newbiezness
CLASH CLASSIC III Bullet For My Valentine perform live Don't Need You and ELITE makes an epic entrance to open the PPV holding the CWA World and CWA World Tag Team titles. w/ ELITE (CHRISTIAN PRICE, SYD COLLIER and CAM JONES w/ Drake Young) vs SEAN MCFLY and THUNDER & LIGHNING (JASON THUNDER & LIGHTNING LOMAS) The current #1 contenders for the CWA World and CWA World Tag Team titles face the champions in this match. Cam Jones and Jason Thunder start the match and the ELITE member clearly dominates and with the help of Syd Collier hits the Chop And Change and pins Thunder, who is able to survive the pin thank to his teammates. Lightning Lomas tags in but The Dynamite Express are on fire and after a few minutes and another Chop And Change Lomas kicks out at 2 and barely scapes to make the tag. Sean McFly is the legal man, but now this is almost a 3vs1 handicap match because Thunder & Lightning were destroyed. The three members of ELITE take turns to fight McFly, who is suffering with this handicap. The CWA World champion Christian Price hits McFly with a neckbreaker and pins him for the win. ELITE wins the match with a dominating performance and the crowd boos them as they raise their hands. ELITE def. Sean McFly and Thunder & Lightning (Rating: 75, Time: 21:00) Brooke Tyler and Lauren Easter talk about each other in a video. They clearly don't get along well. Rating: 57 SONNY WILDSIDE vs JOHNNY BLOODSTONE The wrestling wonderkid Sonny Wildside after an impressive performance in the 2vs2 Main Event match in the last episode of Championship Wrestling takes on an established star of the company in this one. Sonny gets more offense early on and does some high flying moves, but after missing the target while trying a shooting star press, Bloodstone starts to dominate in the match. "The Submission Demon" tries to submit Sonny but he survives. Sonny hits a Tornado DDT to pin Bloodstone and 1, 2... Bloodstone kicks out. Bloodstone tries to submit Sonny again and this time Sonny has nowhere to go and ends tapping out. Sonny looks very disappointed. Johnny Bloodstone def. Sonny Wildside (Rating: 56, Time: 19:00) w/ w/ REGGAE NATION (DONTE DUNN, ART REED and TOO HOT w/ DeAnna Desire) vs ANTONIO DEL VECCIO, MARC DUBOIS and JARED JOHNSON (w/ Jenny Playmate) Del Veccio, DuBois and Johnson are united by their hatred for Reggae Nation. Art Reed and Too Hot wrestle in the beginning of the match for Reggae Nation, while Del Veccio and DuBois do it for their opponents. The crowd is excited when Donte Dunn tags in and faces Jared Johnson. Dunn shows his great athleticism and Double J can't stop him using his usual dirty tricks, so he decides to make the tag and Del Veccio becomes the legal man. Donte Dunn finishes Del Veccio with a couple of powerful moves to win by pinfall. Reggae Nation dances to celebrate the win. Reggae Nation def. Antonio Del Veccio, Marc DuBois and Jared Johnson (Rating: 56, Time: 21') CWA WOMEN'S CHAMPIONSHIP w/ w/ AMBER ALLEN (w/ Sally Ann Christianson & Zoe Ammis) ©️ vs NADIA SNOW (w/ Jessica Conroy & Deborah Young) CWA Women's champion Amber Allen makes her 10th defence, the first in 2020, against The Queen's Court leader. Conroy and Young try to help their leader when the action is out of the ring, but Christianson and Ammis are there to stop them and the four of them end up brawling in the crowd. Without Conroy and Young, Nadia Snow seems to surrender and even offers his hand to Allen, but it was only a trick and tries an unsuccessful roll up pinfall. Finally the champion takedowns Snow to win by pinfall. Amber Allen def. Nadia Snow (Rating: 66, Time: 21') CWA TELEVISION CHAMPIONSHIP MR IMPACT ©️ vs SKIP BEAU CWA Television champion Mr. Impact High Ancrie makes another defence against Skip Beau, who pinned Mr. Impact to earn a second title shot in a 2vs2 match in the Main Event of the last episode of Championship Wrestling. The former Television champion Skip Beau hits Mr. Impact with a brainbuster early on the match and Mr. Impact kicks out at 2. The champion shows his will to retain and slowly gets some offense again. Skip Beau powerslams the champion and again he kicks out at 2. Beau is very upset at this point and lets his guard down for a moment that Mr. Impact uses to pull his arm behind his back and twists it upward for a hammerlock and submits him. Skip Beau can't believe he lost another opportunity to recover the title. Mr. Impact def. Skip Beau (Rating: 72, Time: 15') Main Event: AARON KNIGHT vs CAMERON VESSEY After the Double DQ at Snowland I and some really heated segments, the two first CWA World champions in history finally have a rematch. Knight is decided to attack from the beginning but Vessey uses this in his favor to apply holds and Knight knows that didn't end well last time. So Knight starts to be more cautious and the match begins to rely more and more on strategies. Vessey's tactics start to pay off as he is getting in Knight's head, slowing down the match and complaining to the referee often, which is making Knight to lose his temper. Knight hits Vessey with a diamond cutter and pins him but Vessey kicks out at 2. Vessey continues with his psychological games and now is Knight who complaints to the referee, Vessey surprises Knight with different pinning combinations and after surviving two times, Vessey wins by pinfall. Even with those questionable psychological games in mind, Cameron Vessey's wrestling IQ in this one was impressive. This rematch at least was as good as the first one. Cameron Vessey smirks and yells to the crowd "I told you, I told you!". Cameron Vessey def. Aaron Knight (Rating: 82, Time: 20')
newbiezness
CHAMPIONSHIP WRESTLING EPISODE 7 THE DECOLT BOYS (JACK DECOLT & RICKY DECOLT) vs SHOOTER SEAN DEELEY & PRINCETON PRYCE This match opens the post Clash Classic III episode. Shooter and Ricky start the match and Shooter demonstrates he is the full package. The DeColt Boys are more consistent and coordinated as a tag team and that takes a big part in the outcome of the match. Ricky survives a pin attempt by Pryce and Jack tags in. The DeColt Boys hit the Chop And Change on Pryce and Shooter is unable to help his partner when Jack pins Pryce. Third win in three matches for The DeColt Boys in 2020. The DeColt Boys def. Shooter Sean Deeley & Princeton Pryce (Rating: 69, Time: 16') Steve DeColt presents a new CWA event: Crushing Crusher. In this event a Tournament will be held where 16 wrestlers of the CWA roster will be taking part. A draw will divide the wrestlers into 4 Fatal Four Way matches. The 4 winners advance to the Final. The wrestler who wins the Tournament becomes the #1 contender for the CWA World title. Rating: 82 BROOKE TYLER vs LAUREN EASTER Brooke Tyler defeated Lauren Easter in the second episode of Championship Wrestling and then in the third one Lauren Easter & Claire Winters defeated Brooke Tyler & Nina Cacace. In a video segment during Clash Classic III they ranted at each other too. The match begins very even and nobody controls it. After a phase full of energy and quick moves, they start to use holds and take the action to the ground, where they both excel. Tyler is taking the advantage and at one point is close to submit Easter. Then Tyler misses the target when she was looking for a diving elbow and gets rolled up by Easter, 1, 2, 3! Tyler didn't see that coming and is completely frustrated. Age difference played its part in this win as 33 year old Easter waited perfectly for her moment to beat 26 year old Tyler. Lauren Easter def. Brooke Tyler (Rating: 68, Time: 18') DIABLO DUVAK vs ANTONIO DEL VECCIO Duvak is 0-4-0 and Del Veccio is 0-2-0 in singles competition in 2020. This is a must win for both men. The match is full of energy and flashy moments as they go all out from the beginning. Duvak highlights the match with a meteora and a suicide dive, while Del Veccio tries a submission maneuver, but Duvak scapes. Around the 10th minute mark a fantastic running enziguri by Duvak sends Del Veccio to the ground and Del Veccio kicks out at 2. Duvak hits a senton and then a moonsault before pinning Del Veccio again and this time the match is over. First win of the year for Diablo Duvak. Diablo Duvak def. Antonio Del Veccio (Rating: 63, Time: 12') w/ DONTE DUNN & ART REED (w/ TOO HOT & DEANNA DESIRE) vs THE GRIFFIN FAMILY (MARK GRIFFIN & ROBBY GRIFFIN) Reggae Nation's Donte Dunn and Art Reed take on Griffin brothers. Art Reed and Robby Griffin start the match and none of them are able to dominate the opponent. When "The Anvil" Mark Griffin and Donte Dunn tag in the match gets more interesting. The Anvil tries to pin Dunn after a good combo but he kicks out at 1. Dunn powerslams Mark but he kicks out at 2. This time Donte Dunn does a powerbomb and goes for the pin to secure the victory. Reggae Nation celebrates the win dancing. Donte Dunn & Art Reed def. The Griffin Family (Rating: 57, Time: 10') Main Event: SONNY WILDSIDE vs CAMERON VESSEY The wrestling wonderkid faces The MVP in the Main Event. Vessey grabs Wildside and tries to submit him without seconds but Sonny touches the ropes. Sonny slowly gets some momentum in the match and starts to show his aerial moves. Sonny jumps out of the ring for a tope con hilo and both wrestlers lie on the ground. Vessey uses a takedown to stop Sonny's momentum. Vessey is a magician, he can always pull another rabbit out of the hat. Vessey attempts the submission again but Sonny survives. Sonny is giving signs of recovery. Tornado DDT! Vessey is in problems, 1, 2... no! Vessey kicks out. Sonny is in disbelief, but wait, another submission attempt by Vessey! Nowhere to go for Sonny, another win for The MVP. Cameron Vessey def. Sonny Wildside (Rating: 67, Time: 18') Cameron Vessey demands a microphone. "I told you, I told you! Aaron Knight lost the match like he was supposed to do against me" (Crowd boos Vessey) "Now that I've defeated Knight, I'm ready to win the Crushing Crusher Tournament and then become World champion again. I will be the first 2-time CWA World champion!" Rating: 74 Edited June 12, 2023 by newbiezness

Rating: 84 AARON KNIGHT vs DIABLO DUVAK A-Game wants a win after losing to Cameron Vessey at Clash Classic III, while Duvak's morale should be better after his first win in 2020. Duvak reverses some of Knight's attacks early on and hits Knight with quick moves and kicks before trying to pin him, but Knight kicks out at 1. Knight hits a DDT on Duvak to change the game, but Duvak survives a pin attempt. A top rope splash by Duvak make us believe in a surprise in this match, but again Knight kicks out at 1. German suplex with the bridge by Knight, this can't last any longer. 1, 2, 3! Duvak made a decent match, but Knight was in control all the time. Aaron Knight def. Diablo Duvak (Rating: 72, Time: 18') Aaron Knight wants to talk after the match. "I've heard what Cameron Vessey said last week. I don't care if Vessey is in the tournament, I have my own reasons to want to win the Crushing Crusher Tournament. If I defeat him to win the tournament that's an extra. The main reason is that I still have unfinished business with Elite and Christian Price in particular. But I'm not going to fool you, ultimately I want to be the first 2-time CWA World champion, that is my ultimate goal. I know this is a race for the second World championship and I'm the winning horse, you can bet on it" Rating: 68 The DeColt Boys are already in the ring waiting for their unknown opponents. Lords Of Iron plays and Iron Might (Tim Westybrook & Mighty Cavanagh) surprise everyone making their entrance. The crowd welcomes a historic NOTBPW's tag team. THE DECOLT BOYS (JACK DECOLT & RICKY DECOLT) vs IRON MIGHT (TIM WESTYBROOK & MIGHTY CAVANAGH) Ricky and Tim start the match and Ricky tries to stop Tim's offense using his technical skills but Tim is too powerful and needs a few minutes to make clear he'll be a threat for anyone in the roster like he was in NOTBPW in the past. The crowd is extremely divided between these tag teams. Mighty Danny Cavanagh tags in and shows his power is enormous as well, this tag team doesn't give you breaks to recover and Ricky has to tag as quick as possible. Jack and Mighty are very even thank to Jack's IQ. Jack throws some elbows to slow down Cavanagh as the crowd counts to 10. Jack tries to pin Cavanagh but he quickly kicks out. Ricky and Tim tag in, The DeColt Boys hit Tim with the Double Impact and Ricky pins Tim, who kicks out at 2. Mighty Danny tags in again. While Too Hot quickly tries to catch up with them, Double J takes a more tactical approach and 'disappears' for a few minutes to recover. Deeley and Ricky have different phases were each of them dominate the match, Too Hot is more inconsistent and only gets offense in short periods. Ricky has a good opportunity to pin Deeley but Double J is back there to avoid the 3 count. This time is Deeley who takes down Too Hot with an arm throw and 1, 2, 3! Shooter advances to the final of the Crushing Crusher Tournament. Shooter Sean Deeley def. Too Hot, Ricky DeColt and Jared Johnson (Rating: 73, Time: 10') CWA WOMEN'S CHAMPIONSHIP w/ w/ AMBER ALLEN (w/ SALLY ANNE CHRISTIANSON & ZOE AMMIS) ©️ vs NADIA SNOW (w/ JESSICA CONROY & DEBORAH YOUNG) Since the beginning of the match the champ demonstrates she is in perfect condition and Nadia Snow is in problems in a few minutes, but kicks out at 2 in Amber's first pin attempt. Jessica Conroy tries to distract the champion and Christianson and Ammis turn their attention to her in the ringside, while the referee tries to keep the match under control, but Deborah Young seizes the opportunity to punch Allen when nobody is paying attention to her. Nadia Snow pins Amber but the champ stays in the match. Nadia Snow tries to roll up Amber, but only for the referee to count up to 2 again. Nadia Snow is desperate and now the champion holds her with an arm bar to half nelson, Snow can't resist it and taps out! Amber Allen def. Nadia Snow (Rating: 61, Time: 16') Crushing Crusher Tournament Fatal Four-Way B JACK DE COLT vs DIABLO DUVAK vs MARC DUBOIS vs DONTE DUNN The start of this second Fatal Four-Way is very different with Jack and DuBois taking on each other and Duvak fighting Dunn. DuBois tries to grab Jack constantly, but he is an experienced wrestler and knows where that could end so Jack avoids too much contact. Duvak is moving fast and attacks Dunn with aerial maneuvers than seem to make little impact on powerful Dunn. Jack and DuBois were using more impact moves when they eventually fall outside the ring. Duvak goes for a meteora but Donte Dunn grabs him in the air and slams Duvak hard, what a show of strength by Donte Dunn. 1, 2, 3! Reggae Nation member Donte Dunn is in the final. Donte Dunn def. Jack DeColt, Diablo Duvak and Marc DuBois (Rating: 73, Time: 10') CWA WORLD TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP w/ THE DYNAMITE EXPRESS (SYD COLLER & CAM JONES w/ Drake Young) ©️ vs THUNDER & LIGHTNING (JASON THUNDER & LIGHTNING LOMAS) Cam Jones and Jason Thunder start the match and they are very even, with Jones trying some tricks that have little effect on Thunder. Lightning is the legal man now and tries to submit Jones but has no luck. The crowd fuels Thunder & Lightning and that leads to their best moments. Collier tags in but he has a rough welcome when Lightning takes him down and he has to use the ropes to scape. Drake Young has seen enough and starts to insult Thunder & Lightning and the referee bans Young from ringside, but Collier uses this to hit Thunder with a low blow and Jones to attack Lightning. The Dynamite Express hit Thunder with the Chop And Change, this is over, Collier pins Thunder for the win. The Dynamite Express def. Thunder & Lightning (Rating: 66, Time: 16') Crushing Crusher Tournament Fatal Four-Way C AARON KNIGHT vs JOHNNY BLOODSTONE vs ART REED vs PRINCETON PRYCE In the first minutes there is total chaos, at some point there seems to be a temporal alliance between Knight and Reed and another one between Bloodstone and Pryce. The alliance of Knight and Reed is starting to dominate and they have to begin to think about winning individually. Pryce tries to use that in his favor and rolls up Reed but Knight and Bloodstone stop the count. Now Bloodstone tries to submit Reed, he puts little resistance to The Submission Demon, but Knight and Pryce are quick to help him. Knight gets rolled up by Pryce this time, but Knight reverses it to pin Pryce and to win the match. Aaron Knight def. Johnny Bloodstone, Art Reed and Princeton Pryce (Rating: 70, Time 10') CWA WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP w/ CHRISTIAN PRICE (w/ Drake Young) ©️ vs SEAN MCFLY Sean McFly has another opportunity to end Christian Price's reign in the fifth defence. McFly weakens Price by punishing some key areas of his body. Price scapes to the ringside and McFly follows him. They end up taking turns to crash against the barricades. This is taking away much energy and there are some signs of fatigue in McFly. But Victoria Stone's husband is a stubborn wrestler and manages to get Price into trouble and even gets a 2-count at some point. Price again scapes outside the ring and then to the crowd, McFly follows him unaware that The Dynamite Express are in the crowd to attack him. The crowd boos ELITE, but when the action is back in the ring the champion hits McFly with a running knee to win by pinfall. ChrIstian Price def. Sean McFly (Rating: 76, Time: 18') Crushing Crusher Tournament Fatal Four-Way D SONNY WILDSIDE vs CAMERON VESSEY vs SKIP BEAU vs ANTONIO DEL VECCIO Being in the last Four-Way match has a handicap and that is just having about 10 minutes to prepare for the Tournament's final, we'll see if that affects the winner or not. Beau and Wildside are very active in the first minutes with Beau hitting Del Veccio with some high impact moves and Wildside slowing down Beau with a couple of high flying moves. Vessey has avoided any damage and is waiting for the perfect time to take a leading role in the match. And that happens when Wildside hits Beau and Del Veccio outside the ring with a tope con hilo. Vessey takes Wildside from the ground, after a dropkick Vessey tries to submit Wildside, but Del Veccio interrupts him. Vessey jumps on Del Veccio and hits him with a screwdriver that puts Del Veccio to sleep. Vessey wins by pinfall. Cameron Vessey def. Sonny Wildside, Skip Beau and Antonio Del Veccio (Rating: 78, Time: 10') Main Event: Crushing Crusher Tournament Fatal Four-Way Final SHOOTER SEAN DEELEY vs DONTE DUNN vs AARON KNIGHT vs CAMERON VESSEY Shooter has rested more than any other, while Vessey just had a few minutes between match D and the final. Knight and Vessey are former CWA World champions, so they should be the favorites here. Dunn attacks Vessey and Knight attacks Deeley to start the match, the crowd divides their attention chanting for these two babyfaces. Dunn powerslams Vessey! This is huge, Vessey had just a few minutes between matches and now receives a finisher like that. Shooter interrupts Dunn's pin attempt. Vessey used his tactics to avoid wasting all his energy in the previous match, but this move by Dunn can be too much to deal with. Now Dunn targets Deeley, who tries to stop him with a hold, but Knight attacks Deeley from behind. Vessey has recovered and attacks Knight, they both fall outside the ring! What a match. Again Shooter grabs Dunn, but Donte grabs him by the neck, chokeslam! No one can stop Donte Dunn tonight! 1, 2, 3! Donte Dunn wins the Crushing Crusher Tournament. What a performance tonight by Donte Dunn. Donte Dunn def. Shooter Sean Deeley, Aaron Knight and Cameron Vessey (Rating: 83, Time: 23') Donte Dunn wins the Crushing Crusher Tournament to become the #1 contender for the CWA World title. D'you now what they say about TCW? They say The War To Settle The Score finished with a score of 79-77 for Clash Classic III. Duane Stone: Haha. Ok, enough Jeremy. Steve DeColt: We need to improve our TV ratings this month. At the same time our PPVs have to maintain this level. Last month we had 2 PPVs, this month we'll have just one as usual, we've got to make sure we nail it. Duane Stone: What about Donte Dunn, this kid really stood up at Crushing Crusher I.
