TomKat
Am just curious what you do with your generated workers? For me, I like to have them generally start as jobbers for mid card people for a bit, or I like to see if they have any tag chemistry with other gen workers so I have more teams, then if they're good they slowly rise up the ranks etc

francis86
I don’t really use them, experience take so long to get that before they reach 20(where they stop getting a malus for being green) it takes years.
Zero
I do the following 1 - Send to developmental promotion that runs 3-4 shows per week 2 - Assign them a veteran tag team partner 3 - After two years change them to a new tag team with another DV worker 4 - After two more years, evaluate them. de knegt
Until I got my company to a point where we can run weekly shows, I try to avoid gens fully because I need good workers first and foremost to put on good shows with. Gens tend to have low/no experience, selling, safety, and all those other basics that you want workers to have so they can put on consistent matches without fear of people getting hurt. When I run one show a month, I rather pay a bit extra for workers who push my company's pop higher. Once I reach a weekly schedule, then I start to become more flexible, pick up talent and put them in dark matches and in short matches, at that point the gains are worth the investment. RocheBag
I run puro companies so I treat all my dojo guys like that. They job in opening matches against/with old veterans for about two years, then they go on excursion for one or two years, then they come back with a new gimmick and we go from there. Saffir
I leave them be for the most part, occasionally using them as local worker/jobbers if their safety is decent enough and I stick them on B shows. I hire them as non local jobbers if they get one of those fluff pieces saying that they could be a big thing, although most likely I don't push them beyond lower midcard unless their skills grow fast enough and they have a good attitude. St. Templar
When I get them from my dojo, I send them to my dev company and keep an eye on their skills, overness, etc. If they improve, I'll bring them on board and see what I can do with them. If they don't, it's a three-year contract, so year 4 they're indy workers. St.T

Shockmaster
Especially in historical / old-school mods I don't like and avoid them. I would love the possibility to switch them off completely.

CzarKyle
In the c-verse I'll set up a regen to fit their environment better. Give them a cool story, tweak their stats to fit. In the real world mods, I'll add people I think would fit into the universe. So far it's been a bunch of weightlifters, martial artists, Olympians, college wrestlers, boxers, football players, and a handful of 'tough guy' actors.
