I am happy to release my first mod for TEW in the form of a future companies mod designed for the Cornellverse.

The current version of this mod is version 5.0 which can be found at the link below.

Version 5.0 of this mod offers the following:

120 Companies (34 USA, 12 Canada, 12 Mexico, 14 British Isles, 13 Japan, 17 Europe, 12 Oceania, 6 India)

1 Media Group

1 Alliance (Note: the game does not allow you to create a yet to open alliance, so the logos and belts are for anyone to use as they see fit)

4 Broadcasters

2 Training Facilities

1877 Events

127 TV Shows

570 Titles/Achievements

170 new Match Types

The recommended importing order would be the following:

Broadcasters
Alliances
Companies
Events
Titles
TV Shows
Match Types
Training Facilities

This mod is free to use for anyone who wants to use these companies in their own mods.

I will be working to expand this with future updates, and I am happy for any feedback that anyone can offer.

This post is to offer thanks for all the users that have contributed to this mod and I will update this post for anyone else who contributes in the future.

ReapeR for the belts for American Gold Wrestling, Titan Wrestling Federation, Irish Whiskey Wrestling, La Lucha Original, Blood Carnival Wrestling, Ninja Arts Wrestling, and the Five Lakes, Tag Team, and Michigan titles for Great Lakes Wrestling Federation.

smw88 for the logo for Irish Whiskey Wrestling and for the event and TV logos for Irish Whiskey Wrestling.

CQI13 for the logo for World Wrestling Revolution

Mammoth for the logo for Sumo Hall Wrestling

MidKnightDreary for the logos for Seattle Grunge Wrestling.

lavelleuk for the intial set and bios for Ninja Arts Wrestling, Great Lakes Wrestling Federation, and Miami Beach Wrestling and their titles from the Alternative CVerse 2022 mod, and for the GLWF Women's title.

Generic belts from the default database and ReapeR are used as placeholders for titles with no unique renders.
John Lions for his GPT that has helped streamline the creation for most of the event logos and title belts.

I would like to mention that I have edited the first post to say that this mod is free to use for anyone who wants to use it for their own mod. I meant to mention that when I first posted this thread, but it somehow slipped my mind. I hope you all enjoy the companies that I have made so far and I plugging away some more companies for version 2.

I really love this overall, but I have to say that WWR seems a bit... ridiculous. I get that that's sort of the whole idea, but it still seems over-the-top. 60+ pop? $500+ million in the bank? Maxed out production values? TCW is literally owned by a toy company and it only has level 9 merchandising to start. How does a company like that even form? And it seems like it might struggle at first because almost all of the workers big enough to fit a Medium company will already have been signed.

Thank you for the feedback, this is the first time making a mod so there are some issues that I may not have seen. Looking at WWR again I see that they may need some adjusting. I will add the adjustments into version 2. While I will keep the company medium I will decrease the production levels and starting budget to levels that are less ridiculous. I think I may have gone a little overboard with them so thank you for bringing this to my attention.

Just wanted to put out a public service announcement. I found out that the Generic_JuniorHeavyweightTagTeam1 picture in belts exceeds the character limit for a picture in the game. In order for the picture to be used I suggest renaming the belt to Generic_JrHeavyweightTagTeam1. I have changed the name in the downloads to accommodate the game's character limits since that belt image is used for some company belts in version 2.

Version 2

Release

I am happy to announce that Version 2 of the Future CVerse Companies mod is now available.

Version 2 adds an additional:

20 Companies (7 USA, 2 Canada, 3 British Isles, 5 Japan, 2 Europe, 1 Oceania)

1 Broadcaster

531 Events

20 TV Shows

105 Titles/Achievements

and 14 New Match Types

Along with the new companies World Wrestling Revolution has had budget and production levels adjusted so that they are not so overpowered.

For those who downloaded version 1, to get the updated WWR you simply need to delete WWR and everything else attached to the company will be deleted as well.

If you have any feedback, feel free to share. I hope that you all can get some use out of my companies and that you enjoy the mod.

Also, the any item in the mod is free to use for any purpose. Thank you for giving it a try.

Just want to say before I jump into this that I do love the mod, and there's a lot of really cool stuff there. That said, you have been open to feedback, so I thought I'd give my thoughts.

Almost every company has more money than I'd give them, but for the most part, I can just call that a design choice. But there are a few where the numbers are very weird. Film Noir Wrestling has $11,000,000 despite only having 13 pop. Titan Wrestling Federation has $30,000,000 million despite being a Small company with only 42 pop. American Gold Wrestling has a lot, but it says it's well-funded, so that's fair enough. On the other hand, Punk Metal Wrestling has way too little money. Medium sized, 62 pop across a whole region, and only $230,000.

Bushido League Wrestling is marked as already having opened. Given the premise of the mod and the fact it has no workers, I imagine that's an error.

Radical Xtreme Wrestling has its popularity in South West instead of Wales.

Miami Beach Wrestling has only 1 pop, which I can't imagine is correct.

Iron Bear Wrestling has 90 pop in Russia, which is just insane. That was probably intentional, but there's no way they can possibly live up to that. There's literally no one in the world with 70+ pop in Russia, and the highest pop of any active wrestler who isn't already signed to an exclusive contract is 35.

Thank you for pointing out some of the issues. I have updated the companies and the mod is now in Version 2.1 to address the changes.

The money problems came from accidently putting too many zeros in for Film Noir Wrestling, which was only supposed to be $110,000 and Titan Wrestling Federation with $300,000. The opposite was true with Punk Metal Wrestling since it was supposed to be $2,300,000.

Bushido League Wrestling was definitely not supposed to be open so that has been corrected.

I don't know why RXW's popularity was set in the South West instead of Wales, but that has been corrected.

Miami Beach Wrestling was supposed to be at 18 pop, but I guess the 8 didn't want to stay.

While the 90 was put in for Iron Bear Wrestling for being government funded I can see your point of view and have reduced the popularity to 50. While that will probably still be a challenge I can see the Russian government being stubborn enough to go through with it anyways.

No problem! Like I said, I like the mod and I want it to be the best it can be. One thing that might help you debug in the future if you didn't already know: There's a remote assistance code, "themorethemerrier", that makes it so all yet-to-open companies automatically open the next month. That's what I used to look at it.

And since I want to give some specific praise: I really like some of the cinematic matches the mod adds. I love the idea of cinematic matches in certain products, but I'm not that great of thinking of fun ideas for them. The Pirate Battle Royal is especially cool.

Thank you for the advice I will strive to use that code for before posting future versions of this mod and I am glad you like the cinematic matches I added. The pirate battle royal was one of my favorite matches to add because it just makes sense to have a pirate match were the goal is to toss everyone overboard or even make them walk the plank.

Thought I would share some logos for a few companies that I am working on in the next version of this mod.

Realized that I made some mistakes in certain title creations, mainly that a handful of tag titles were set to be singles titles instead. So, the following changes have been made in version 2.2 in order to correct these mistakes.

TDW Tiger Duos, PMW Band Mates, WMW Outlaw Tag Team, WASABI Duos, LWC Dynamic Duos, JOW Tag Team, GWC Tag Team, and CIW Tag Team titles were all changed from singles to tag team titles.

GTAz Aztec Tribe and Campeonato de Trios de Reyes APLLi were changed from singles to trios titles and the Campeonato de Trios de Reyes APLLi was made male only.

Campeonatos de Duos de Tango LDT prestige changed from 50% to 25%.

I apologize to anyone who has previously downloaded this mod for the mistakes made, I will be putting in more effort to ensure that these mistakes don't occur in future versions of this mod.

It has been a while, but I am hoping to create get an update for this mod before the end of the year. I do have something to announce though. The next update for the mod will be adding banners for all companies in the mod. I originally had them on the backburner, but I got some inspiration and while they may be simple, but at least they add some more vibrancy to the game. Here is a preview of some of the banners that will be added in version 3.
