How can I apply free photos to graduates (in real world mode application) to a game in progress?

No matter how much I searched, I couldn't find accurate information.

Please give me your answer.

Not sure if that's what you ask for, but I'll try:

• Make sure you have the free renders you want into People folder
• During a Save, go into settings (gears icon) and click on In-Game Editor (should be top right)
• From the menu, go on Workers section and search for the graduate you want to change picture
• Once his/her page is open, click on his/her picture and replace it with the one you prefer.

And remember to click the 'Load Default Details' on the individual worker in the roster screen to load in the new photo if it's someone you already have on your roster. That or make an alter ego, it's the same I guess.
