serpentico!

<hr>

Jericho and MJF brought a full cooler of bubbly to celebrate backstage with the Inner Circle. Sammy questioned Jericho, and said he’s not so sure they’re all in this together. Jericho left to go check on Sammy. When Jericho and Sammy left the room, MJF told Wardlow to shut the door, as he wanted to have a talk with the Inner Circle.

And now for the Wedding of Penelope Ford & Kip Sabian!

Joining them were “The Best Man” Miro and his butler, Charles Taylor.

James Mitchell was officiating the ceremony. Vickie Guerrero walked Kip to the ring. Jerry Lynn walked Penelope Ford down the ramp to her groom-to-be.

Kip and Penelope shared their personal vows with one another.

Charles Taylor handed the rings to Miro, who then passed them on to Kip and Penelope.

James Mitchell asked if there was anyone who objected, they should speak up now or—and Miro stopped him and said to keep the ceremony rolling. It was official and Penelope and Kip kissed.

Miro told Charles Taylor to get the champagne so that “The Best Man” could toast Kip. Miro said that his power and viciousness is his present to Kip. He pointed to a wrapped box in the corner and asked what it was. Charles Taylor said it was from him. Miro kicked and stomped the box because he didn’t trust anything from Charles Taylor. Miro said it was time for cake, but he then realized, at some point, he’d been shackled to the bottom rope! As things began to take a bad turn for the newlyweds, Penelope Ford flopped face-first into the wedding cake! Orange Cassidy popped out from the top of the cake and planted Kip Sabian, while Miro could do nothing but watch!

“It was an Orange Cassidy-flavored cake!” said Jim Ross.

HUGE NEWS! It was announced that Shaq & Jade Cargill will wrestle Cody Rhodes & Red Velvet in tag-team competition on Wednesday, March 3rd live on DYNAMITE!

“The MurderHawk Monster” Lance Archer (with Jake “The Snake” Roberts) vs. “Mad King” Eddie Kingston (with The Butcher, The Blade & The Bunny)!

“This one will be bowling shoe ugly,” said Jim Ross.

Archer clubbed Eddie until The Butcher and The Blade pulled Archer out of the ring. They descended upon him like hungry vultures. Kingston brawled with the lumberjacks on the outside and while Kingston was preoccupied, Archer ran and jumped over the top rope! Archer crash-landed on the “Mad King”!

Back in the ring, Kingston hit Archer with a headbutt. Archer wanted more and urged him on, so Eddie dropped a few elbows to the skull of Archer.

“They keep ripping and tearing at each other. If they did this on the street, they’d be in jail!” said Jim Ross.

Archer countered an exploder with a full nelson slam! Archer suplexed Kingston halfway across the ring and then splashed him for a two-count! Bunny jumped into the ring and onto Archer’s back. Archer lifted up Bunny for the Black Out but Kingston hit the spinning back elbow on Archer! Kingston tried for the exploder and connected, but Archer kicked out. Blade brought in a table but Bear Country evened up the odds, spearing Butcher and the Blade. Archer choke slammed Kingston for a near fall. Kingston went to the top rope but Archer grabbed him and nailed the black out for the victory on the “Mad King”!

“Lance Archer earned every bit of that victory,” said Excalibur.

<hr>

FTR sent in a disturbing video. They had Marko Stunt handcuffed to a chair with his mouth taped shut. They’re said they’re not bad men, but sometimes they have to think about what bad men would do. Because all they want is a shot at the tag belts, and Jurassic Express prevented them from earning that tonight when FTR were suspended for one week.

Jon Moxley, PAC & Rey Fenix vs. AEW World Champion Kenny Omega & Impact Wrestling Tag Team Champions The Good Brothers—Karl Anderson & Doc Gallows (with Don Callis)!

Don Callis joined the commentary team for the main event.

PAC and Rey Fenix came out together, and then Mox joined them, giving each a fist bump.

PAC and Karl Anderson kicked things off for their respective teams, They traded strikes and then PAC got Karl off his feet. Gallows tagged in and Mox insisted on being tagged in by PAC. Mox went right after Gallows with four strong shots. Gallows tried to sit out of Mox’s strike zone but Mox followed up with a running knee strike.

Rey Fenix tagged in and he and PAC used tandem offense on Karl Anderson. PAC got slammed off the top by Gallows as Omega held PAC’s leg. PAC hit some serious impact on Omega with a rolling German suplex! Mox tagged in and brought with him the thunder to Karl Anderson for a near fall. Mox took out The Good Brothers with a tope suicida! Omega grabbed Mox on the outside, but Mox ran Omega right into the steel barricade!

Gallows went through a powerbomb but Mox countered with a figure four leglock. Anderson ran in to break the hold. They tried for the magic killer on Mox but he escaped and got the tag to Rey Fenix! Rey Fenix used his educated feet on The Good Brothers and Kenny Omega. PAC and Rey Fenix hit stereo moonsaults on The Good Brothers! Rey Fenix used a cutter on Omega for a near fall! Omega kicked out Rey Fenix’s legs and used a high angle snap dragon suplex on Rey Fenix. Gallows was tagged in and attemped the pin but Rey Fenix kicked out. PAC got the blind tag and chopped away at Gallows, finally taking him off his feet!

Gallows knocked PAC with a big boot and then Gallows, Anderson and Omega triple-teamed PAC! Omega pancaked PAC with a Liger Bomb but PAC kicked out at the two-count! Omega followed up with the V-trigger. He tried for the one-winged angel but PAC fought out. PAC was there to hook Omega with a German suplex, but Omega escaped in the nick of time!

Mox tagged in and he and Omega traded forearms! Mox went for the Paradigm Shift but Omega used one of his own on Mox! PAC came off the top rope with the 450! This allowed Mox to gun stun Anderson and tag in Rey Fenix.

Rey Fenix was met with a spinebuster by Karl Anderson and then The Good Brothers hit the magic killer on him for the victory!

Lance Archer’s music hit and he ran down like a house of fire, stopping Omega and The Good Brothers from continuing their beatdown on Mox and Rey Fenix!

Moxley got to his feet and was about to take the beating to Kenny Omega when suddenly…

KENTA jumped in from out of nowhere and used the Go-To-Sleep on Moxley!

What a main event and a shocking conclusion to tonight’s DYNAMITE!</div></div>

TNT Champion Darby Allin defending against “The Bad Boy” Joey Janela!

“This is Janela’s chance to become the face of the network, but not if Darby Allin has anything to say about it,” noted Excalibur.

They locked up, with Janela taking the fight directly to Darby Allin. Janela mocked being intimidated by Allin, but Allin transitioned into hammerlocks. Allin was displaying great technical wrestling until Janela hit Darby with a back elbow. Darby answered with a shotgun dropkick, knocking Janela into the middle rope. Janela planted Darby on the edge of the ring and followed up with an elbow suicida!

Janela maintained control with brutal uppercuts in the ring. Darby fought back with forearms, but Janela used his size advantage and whipped Darby sternum first into the turnbuckles. Janela applied body scissors on Darby and worked over Darby’s shoulder as well. Darby fired back with elbows to Joey’s ribs. Janela came off the top with a double sledge to Darby. He went back up, possibly for an elbow drop, but Darby pulled him down, yanking him by the arm. Janela sling-shotted Darby’s face and eyes into the ropes. Darby used another shotgun dropkick to stop Janela’s momentum. Darby built up a head of steam and jumped through the ropes, flying like a missile at Janela! Darby began working Janela’s arm, looking for the Fujiwara armbar. Janela finally grabbed the bottom rope, forcing the ref to break the hold.

“Janela’s complexion is changing. Darby is turning up the heat,” said Jim Ross.

Janela surprised Darby with a thrust kick.

“I take back everything I just said,” added Jim Ross.

“He literally picked him off in midair from that coffin drop and then used the thrust kick,” replied Tony Schiavone.

“We were a heartbeat away from having an upset here,” said Excalibur.

Janela gazed at the belt on the outside for a moment and Darby took advantage of the moment, using rapid fire shots at Joey. Darby used a stunner but Joey kicked out. Janela rocked Darby with a piledriver, but Darby kicked out at the two-count! Darby used an avalanche code red on Janela, but Janela kicked out, surprising the announcers. Darby went back to the top and finished Janela with the coffin drop, scoring the pin!

“What a match! What a hard fought physical match up for the TNT Title,” said Jim Ross.

“Darby Allin retained the TNT Title but it was not easy in the least,” added Excalibur.

Highlights aired from the conclusion of last week’s main event: “Kenta has kicked open the Forbidden Door,” said Excalibur.

Outside the arena, Jon Moxley had words for Kenta:

“Kenta has been calling me out for months from across an ocean, walking around with a stupid little briefcase, talking trash, looking like a dork. So what happened last week was no surprise to me. Kenta realizes that time for cheap talk is over. If he wants my IWGP United States Championship belt, he’s going to have to get it done in the ring. February 26, me and Kenta are gonna stand eye to eye and it’s gonna be a war of attrition until one man can’t stand up anymore. On February 26 I’m gonna dump you on your head. But that’s a sanctioned match. But tonight—sanctioned? Not so much. Tonight…is just for fun.”

MJF was talking to the Inner Circle behind closed doors when Sammy pushed open the door. Sammy said he needed a minute with MJF alone. Sammy told MJF that he’s onto MJF’s plans, and he knows that MJF is trying to take over the Inner Circle. MJF countered and said he believed that Sammy is upset because Sammy secretly wants to be front and center and to take over the Inner Circle from Jericho.

“Are you recording me?” asked Sammy.

MJF was, in fact, recording the entire conversation on his smart phone and Sammy noticed it. Sammy hurled the phone at the wall and then knocked the wind out of MJF. Sammy then stormed out!

“The American Nightmare” Cody Rhodes (with Arn Anderson) & Lee Johnson vs. “Pretty” Peter Avalon & Cezar Bononi was next!

Arn Anderson’s son was sitting ringside.

Cody stomped a mudhole, taking the boots to Peter early on. Lee tagged in but was decked from behind by Cezar after a blind tag. Peter tagged back in but Big Shotty Lee blasted Peter with a dropkick. Bononi tagged in but was served a jawbreaker from Lee. Cody tagged in and connected with a big clothesline to Bononi.

Cody took Bononi off his feet with a falling clothesline. Cezar answered with a pump handle suplex and then stomped Cody’s chest.

“Cody is in trouble,” said Jim Ross.

Avalon and Bononi took turns working over Cody, with Bononi using a reverse body slam on “The American Nightmare.” Cody landed awkwardly on his shoulder. Avalon tagged in and jumped off the top rope but Cody caught him! Cody had him in a fireman’s carry and then dropped down hard, the impact hitting its target. In the process, it was evident that Cody’s shoulder was noticeably bothering him. Cody tagged out to Lee Johnson, and Big Shotty was a fresh man, knocking Peter right off his feet with an explosive offense sequence that ended in a neck breaker on Avalon. For good measure, Lee Johnson nailed Bononi with a spectacular corkscrew over the top rope! Johnson used a fisherman’s neck breaker on Peter but Bononi ran in to break up the pin. Cody came in and paired up with Bononi, but the big man chucked Cody out of the ring. Bononi lifted up Lee and pancaked him. Bononi was pulled out of the ring and he and Cody began slugging away while Peter attempted the martinis—the double knees to the back of the head. Johnson moved out of the way and rolled up “Pretty” Peter for the three-count!

“Big Shotty Johnson has just picked up the first victory of his AEW career,” noted Excalibur.

“Tonight Shotty Lee truly maximized his minutes,” added Jim Ross.

The Nightmare Family joined Lee Johnson on the ramp to congratulate him. Tony Schiavone was there with a microphone.

“This is quite a moment for you and they’re chanting your name, Lee. I know this is a very emotional time for you. First win in and it comes here on DYNAMITE on TNT. It’s gotta be feeling big for you right now,” said Schiavone.

Johnson: “My trainers showed me that if you do the work that it always pays off. The Rhodes family is my family. And they, and they alone, did this for me.”

An interview from earlier in the day with The Young Bucks aired, where they were asked about being eliminated from the Battle Royale last week:

“Well let’s just ask these guys,” replied Matt Jackson.

The Good Brothers walked on. Karl Anderson bragged about last week’s ratings. “The Good Brothers did that,” he said.

“Let’s address the problem. You guys distracted me and boom, outside,” said Nick Jackson, referring to his elimination.

Matt said if they won the battle royale they were going to pick The Good Brothers to face. Karl Anderson said their heat is with Private Party and they were out there to distract them. Anderson went on to say that The Bucks real heat is with the Inner Circle because they technically were the ones who eliminated The Bucks. Matt Jackson said he didn’t want to wait until REVOLUTION to defend the tag titles.

“How about next week, we defend these titles? Young Bucks versus Santana and Ortiz for these titles,” said Matt Jackson.

“Ratings monster,” replied Gallows.

<hr>

Dasha interviewed “Hangman” Adam Page next.

Page said he and Matt Hardy were not a tag team in the making, despite their victory last week. Hardy interrupted and said, “I get it. You don’t want to be in a tag team but it’s undeniable—the two of us together—we’re special. At least let me take you out and we can celebrate our majestic victory. I rented an entire bar. You can drink all night. The tabs on me. It’s a ‘big money night.’”

Page agreed to meet Hardy out, but first he had to get his phone. Page walked away and when he turned the corner, The Dark Order were there. It was an awkward situation and John Silver said, “Uh, maybe we’ll catch you on the flip.”

“It seems like it’s not all over between Dark Order and ‘Hangman’ Adam Page,” observed Excalibur.

This was followed by “The Bastard” PAC (accompanied by Rey Fenix) vs. “The Hollywood Hunk” Ryan Nemeth!

Nemeth beat Marko Stunt on this week’s AEW DARK.

“Pound for pound, there’s nobody better than PAC in AEW,” said Tony Schiavone.

They locked up and PAC kicked Ryan to the mat. He suplexed Ryan down quickly and followed up with a running uppercut!

“Ryan Nemeth in a bad way right here,” said Excalibur.

PAC took flight off the top rope with a massive dropkick!

“Damn near halfway across the ring to execute that dropkick,” said Jim Ross.

Ryan tried to fight back but PAC countered with vicious kicks! Ryan Nemeth surprised PAC with a dropkick and then a powerful DDT!

“That move was hard and harsh,” noted J.R.

On the outside of the ring, PAC rammed Nemeth into the steel guardrail. He rolled Nemeth back into the ring and dished out more kicks.

“Ryan Nemeth can’t even get out of the gates here,” said Excalibur.

PAC climbed to the top and decimated Nemeth with the black arrow and then transitioned into the brutalizer submission hold, forcing Nemeth to immediately tap out!

<hr>

A recap of last week’s wedding between Penelope Ford and Kip Sabian aired.

Miro was outraged at what Charles the Butler did, but more so, he was enraged by the actions of Orange Cassidy. “I’m gonna come for you and you can all celebrate with your buddy Trent in the hospital. Because nobody messes with Kip, Penelope, and especially ‘The Best Man’ Miro!”

Dasha was backstage to interview Chris Jericho.

MJF, with tape on his ribs, walked over with Santana and Ortiz: “Chris, did you not see what happened, man? Sammy sucker punched me in the ribs for no reason. He’s an animal. Look what he did to me,” said MJF.

“Where is Sammy now? You know what? We’ve got a match to worry about. We’ll deal with this later,” replied Jericho.

<img src="https://i.imgur.com/1phZMlf.png" alt=" "><img src="https://i.imgur.com/ieL0Poq.png" alt=" "> <img src="https://i.imgur.com/ueXIPkN.png" alt=" "><img src="https://i.imgur.com/yicRckw.png" alt=" ">

“Demo God” Chris Jericho & MJF vs. The Acclaimed—Max Caster & Anthony Bowens!

Max Caster attempted to lock up with MJF, but MJF rolled to the outside, complaining about his rib injury. Jericho tagged in but Caster knocked Jericho to his feet with a shoulder tackle. Bowens tagged in and met Jericho with a high rise kick! Bowens ran into Jericho’s boot and Jericho tagged out to MJF. Bowens planted MJF face first on the canvas for a near fall. The Acclaimed continued to work over MJF’s ribs. MJF finally pushed Caster into the Inner Circle’s corner and they isolated him with double team maneuvers.

“This is great teamwork,” said Tony Schiavone.

Bowens tagged in and trucked Jericho with a shoulder tackle, and then dropped MJF with right hands!

“This kid is a great striker, I can tell you that. He’s got natural punching power,” said Jim Ross.

Bowens grabbed MJF in a torture rack and then drove his midsection into the canvass. Jericho was going for the lionsault when Max Caster blasted Jericho in the head with the boom box! Bowens covered Chris Jericho but the “Demo God” kicked out in the nick of time!

“It would have been an upset of epic proportions, if they were able to pin Jericho,” noted Schiavone.

The Acclaimed were going to attempt their finisher—the Claim to Fame, when Hager knocked Caster off the top rope before Caster could connect with Jericho. And when Caster got his legs under him, Jericho walloped him with the Judas Effect back elbow! It was more than enough for Jericho to pin Caster!

“Somehow Chris Jericho and MJF were able to weather the storm of The Acclaimed,” said Excalibur.

After the match, Sammy Guevara’s music hit, and he walked to the ring with a microphone, ready to drop a bombshell.

“What’s the problem here, man? You come out five minutes late. Then I hear you punched Max in the stomach. You smash in his phone. What’s wrong with you?” asked Jericho.

“Chris, I told you. I told you December 9th, 2020, right here on DYNAMITE. If one more thing happened with MJF, that I was done. And so I’m out here to tell you, I’m done,” said Sammy.

“What do you mean that you’re done?” asked Jericho, while MJF smirked in the background.

“I mean I’m done. I quit the Inner Circle,” replied Sammy.

Alex Marvez caught up with Sammy Guevara outside the arena as Sammy was leaving with his bags.

“Why did you leave the Inner Circle?” asked Marvez.

“It doesn’t matter. I’m over this. I need time to refocus. I just need time away from this place,” said Sammy.

<hr>

At the bar, Hardy and Hangman were celebrating their win from last week.

Hardy said he wanted to do a shot with Page and said as a combo, they are magic. Hardy emptied the booze from his glass on the floor before Page saw anything. “Cheers!” said Hardy.

“I know you don’t want to be a tag team guy but I think I could make you the number one wrestler in the entire pro wrestling industry. I think you could dominate AEW and you could become richer than your wildest dreams,” said Hardy.

Matt Hardy pulled a contract out of an envelope and placed it in front of Page.

“If you would just look at my deal, I could make you millions upon millions for just a small percentage—only 30% of your earnings, but when you make that much money, what’s the difference,” continued Hardy.

“I think you’re right, Matt,” said Page.

Hardy turned his back for a moment, and when he did so, Page discarded the papers and replaced them with his own that he pulled out of his jacket. Page signed it and when Hardy turned back around, Page told Hardy he had to sign it too.

“You are going to be a billionaire. Enjoy the night, I gotta go,” said Hardy.

“I think I will,” replied Page, and then he ordered another drink.

<hr>

Tony Schiavone was in the ring to interview Sting!

It began to snow in Jacksonville!

“The street fight has been signed, what is on your mind going up against Team Taz?” asked Schiavone.

Taz, outside the venue, interrupted the interview. Taz was outside with Powerhouse Hobbs:

“Team Taz, guess what, we are going on a little road trip and we have a special passenger that you know, and we’re gonna take him to FTW World,” said Taz.

“Absolute” Ricky Starks and “The Machine” Brian Cage were standing outside the vehicle and they were showing off and unconscious Darby Allin, who they had placed in a body bag! The body bag was hooked up to the SUV and they dragged him across the parking lot! Sting exited the ring in hot pursuit!

The AEW Women’s World Championship Eliminator Tournament kicked off tonight with “Legit” Leyla Hirsch vs. Thunder Rosa!

Leyla grappled Thunder Rosa to the mat, her amateur wrestling background front and center. Thunder Rosa showed off some of her own grappling prowess and then both got to their feet. Thunder Rosa employed an offensive onslaught on Leyla and then hit a senton for a near fall.

After a frankensteiner from Leyla, Thunder Rosa rolled to the outside to collect her thoughts. Leyla met her out there with a tope suicida! Back in the ring, Leyla Hirsch transitioned into a cross arm breaker. Thunder Rosa fought out of it and caught Leyla with a neck breaker over the ropes. Thunder Rosa rocked Leyla with a shotgun dropkick in the turnbuckles.

Leyla dumped Thunder Rosa on the back of her head with two German suplexes. She climbed to the top and tried for a moonsault but Thunder Rosa got her knees up just in time! Leyla wasted no time and hit two bicycle knee strikes to the head of Thunder Rosa. She tried for the moonsault again and again it backfired on her as Thunder Rosa dodged it!

Leyla grabbed an arm bar from the ground on Thunder Rosa, but Thunder Rosa picked her up off the canvas and slammed her hard to the mat!

“That was a great counter to the cross arm breaker,” noted Schiavone.

Thunder Rosa spiked Leyla with a driver and scored the pin.

“That was a real battle right there,” said Jim Ross.

“Thunder Rosa has punched her ticket to the second round,” added Excalibur.

Earlier in the day, Tony Schiavone interviewed Jungle Boy.

Tony said that Marko Stunt was ok despite being kidnapped by FTR last week.

Jungle Boy: “I want to talk directly to FTR. Dax, two weeks ago we had a match that everybody’s been talking about. And I’ve had a lot of matches, but I’ve never been in a fight like that. But the important part of that was I came out on top. Not only did I come out on top, I came out a different man. And I beat you. I tapped you out in front of the world. So we didn’t tell on you. We didn’t want you suspended. We wanted you right here, to look you in the eyes. And when we get that opportunity, Dax, I’m gonna make you my b-tch.”

Our Main Event—Fall Count Anywhere—No DQ—AEW World Champion Kenny Omega (with Don Callis) & KENTA vs. IWGP US Champion Jon Moxley & “The MurderHawk Monster” Lance Archer (with Jake “The Snake” Roberts)!

Impact Wrestling Executive Vice President—“The Invisible Hand”—Don Callis joined the commentary team for this match.

The bell rang and KENTA ambushed Moxley with a briefcase shot to the back of the head! Archer chucked Omega into the corner and started peppering him with hard strikes! KENTA smashed the briefcase into the spine of Lance Archer! “The MurderHawk Monster” turned around, unfazed, while KENTA begged him off. It was all a distraction for Omega to chop block Archer from behind. Kenny followed up with a kotaro crusher! Moxley turned things around on KENTA with offense of his own until Omega sucker punched Moxley. KENTA walked over and pushed Omega out of the way as he wanted to get his hands on Moxley. Then Omega pushed KENTA away, as he wanted Mox for himself! KENTA and Omega began arguing with one another until Moxley settled the argument with his fists!

“They don’t seem to be on the same page with each other but maybe they’ve patched up their differences just now,” said Schiavone of KENTA and Omega.

KENTA and Omega took turns charging into Mox in the corner, until Archer pounced Omega! It bought Mox enough time for him to counter KENTA’s charge with a lariat! Archer attempted to powerbomb Omega but Omega popped the hips and escaped with a hurracanrana, sending Archer to the outside. Omega rammed his knee into Omega’s spine!

Alone in the ring, KENTA and Mox exchanged forearms with one another! KENTA tried for the GTS but Mox escaped and went for the Paradigm Shift. Before Mox could hit it, Omega cracked Mox with a garbage can! Omega connected with a moonsault while holding the trash can onto Mox’s midsection! Omega held the trash can in front of Mox’s face, teeing up KENTA, who ran in with a flying dropkick!

“This game plan is being executed so far to perfection,” said Don Callis.

Archer ran over Omega and KENTA with a ladder. Moxley knocked Kenta to the floor with an elbow suicida! Then Archer belly-to-belly suplexed Omega into the ladder, which had been propped up in the corner!

“Good God! Omega’s body bounced off that ladder like a rubber ball,” said Jim Ross.

KENTA wiped out Mox with a running knee strike! On the outside, Omega strangled Archer with a transmission cable!

“In this match it is all legal. Whatever it takes,” noted Tony Schiavone.

On the outside of the ring, Peter Avalon got in the way so KENTA knocked him out with the GTS! Archer caught Kenny Omega and choke slammed him outside on the floor! KENTA made the save for Omega before ref Paul Turner counted to three. Moxley kicked KENTA right in the jawline.

“It’s the wild west here, I can tell you that,” said Jim Ross.

Mox and KENTA fought in the kitchen. Mox set KENTA up on a stainless steel table, but KENTA reversed it and bounced Mox’s head off it with a DDT! Archer came to the rescue with a sack of potatoes! Mox grabbed a potato and…potatoed Kenny Omega!

They made their way back to the ring and Moxley pulled out a kendo stick from beneath the ring. He whacked Omega in the midsection with it. Mox jumped from the turnbuckles with the kendo stick but Omega countered with a V-trigger!

“Moxley is in big, big trouble,” said J.R.

Omega hit a second V-trigger on Mox!

“Moxley is out on his feet,” said Callis.

Archer and KENTA brawled on the ramp, getting closer and closer to the broadcast booth. KENTA fought out of a powerbomb and then sprinted off the stage and landed with a double foot stomp onto Moxley, who was on a table below!

“KENTA like a bolt of lightning out of the sky crashing down,” said Excalibur.

Archer met Omega in the ring and Archer dared Kenny to use the kendo stick on him. Omega swung it and Archer caught it! Archer grabbed it away from Kenny and broke it across his knee! Archer choke slammed Omega in the center of the ring! Archer grabbed Omega’s arm, walked the top rope, and then used a moonsault press for a near fall on Omega! Archer lifted Kenny Omega up for Black Out but The Good Brothers ran out, causing Archer to drop Omega.

Archer knocked down The Good Brothers, but KENTA ran in the ring and served up spinning backfists to Archer! KENTA was knocked silly with a big boot by Archer. Karl Anderson ran into the ring and Archer tried to chokeslam him but Karl countered with the Gun Stun! Jake Roberts entered the ring and dropped Anderson with his legendary short arm clothesline! Gallows came in and hit Jake with a thrust chop to the throat!

“It’s pandemonium here. Human demolition,” said Jim Ross.

Omega was setting up for a V-trigger on Jake Roberts but Mox ran in with the barbed wire baseball bat, swinging it at Omega, Gallows, and Anderson! KENTA jumped in and drilled Mox with the GTS! Archer got to his feet, charging KENTA and wiping him out! Archer attempted a double chokeslam on Omega and KENTA but they hit him with stereo low blows! The Good Brothers silenced Archer with the Magic Killer! Omega followed up by cracking Archer with a V-trigger!

“Lance Archer is out on his feet,” said Excalibur.

With the assistance of The Good Brothers, Omega lifted Archer up and planted him with the one-winged angel! Omega pinned Archer for the victory!

“The forbidden door has been kicked open and Kenny Omega and KENTA are victorious here tonight on this historic DYNAMITE!” said Excalibur.</div></div>

<div style="color:rgb(26, 26, 26);font-family:Roboto Slab;font-size:14px;font-style:normal;">Jim Ross, Tony Schiavone, and Excalibur were the broadcast team for tonight’s event.

Matt Hardy & “Hangman” Adam Page vs. The Hybrid2—Angelico & Jack Evans was our opening match!

TH2 jumped Hardy and Page before the bell rang, taking the fight directly to their opponents. Page returned fired, chopping away at Evans and then he tagged in Hardy. Page tagged back in and hit a running shooting star press for a near fall on Jack Evans. They double suplexed Evans. Hardy hit a powerbomb on Evans but in the process Angelico got the blind tag. Angelico took the boots to Hardy. Angelico hoisted up Hardy and from the top rope Evans hit the double foot stomp on Big Money Matt!

TH2 double teamed Hardy in their corner. Evans attempted a back spring elbow but Hardy countered with a Side Effect! Page tagged in and cleaned house on The Hybrid2. Page rocked Angelico with a spinebuster and then rattled him with a big lariat. Page was building momentum and jumped over the top rope onto Evans on the arena floor! Page powerbombed Evans onto Angelico! Page was going for the buckshot lariat but Hardy tagged himself in—and he paid for it—as TH2 gained the upper hand.

Luckily for Hardy, Page connected with a double buckshot lariat on TH2 and then Hardy spiked Angelico with the Twist of Fate and pinned him!

Hardy grabbed a microphone after the match: “You looked like a billion bucks, and that makes me very excited because I’m going to make a lot of money off you. I’m glad you decided to sign with me last week,” said Hardy.

“I don’t know how well you read that contract, Matt, but it’s fully executed,” said Page.

“I didn’t read it,” replied Hardy.

The Jaguars mascot came to the ring with a contract. The contract wasn’t a talent contract. It was for a match—Page vs. Hardy at REVOLUTION, and if Hardy loses, Page gets all of Hardy’s earnings from the first quarter of 2021!

“You’re nothing but a carny,” said Hardy. “But I think you’re a man of honor, and if I have to put something on the line, how about you too? How about if I beat you, you have to give me all of your earnings from Quarter 1 of 2021?”

Page agreed and said, “I think we have ourselves a big money match!”

The Jaguars’ mascot attacked Page from behind and it was revealed to be Isiah Kassidy of Private Party! Hardy then offered a bounty to TH2 if they’d join the attack on Hardy, and they accepted! The Dark Order came out to Page’s aid, and they ran off Matt Hardy, Kassidy, and TH2!

Alex Marvez interviewed Santana and Ortiz, along with the Inner Circle backstage. Chris Jericho said Sammy Guevara is dead to him because Sammy walked out on the Inner Circle.

Up next: 1st Round Women’s World Title Eliminator Tournament Match!

NWA World Women’s Champion Serena Deeb vs. Riho!

Deeb and Riho locked up. Riho got behind Deeb with a waist lock. Riho grappled her to the mat. Deeb countered with a side headlock. Riho stepped on the back of Deeb’s left leg to escape. Jim Ross acknowledged Deeb is having issues with her left knee, and in fact she was wearing a leg brace.

Riho bridged out of a pin attempt by Deeb and then connected with a basement dropkick. Deeb battled back by catapulting Riho, aiming her neck squarely on the bottom rope!

Riho took down Deeb with a snap dragon suplex. Deeb landed hard on her shoulder. Riho backed Deeb to the counter with big elbow strikes. Deeb came back with European uppercuts on Riho and hurled her into the corner. Deeb charged in but Riho countered with head scissors. Riho attempted a northern lights suplex but Deeb had it scouted and blocked it, but Riho jumped off the top rope with a cross body press! Riho charged at Deeb but Deeb hit a dragon screw leg whip on Riho, and followed up with a swinging neck breaker. Riho kicked out just in the nick of time!

Riho grabbed Deeb’s leg and then rocked her with stiff shots. She used a 619 on Deeb and followed up with a diving foot stomp onto Deeb’s spine! Riho jumped off the top rope with a diving cross body for a near fall on Deeb. Out of nowhere Deeb powerbombed Riho and then applied the stretch muffler. Riho got the bottom rope and then got firm control after a northern lights suplex on Deeb. Riho came off the top rope and landed with both feet on Deeb’s sternum! Deeb kicked out at two! Riho tried for a running knee strike but Deeb dodged it. After several pinning attempts were reversed back and forth, Riho finally came out on top and pinned Serena Deeb!

“The fans are chanting ‘This is awesome!’” said Jim Ross.

A video package aired of Shaq and Jade Cargill training for their upcoming match against Cody Rhodes and Red Velvet (taking place on the March 3rd episode of DYNAMITE)!

<img src="https://i.imgur.com/luRH1wP.png" alt=" "> <img src="https://i.imgur.com/DgQ5uQj.png" alt=" ">

This was followed by “Freshly Squeezed” Orange Cassidy (with Chuck Taylor) vs. Luther (with Serpentico)!

Serpentico used a tope suicida on Chuck Taylor before the match began. It distracted Orange, who was nailed by Luther with a pump kick and a powerbomb. Orange Cassidy wiped out Luther with a powerbomb of his own from the apron onto the arena floor. Serpentico entered the ring again and Chuck Taylor stopped him with the awful waffle! Orange Cassidy hit the orange punch on Luther and it was plenty to pin Luther with the three-count!

<hr>

“The Machine” Brian Cage, Taz, and Hook walked to the ring.

Taz had a microphone and he said he was tired about hearing all this talk about Sting calling out Team Taz every week.

“Sting sent his snow down to Texas, so Team Taz is down a few men tonight. It’s only the three of us here tonight, Sting, so why don’t you come out now?!” asked Taz.

Sting walked to the ring with just his bat.

“You just stepped in this ring. That’s the worst thing you’ve done, my friend. There’s no Darby Allin tonight. And without that bat, you’re done. You need that bat,” said Taz.

Sting tossed the bat aside, and then removed his jacket. Sting wasted no time and started striking Brian Cage! Hook picked up Sting’s bat and hit Sting from behind with it. When Sting turned around to face Hook, Cage blasted Sting! “The Machine” Brian Cage powerbombed Sting! Cage and Team Taz walked off, leaving Sting on the mat.

AEW World Champ Kenny Omega, along with Don Callis, were visiting a kindergarten class. Omega brought along a copy of The Young Bucks’ autobiography to read to the class of kids.

“Uncle Kenny’s gotta go. Lots of business to do. Lots of charities today,” said Don Callis.

They left Michael Nakazawa to stay with the kids, but the kids said they hated Nakazawa. The children ganged up on him and attacked him.

Next: World Tag Team Title Match!

AEW Champs The Young Bucks (Matt & Nick Jackson) vs. Santana & Ortiz!

Papa and Mama Buck were watching from the front row.

Santana used his power to prevent an arm drag from Nick Jackson. Ortiz tagged in and so did Matt Jackson. Jackson hip tossed Santana and Ortiz. Matt hit a dropkick on Ortiz. Santana tagged in and The Bucks double dropkicked him! Santana and Ortiz used the Magic Killer backbreaker combo!

Omega, Callis, and The Good Brothers were seen watching the match on a TV monitor backstage.

Because of interference, ref Rick Knox ejected the Inner Circle from ringside, and while this happened, Santana and Ortiz double-teamed Nick Jackson. Finally, Nick Jackson superkicked Ortiz and got the tag to Matt Jackson!

Matt Jackson was a one-man wrecking crew on Santana and Ortiz! Matt used a twisting stunner on Santana for a near fall! Nick tagged in and blasted Santana with a powerbomb! The Bucks were setting up for More Bang for Your Buck but Santana and Ortiz had it scouted! Santana nailed Nick with the avalanche falcon arrow but somehow Nick found the strength to kick out! Ortiz cranked Nick’s neck in a submission hold. Matt Jackson dropped a Savage-like elbow off the top onto Ortiz to save his brother! The Bucks used the Doomsday Device on Santana! Matt buckle bombed Santana. They set Santana up for the BTE trigger but their knees collided as Santana moved! Santana and Ortiz followed up with the street sweeper and Matt Jackson broke the pin at the last possible moment!

Santana and Ortiz powerbombed Matt Jackson into the front row! Ortiz was yelling that they were the best but Nick cradled Ortiz with a small package and scored the victory for The Bucks! The Inner Circle ran down after the match and began assaulting The Bucks!

Kenny Omega, Don Callis, and The Good Brothers were watching on the monitor. Omega kept asking if they were going to run to save their best friends. Brandon Cutler tried to save his The Bucks himself but Hager halted him in his tracks with a slam onto the ramp!

MJF and Jericho had The Bucks in their respective submission moves (Salt of the Earth and the Lion tamer) and The Bucks were tapping! The Good Brothers sprinted to the ring and the Inner Circle retreated from the ring, but not before Jericho shoved Papa Buck at ringside!

<hr>

Brandi Rhodes said she was going to do the gender reveal of the baby live on DYNAMITE. She said even Cody didn’t know yet. They walked onto the ramp. Pink pyro went off and it’s a girl! Congrats to Brandi and Cody!

FTR—Cash Wheeler & Dax Harwood vs. Matt & Mike Sydal!

Cody Rhodes joined the commentary team for this match. He revealed his Face of the Revolution ladder match that will take place at REVOLUTION.

Cash rammed Mike into the turnbuckle. Dax chopped away at Mike Sydal. Matt tagged in and kicked away at Dax! Cash got a tag, unbeknownst to Mike Sydal, who had been taking the offense to Dax. Cash surprised Mike with a wicked belly to back suplex!

Matt Sydal took out both members of FTR with his offense. Mike used a moonsault to the outside for good measure! Back in the ring, Matt reversed a roll up on Dax, but Cash blasted Matt with a Dory Funk-like uppercut!

Matt Sydal attempted to jump from the top rope but Dax grabbed his leg from the outside, forcing Matt to lose his balance. FTR finished off Mike in the ring with the Big Rig, grabbing the victory. Ref Paul Turner called Doc Sampson into the ring to check on Mike. FTR jumped into the ring, grabbed the bag, and pulled out surgical scissors. They were going to cut the hair of Mike Sydal but the arena lights went dark!

Jurassic Express were in the ring when the lights came back on! Luchasaurus was wearing a new mask that had both horns again! Jungle Boy had Dax in the snare trap and then Jurassic Express ran off FTR!

“Mad King” Eddie Kingston, The Butcher & The Blade (with The Bunny) vs. IWGP United States Champion Jon Moxley, “The MurderHawk Monster” Lance Archer (with Jake “The Snake” Roberts), & Rey Fenix!

We were off to the races as the match began with a brawl between both teams!

Blade held Mox while Butcher tagged in and dropped a leg on him. Kingston tagged in and charged Moxley with a clothesline. Blade tagged in and hit a powerslam on Moxley.

“Quick tags…it’s a good strategy,” said Jim Ross.

Archer tagged in and decimated Blade with a belly to belly suplex. Archer walked the top rope, holding Blade’s arm, and then came crashing down on Blade! Mox tagged in and punted Blade, and then dished out a suplex to him.

Kingston tagged in and neutralized Archer with headbutts. Archer took down Butcher and Kingston with a running cross body block. Rey Fenix was tagged in and caught Butcher with a cutter! Rey Fenix used a frog splash on Butcher for a near fall. Mox jumped into the ring and German suplexed Butcher. Rey Fenix caught Blade with a dropkick out of nowhere! All six competitors were down at this point, as the match had completely broken down!

Mox and Kingston traded forearms. Kingston tried for the spinning backfist but Mox moved out of the way. Mox applied the bulldog sleeper to Kingston but it was broken up. Kingston got back to his feet, hit the spinning backfist, but Mox absorbed it. Mox powered through with the Paradigm Shift and pinned Kingston!

The Good Brothers jumped Moxley from behind! They held Moxley back as Kenny Omega and Don Callis came to the ring. Omega was holding a piece of paper and said he was aware there was a rematch clause in the contract. Omega said he would in fact face Moxley at REVOLUTION, but Omega is going to name the stipulation of the match, and he wants an <b>EXPLODING RING BARBED WIRE DEATHMATCH</b>! Omega got a little too close and Mox managed to headbutt the champ, busting him open with the shot. Omega fired back by ramming Mox with two vicious V-triggers!

A note from Hollywood

A note from Hollywood

My apologies for the influx of irl shows - I wanted to get up to speed on AEW events and have the diary starting proper after tonight's monumental episode of AEW Dynamite.

The Dynamite results that have been posted already are taken from the AEW website - the look and feel will be changing with my own format going forward. I had thought about reviving my old AEW diary, but there were a few characters in there that I have no interest on using ever again. Let's have some fun!

<div style="color:rgb(26, 26, 26);font-family:Roboto Slab;font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:normal;">All Elite Wrestling returns with another action-packed episode of Dynamite! After making the challenge to defend his AEW World Championship against Jon Moxley in an Exploding Ring Barbed Wire Deathmatch at Revolution, Kenny Omega faces the Dark Order's John Silver. Can John Silver score the upset of the century ahead of Omega's big match?

Meanwhile, Jon Moxley is ready to face death itself and demanded he be granted a match with someone very familiar with the Exploding Ring Barbed Wire Deathmatch - "The Original Death Dealer" and FMW alumni Luther! What will be in store when these two unhinged athletes enter the squared circle?

Despite a friendship in recent weeks, Lance Archer and Rey Fenix are both ready to duke it out to qualify for the Face of the Revolution Ladder Match at Revolution. Who will get one step closer to a TNT Championship match?

Ahead of their big Street Fight at Revolution against Sting and Darby Allin, Brian Cage and Ricky Starks of Team Taz will do battle with The Varsity Blonds. One week after powerbombing Sting into the mat, will anybody be able to stop "The Machine" and "Absolute" Ricky Starks?

Strange bedfellows bring us a big tag team match in the women's division. Despite being opponents in the next round of the American bracket of the AEW Women's World Championship Eliminator Tournament, Dr. Britt Baker D.M.D. teams with Tay Conti against Thunder Rosa and Riho. Getting the victory will give one of these competitors a huge momentum boost ahead of Monday's broadcast.

The "Big Money Match" was made official last week when "Hangman" Adam Page does battle with Matt Hardy at Revolution. After a sneak attack last week, Adam Page looks for revenge against Isiah Kassidy.

After coming to blows last week in AEW World Tag Team Championship match between The Young Bucks and The Inner Circle's Santana & Ortiz, Jake Hager will go one on one with Brandon Cutler.</div>

<b>Jon Moxley defeated Luther</b></div></p><p>

AEW Dynamite kicked off with Jon Moxley's theme song roaring throughout the arena as he made his entrance from the backstage area as he stared down "The Original Death Dealer" Luther ahead of this one. Moxley had Kenny Omega on his mind as he was relentless against the former FMW alumna but his attention was diverted when The Good Brothers arrived and sat in the stands to watch the match. Luther got some offence in but Moxley turned it around and dropped the crazy guy with not one but two Paradigm Shifts for the win.</p><p> </p><p>

After the match, Jon Moxley demanded a microphone and had a few choice words for the AEW World Champion Kenny Omega. Moxley first acknowledged that he will be going to war with KENTA on Friday for the IWGP United States Heavyweight Championship, but that's not the only thing on his mind day in, day out. Moxley wonders just what in the hell Kenny is thinking when made the challenge for an Exploding Ring Barbed Wire Deathmatch. "If Kenny wants to brush up against death, that's on him. I will personally hand deliver Kenny Omega to the gates of Hell." exclaimed Moxley before continuing his war cry by stating that he will stop at nothing to regain his AEW World Championship - even if that means exploding in a ring and having barbed wire tear at his flesh. With a smile, Moxley put the exclamation point on his intentions: "I live for this shit, and I will die for this shit."</p><p> </p><p>

<hr></p><p>

The Inner Circle jumped around in their locker room hyping Jake Hager for his upcoming match with Brandon Cutler. MJF promised him an extravagant gift if he won tonight and made an example out of "that dweeb Cutler." As the group left the room to go towards the ring, Santana and Ortiz start heading in a different direction than the rest of the Circle, prompting questions from Chris Jericho. Proud-N-Powerful make it known that they have some business to attend to and have a meeting scheduled right now. Jericho hums and haws that they will miss "The Big Hurt's" big squash match but eventually lets them go their own way, citing that "you guys are adults and I'm not your parent." As the rest of the Inner Circle leaves for the ring, Santana and Ortiz turn the corner and approach the man whom they are meeting... Sammy Guevara?!</p><p> </p><p>

<hr></p><p>

<div align="center"><img src="<a href="https://i.imgur.com/v1BLWjG.png" rel="external nofollow">https://i.imgur.com/v1BLWjG.png"</a> alt=" "> <img src="<a href="https://i.imgur.com/ITfhnU8.png" rel="external nofollow">https://i.imgur.com/ITfhnU8.png"</a> alt=" "></p><p>

<b>Jake Hager defeated Brandon Cutler</b></div></p><p>

"The Big Hurt" Jake Hager was all business tonight against the man he came to blows with last week during The Young Bucks and Pround-N-Powerful's AEW World Tag Team Championship match. Brandon Cutler has been on a (D-20) roll lately on AEW Dark and used this opportunity to show the world the improvements in his game. It wasn't enough, however, to put down the Mixed Martial Artist.</p><p> </p><p>

After the match, Chris Jericho and MJF entered the ring and laughed as they repeatedly called Cutler nothing more than a dweeb, a bad pro wrestler, and MJF added that he should retire and spend his time playing with his "stupid Dragons and Dungeons". Upon Jericho's request, Jake Hager and Wardlow took turns slamming Cutler into the ring mat to try and outdo one another... until The Young Bucks ran out to make the save! The AEW World Tag Team Champions superkicked Jake Hager right in the mush as the rest of the Inner Circle all hightailed out of there.</p><p> </p><p>

<hr></p><p>

Backstage in the locker room, "The MurderHawk Monster" Lance Archer prepared for his big match tonight as Jake "The Snake" Roberts invited the camera in for a few words. Despite their new ongoing friendship in the ring, Roberts promised that Archer will be going 100% tonight against Rey Fenix. "The Snake" mentioned that he made a promise to Archer a long while ago and that was to get him AEW gold, something he has yet to accomplish. Tonight, however, is one step closer to that goal. Archer piped in that he will advance to the Face of the Revolution Ladder Match and that the other five competitors should be ready because "everybody dies".</p><p> </p><p>

<b>Thunder Rosa & Riho defeated Dr. Britt Baker D.M.D. & Tay Conti</b></div></p><p>

A real interesting tag team match featuring the four semi-finalists of the American side of the AEW Women's World Championship Eliminator Tournament. This upcoming Monday, Riho will do battle with Thunder Rosa, while Dr. Britt Baker D.M.D. squares off with Tay Conti - tonight, however, they must coexist as strange bedfellow tag teams. Tensions were high but all four women fought with heart and tried to get the most momentum that they could ahead of Monday's big show. In the end, Dr. Britt Baker D.M.D. turned her back on her partner which allowed Riho to hit Tay Conti with a Northern Lights Suplex for the win.</p><p> </p><p>

<hr></p><p>

This Monday on YouTube, we will see the aforementioned semi-final matches on the American side of the AEW Women's World Championship Eliminator Tournament. The two who advance will compete that same night to determine who will face the winner of Yuka Sakazaki versus Ryo Mizunami to determine Hikaru Shida's challenger for the AEW Women's World Championship at Revolution!</p><p> </p><p>

<hr></p><p>

Despite Kip Sabian and Penelope Ford away on their honeymoon, "The Best Man" Miro still showed up to tonight's Dynamite and was on a mission to find Orange Cassidy and his former butler Chuck Taylor. Incensed, Miro opened a few doors in the hallway and eventually found the hangout spot of the Best Friends. Chuck and Orange nonchalantly disregard Miro entering their space until "The Best Man" gets right into Orange's face. Miro demands a one on one match with Cassidy next week on Dynamite and that he promises to beat Orange "into a pulp". Cassidy shrugs as Miro leaves right away to get out of the numbers situation, but that doesn't stop Orange and Chuck from laughing at Miro's unintentional pun.</p><p> </p><p>

<b>Brian Cage & Ricky Starks defeated The Varsity Blonds</b></div></p><p>

With Sting and Darby Allin watching from the stands here in Daily's Place, Team Taz' Brian Cage and Ricky Starks used this match against Brian Pillman Jr. and Griff Garrison of The Varsity Blonds as a tune up ahead of their huge Street Fight with Sting and Allin at AEW Revolution. The Blonds tried their very best but it wasn't enough to put a dent into the fine-tuned "Machine" and "Absolute" Ricky Starks. After Cage took care of Griff outside the ring, Ricky Starks put away Pillman Jr. with a big Spear in the middle of the ring for the one-two-three.</p><p> </p><p>

After the bell, Taz gets in the ring and challenges Darby Allin and Sting to come face them like men before they dominate them at Revolution. After talking it over, Sting and Darby start walking down to the ring, but are blindsided by a sneak attack by Hook and Powerhouse Hobbs! Hobbs takes care of "The Stinger" with a huge lariat that launches the legend into the seats while Darby fights back against Hook but eventually falls victim to a huge overhead release suplex that sends the AEW TNT Champion over a guardrail and crashing through two production tables on a lower level. Team Taz stands tall once again and seems to have found the face painted fighters' number.</p><p>

<hr></p><p>

As they head to the ring, Don Callis catches up with Kenny Omega and questions his sanity for suggesting an Exploding Ring Barbed Wire Deathmatch at Revolution. Omega is in the zone and doesn't say anything but Callis claims he will continue to support "The God of Pro Wrestling" despite the crazy stipulation.</p><p> </p><p>

<b>Kenny Omega defeated John Silver</b> </div></p><p>

Thanks from the support of his Dark Order family, John Silver has been on an absolute tear lately and used this opportunity to go toe-to-toe with the AEW World Champion. Silver had the advantage early on and nearly got a few nearfalls on Kenny Omega, but one V-Trigger later swung the momentum of the match back into Kenny's control. The action went on for a little longer than anticipated, with Silver never giving up and making it a hard challenge for the AEW World Champion. In the end, however, Kenny Omega connected with the One Winged Angel for the hard fought victory.</p><p> </p><p>

While Kenny Omega and Don Callis celebrated the win in the ring, Matt Hardy ran out from the side of the stage and entered the ring. He picked John Silver up and dropped him with a Twist of Fate before leaving just as quickly as he entered!</p><p> </p><p>

<hr></p><p>

Cody Rhodes and Red Velvet come to the ring to promote their match with Jade Cargill and Shaquille O'Neal next week live on Dynamite. Jade interrupted and congratulated Cody on announcing that he and Brandi are having a girl. But she wishes, "for the sake of the Rhodes' legacy", that the little girl that the little girl has more talent than Brandi Rhodes and "that little Brandi wannabe Red Velvet". The words infuriated Red Velvet who was ready to throw down at that moment but Rhodes held her back and told her to keep the aggression ready for the big match next week. As Velvet tried to cool down, Jade Cargill laughed and left the entrance stage, knowing full well that her mind games tonight worked as intended.</p><p> </p><p>

<b>"Hangman" Adam Page def. Isiah Kassidy</b></div></p><p>

Despite being in the building, "Big Money" Matt Hardy was not at ringside for his client's match against "Hangman" Adam Page. Looking to get some revenge from the sneak attack last week, Page did not take Kassidy lightly as the two fought around the ring and spilled outside for a little bit. Kassidy impressed with his workrate but Adam Page was one step ahead of him on a few occasions to keep the momentum on his side. The Buckshot Lariat spelt the end for the member of Private Party tonight on Dynamite.</p><p> </p><p>

<b>Face of the Revolution Ladder Match Qualifier</p><p>

Lance Archer def. Rey Fenix</b></div></p><p>

After making his promise alongside Jake "The Snake" Roberts earlier in the night, Lance Archer was ready for a war with Rey Fenix to determine who would advance to the Face of the Revolution Ladder Match for a future TNT Championship match. Fenix, despite the size disadvantage, should never be taken lightly as he bounced from rope to rope with ease to disorient the much larger Archer. The former IWGP United States Heavyweight Champion was able to slow down the former AAA Mega Campeon, but Fenix fought back and refused to go down easily. At one point, Fenix springboarded up to the top rope but Archer hit him with a big boot, sending the luchador flying backwards over the guardrail into the wrestlers at ringside. Despite all this, Fenix got a few good nearfalls down the stretch but one Blackout was all it took to finish the very good match and give Archer the victory and a ticket to Revolution.</p><p>

<p>Archer with a STRONG win over Fenix there. It's nice to see the Murderhawk get a main event win. </p><p> </p><p>

Hardy attacking Silver would've been a great moment to see, although I have a feeling the Dark Order would be close behind.</p><p> </p><p>

I'm also happy you had a segment to promote the upcoming World Tag Team title match, something that hasn't happened IRL yet. While I love me some complex stories, it would be nice to see SOMETHING to promote the title match, as right now it's just Jericho/MJF caring about their own IC stuff, and the BUCKS worrying about the Good Brothers and Kenny.</p>

AEW Dynamite: March 3, 2021 - PREVIEW

<div style="color:rgb(26, 26, 26);font-family:Roboto Slab;font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:normal;">A match months in the making, "The American Nightmare" Cody Rhodes teams with Red Velvet to face the debuting Jade Cargill and the NBA legend Shaquille O'Neal! Tensions have been high between the Rhodes family and the business partnership between Shaq and Jade, and it all comes to a boiling point on TNT in a monumental tag team match. Will the experience edge of Cody and Velvet be able to overcome the unknown? Or will the intensity of Jade Cargill and Shaquille O'Neal be too much to handle on Dynamite?

Daily's Place in Jacksonville is the place to be for living legends when Mick Foley comes to Dynamite to officiate the AEW Revolution contract signing between AEW World Champion Kenny Omega and Jon Moxley. A veteran of the Exploding Ring Barbed Wire Deathmatch, Foley promises to let the two men know his true thoughts on the match and will make sure they know what they are getting themselves into ahead of Sunday's huge main event.

The AEW Women's World Championship Eliminator Tournament comes to a close as Thunder Rosa does battle with "The Magical Girl" Yuka Sakazaki! On the United States side of the bracket, Thunder Rosa overcame tough challenges from "Legit" Leyla Hirsch, Riho, and her rival Dr. Britt Baker D.M.D. to punch her ticket. Over on the Japan side of the bracket, Sakazaki put down Mei Suruga, Emi Sakura, and Ryo Mizunami to advance to the finals on Dynamite. Who will emerge victorious and punch their ticket to Revolution on Sunday to challenge for Hikaru Shida's AEW Women's World Championship?

After months of disputes, butlers, and crashing weddings, "The Best Man" Miro and "Freshly Squeezed" Orange Cassidy finally go toe-to-toe in the ring to determine the final participant in the Face of the Revolution Ladder Match at Revolution. With Kip Sabian and Chuck Taylor at ringside, the numbers game is even! Who will walk out and have an opportunity to win a future TNT Championship match?
