For absolute clarity, I don't plan at least in the initial launch to have an unmasked version of every masked character. In particular I don't think we have any for Native American or Samoan wrestlers, and that could be useful for those wanting to do their own Bloodline-style stories. There'll certainly be unassigned worker pics available, yes. If we're short on a specific area, it's easy enough to create more, albeit priority is getting the core universe done. I like having short guys being half cut off but only because I find it hilarious and there's only like....2 of them so it's not egregious. After I was initially very skeptical about the more realistic style, once I dove in and started to notice how much love and care went into making the new pictures faithful to their old renders, I wholeheartedly enjoy the new graphics by now. It's remarkable how well a lot of the pictures capture the spirit of the characters. And while I can understand that some people miss the old pictures, I would strongly disagree that, in general, the new batch lack "character" or anything like that. On the contrary, I find that quite a few previously quite bland characters now look much better and much more interesting (JOJI or Deadly Deadshot come to mind as just two extremely improved examples, since I've been playing IPW a bit in both versions recently). There's always room for improvement and the Day 1 Update bringing quite a bit of it is great, but even as it stands with the initial release, the graphics are already a tremendous achievement. If it were me, I'd just paste them into the GIF folder and let them overwrite everything in there, knowing that the remainder will be done within a week or so.
