But the way they're implemented in the game doesn't necessarily reflect the reality of a lot of integrated promotions. This is why I suggest a change to the product section and also the titles section. Products The change here is that integrated promotions should be able to bias one way or another instead of evenly evaluating men and women. To this end, I propose an "Integrated - Men-Leaning" and "Integrated Women-Leaning" option in product settings which would allow for an 80-20 hiring split to be enforced by the AI. This would more accurately reflect the realities of a lot of "integrated" promotions which could be better described as men's or women's promotions with a few exceptions (thinking of Allie Kat in GCW or the way some joshi promotions bring in men for guest spots). Titles Title belts should have an option to similarly bias their title runs in favor of men or women, to allow for those belts primarily held by a man or woman to still allow for exceptions.
