Jason Phoenix Posted August 3 Share Posted August 3 Lightweight: up to 154lbs Welterweight: up to 165lbs Middleweight: up to 176lbs Heavy Middleweight: between 176lbs and 187lbs Light Heavyweight: up to 198lbs Mid-Heavyweight: between 198lbs and 209lbs Heavyweight: upwards of 210lbs This was information I previously saved after researching for British Championships, I believe I gathered this from the wrestlingtitles site.
