Long story short, the time I could dedicate to playing TEW2020 dwindled to zero but thanks to some major life changes (quitting my job & moving temporarily to a new country!), I'm able to get back into the stuff I really enjoy doing. I wanted to take some time to overhaul some things about SFPW that I wasn't happy with before I resumed posting. The biggest issue I had with the diary was the loss of it's history. I had built up years of SFPW history in my TEW2016 save, which I unfortuneatly lost when I changed laptops & so I decided to start from scratch when I began the TEW2020 save. This meant the foundation of my save was now real-life WWE booking (

ugh!

), rather than the universe that lived in my head & in spreadsheets.

This is where Project: Tomorrow X Together comes in.

Essentiialy, this is a 10 year retconning of WWE/SFPW's history which aligns with the structure and puro format of SFPW.

This means that instead of the company takeover happening in 2020, it actually happens in 2011 straight after the November Survivor Series PPV, where CM Punk defeated Alberto Del Rio for the WWE Championship. To bring us up to speed to modern day, I'll be posting a yearly recap for 2011 to 2020, before resuming the normal posts for present day.

To close, you might be wondering what the meaning of 'Tomorrow X Together' is. Well, apart from being ripped from a Korean pop band, it's also the name of my in-game alliance. Heavily inspired by CyberFight Festival and the recent, open door policies of modern day pro wrestling, I really wanted to put more emphasis on interpromotional events. So, this diary will also put a (smaller) spotlight on a few other companies that sit in the Tomorrow X Together alliance...

2011 & 2012 recaps to follow shortly!

Ever-Rise (Chase Parker & Matt Martel) - 4 points (2 wins, 5 losses) 8. The Council (Eddie Colón & Orlando Colón) - 4 points (2 wins, 5 losses) The inaugural Order of the Seraphim Tag League reached it's Block A and Block B conclusions with two weeks of gruelling, high flying and hard hitting action between the 16 teams. Now, the finals are set for SFPW Reborn Again & Always Starting New - Block A winners Undisputed Era's Bobby Fish & Kyle O'Reilly will face Block B winners Akira Tozawa & Ricochet, representing Defenders. The winners will face the SFPW Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Champions on March 28th's The Pink Dawn~ After a bit of a rocky start, Bobby Fish & Kyle O'Reilly came back invigorated after regrouping with Roderick Strong and refused to lose any of their remaining matches, racking up an impressive 10 points and finishing at the top of their block. Now, the two look to replicate the success they had in NXT and on the indies by becoming title holders and raising to the top of the junior division. The team they bet to become block winners were Time Splitters' Alex Shelley & KUSHIDA, who finished up with 8 points. The deciding factor seemed to be Shelley tweaking his knee during a match-up earlier in the week against Ever-Rise, leaving him one step behind KUSHIDA in their tag team set-ups. This left him susceptible to other teams like Olympia & Los Indeseables targeting his knee during their match-up. By the time they reached the Block A finals, Fish & O'Reilly were able to take full advantage of wear & tear, rendering Shelley unable to walk with a crushing Chasing The Dragon and ultimately moving on to the finals. Elsewhere, rivals Blood Syndicate and Olympia finished at 8 points a piece. Fans had been heavily anticipating this match up due to recent tensions between the factions, triggered by Olympia's Ethan Carter III defeating Blood Syndicate's Bobby Lashley for the SFPW United States Heavyweight Championship in February. The two teams met in a wild brawl of a match which ended up with Ashton Smith & Cedric Alexander emerging victorious thanks to some timely interference from manager, Montel Porter. Not content with the result, Anthony Nese & Buddy Murphy attacked the two after the match, resulting in officials having to separate the two teams. Another match up that was highly anticipated was the blow out between La Rebelion's Gran Metalik & Lince Dorado and Los Indeseables' Joaquin Wilde & Raul Mendoza. With the two factions having been feuding since the beginning of the year, the latest chapter in their rivalry ended with Los Indeseables upsetting La Rebelion and ending the tournament with 8 points, compared to Metalik & Dorado's 6 points. SFPW Junior Heavyweight Champion Santos Escobar and Los Indeseables manager Zelina Vega seemed pleased that Wilde & Mendoza were able to one-up La Rebelion, even if they weren't able to win the whole tournament. At the bottom of the rankings were Chase Parker & Matt Martel, representing Atlantis Company, and The Council's Eddie & Orlando Colón. With a bad start, both teams came back with different strategies to build some momentum. Ever-Rise, coached by fellow Atlantis Company member Curtis Hussey, had a more aggressive limb-based offence which ultimately resulted in the injury that cost Alex Shelley the Block A finals. Eddie & Orlando Colón, on the other hand, relied heavily on the outside interference of The Council's imposing heater Gran Apolo to inflict damage on their opponents outside the referee's eyeline. Both teams eventually finished the league with 4 points each. SFPW Order of the Seraphim Tag League Block B Standings 1. Nightmare Violence Connection (Akira Tozawa & Ricochet) - 10 points (5 wins, 2 losses) 2. One Two (Danny Burch & Oney Lorcan) - 8 points (4 wins, 3 losses) 3. Burning Hammers (Brian Kendrick & Russ Taylor) - 8 points (4 wins, 3 losses) 4. nakamuraGUN (Daisuke Sasaki & Shunma Katsumata) - 8 points (4 wins, 3 losses) 5. La Rebelión (Dominik Mysterio & Rey Mysterio Jr.) - 6 points (3 wins, 4 losses) 6. Ultraviolence Y (Fabian Aichner & Marcel Barthel) - 6 points (3 wins, 4 losses) 7. NERO (Alex Zayne & Jeff Hardy) - 6 points (3 wins, 4 losses) 8. The Brotherhood (Kenny Williams & Noam Dar) - 4 points (2 wins, 5 losses) The team in Block B with the most to prove and the biggest redemption arc were Akira Tozawa & Ricochet, representing the Defenders, who ended up at the top with 10 points. The two came into the tournament with a lot to prove to fans, backstage officials and most importantly, to themselves and with some renewed fire, Nightmare Violence Connection stormed through the competition - utilising their brand new tag finisher, the Fireball (a Michinoku Driver/Diving Senton combination). Now, the two fill face Bobby Fish & Kyle O'Reilly in the finals at Reborn Again & Always Starting New. Two teams that had similar stories heading into the tournament were Sentinels' Brian Kendrick & Russ Taylor and NERO's Alex Zayne & Jeff Hardy. Hardy and Kendrick, both decorated SFPW veterans in their own right, have taken two of SFPW's newest junior heavyweight Taylor & Zayne under their wing. Fans were therefore interested to see how the two teams would measure up against each other. When the two teams eventually clashed on the final night, Kendrick & Taylor's technical-based attacks were too much for Hardy & Zayne's daredevil style offence - resulting in Taylor catching Hardy in his Gaia Lock and forcing a submission. This gave Kendrick & Taylor an impressive 8 points, whereas Hardy & Zayne left with 6. Taylor & Zayne had a tense face off after the match, hinting towards a possible singles match in the future. Father & son duo Rey & Dominik Mysterio, representing La Rebelion, were able to finish the league with a respectful 6 points. After being reassured by his father that the experience of tagging in the league meant more than winning, Dominik seemed to loosen up and in turn, proved to be a much more effective tag partner to Rey. When questioned by reporters why he always chose to tag in his father for the deciding pinfall, Dominik noted that he was at the beginning of his career so would have plenty of opportunities to shine and so wanted to give his dad as many crowning moments before his retirement. Lastly, at the bottom of the rankings were The Brotherhood's Kenny Williams & Noam Dar. The two had actually pulled a huge upset in the first week, ending up at the top of the rankings with 4 points. This seemed to have a detrimental effect on the two as they seemed to be completely overtaken by overconfidence, cutting comedic promos on social media focusing on their first week dominance. The two failed to win any follow up matches and ended the league with 4 points. The Brotherhood's Prince Devitt reassured the two and told them to return to Blooming, telling them he needed their help as he dealt with Pete Dunne and the Blue Kingdom. As we build towards Santos Escobar's 6th title defence of the SFPW Junior Heavyweight Championship against Aleister Black, tensions seemed to bubble between Escobar and Zelina Vega. When Vega - who would normally happily order the Los Indeseables members to conduct post match attacks - stopped the imposing Dabba-Kato from attacking Black, Escobar questioned her loyalty. When provoked by Jimmy Jacobs, a furious Vega slaps him, saying her reason for stopping Kato was that she didn't want any excuses from Black when Escobar beats him & retains the title. Now, fans wonder if Vega & Black will be able to keep personal life away from the squared circle and where Vega's true loyalty lies.. SFPW Commonwealth Champion Mattias Clement is on a mission to solidify himself as a serious champion, as he looks to discredit his challenger Isaiah Scott's claims that his aloof, princely characteristics make him an unworthy title holder. Scott also built up momentum as he defeated Clement's Atlantis Company stablemate John Hennigan in a singles match, putting him away with his JML Driver. Tensions bubbled over when the two sat on opposite sides of the announce desk to watch & commentate on Angelo Dawkins & Montez Ford vs. John Hennigan & Mike Mizanin. After Scott made a disparaging remark about Clement only finding singles gold 14 years into his SFPW career, Clement's icy demeanour melted as he pounced on his challenger, resulting in a ringside brawl. Clement later cut an impassioned promo, saying this match against Scott will prove naysayers wrong once and for all. SFPW Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Champions Drew Gulak & Johnny Gargano, representing the Sentinels, continued to struggle against their upcoming challengers The Hunt's Primate Jay Melrose & Wild Boar. When Gulak & Gargano were able to pre-empt The Hunt's pre-match attacks, their strategy quickly changed to using as much ringside equipment & structures throughout the multi-man matches to weaken the champions before the title match. Gulak was particularly affected when, in a singles match with Primate Jay Melrose, a Huntman's Spear sent him hurtling through the ring barricade. This allowed Melrose to put him away in 7 minutes, getting a pinfall over one half of the tag champions. However, Gargano vs. Boar ended differently when Gargano was able to side-step a charging tackle from Boar, sending him crashing into the ring steps and putting him away with One Final Beat. The next challenger for the SFPW Commonwealth Championship will be determined in a contendership match between Defenders' Mustafa Ali and Olympia's Ariya Daivari. The support for Ali to be next in line has been huge, with fans clamouring for Ali to finally earn his first singles championship. The support for Ali has also extended to members of the roster, with Skulk calling Ali a beacon of the division, due to his willingness to mentor younger wrestlings from Blooming. This, alongside Ali's comments about him being too focused on his Instagram followers & physique, caused Daivari to explode. After picking up singles wins over two of Defenders' younger members Jake Atlas and Mansoor Al-Shehail, Daivari laid them both out with multiple Pepsi Twists - sending a clear message to Ali that he would be dealing with a more refined & focused Daivari at Reborn Again & Always Starting New... As hype continues to build for Anthony Henry's SFPW debut, his opponent Adam Cole has been spending his promo time dismissing Henry as someone who can be a cornerstone of the junior division & pointing out the clear differences between the two. Cole points to Henry's multiple failed tryouts with SFPW, whereas Cole was pursued relentlessly by SFPW officials and welcomed with red carpet. Roderick Strong also claims that Cole represents SFPW's future whereas the Henry would be better suited for a coaching position... Henry's new manager, Robert Stone, said Cole would be humbled at Reborn Again & Always Starting New and Henry would only be happy with one outcome - to make Cole tap like a rookie! After extending an offer to Nathan Everhart to leave Blood Syndicate and join Age of the Fall, Colby López was instead met with an everGOLDhart and left laid out in the middle of the ring. This caused López to pivot and instead vowed to show Everhart his career will amount to nothing if he doesn't fall under his mentorship. López points to the recent success of Age of the Fall as being because of his leadership, with Mercedes Vernado holding the Oceania Championship, Aleister Black challenging for the SFPW Junior Heavyweight Championship and Claudio Castagnoli's impressive performance in the inaugural SAKURA Cup. Shelton Benjamin denounces López's claim, saying that Everhart will be a World champion one day regardless of whose learning tree he sits under - but will get there quicker with someone like Benjamin who is looking out for his best interests. Benjamin then warns Damian Priest that López will only ever claim Priest's accompaniments as his own, and to reconsider his allegiances...
SFPW 19.03 REBORN AGAIN & ALWAYS STARTING NEW PREDICTION KEY 1. 8 Man Tag Team: Los Indeseables (Andrade Almas, Angel Garza, Arturo Gonzalez & Dabba-Kato) vs. The Council (Carly Colón, Eddie Colón, Gran Apolo & Orlando Colón) 2.
